I think we're at the point where the next step is to pull her into a privacy sphere and ask questions that're less ambiguous.

I could go for that. Basically a quick science hypothesis setting. Works perfectly with asking Homura if she's done any enchanting.

Besides being pushy on the 'joke'... as veB says, once we get her to copy the Privacy Sphere, we can be a lot less subtle in there.

I'm hoping that Haruka gives us a reason to blow her mind right on the spot. Like, show off some impromptu optomechanical device, mention that we know a girl that can probably do arbitrary chemical syntheses, that kind of thing.

Well, we are asking.

To be honest, Homu's got such a big inferiority complex and we've done so much to help her that... she's earnest to help us back however she can, and she sees a lot of her own value in her magic.

She'll probably say yes unless we do something silly like inviting Sayaka. :V

Thoughts on what I mentioned earlier in lieu of this? We can brainmail Hitomi any time for a company name or market sector (right now, even, for real seat-of-our-pants action). We don't have the same luxury with access to Haruka (unless we want to hook her up to the brainternet).
