Now, let's be honest, the power ranking for Mumihugs is
1: Kyouko
2: Kazumi
3: Sabrina
In that order. She can get hugs from us whenever she likes, but she needs to hug those other two.
We should probably go supervise at least the first few sparring sessions with Kyouko, just to make sure we can tell Mami it's all on the up and up, and to deliver payment.
Since we're going that after school, we'll probably be leaving the Asunaro crew to catch back up with Mami while we're busy - the last thing we need is for Mami to bring a bunch of tagslongs when meeting with Kyouko.
As such, we probably need to furnish the apartment after lunch, before school ends. To that end:
[X] Patch it through to Mami. Tell Nadia she's cool. We'll receive them any time.
-[X] Telepathy the Shiogama girls to confirm their arrival and welcome them, along with Mami.
[X] Telepathy Oriko. Ask for permission to use her furnished warehouse as housing for the first group of incoming refugees.
-[X] Ask for advice on purchasing home furnishings as a teenage girl.
[X] The Pleiades can stay as long as they want.
[X] Surreptitiously offer Kazumi cleansing. Also, she totally owes you a hug.
[X] Explain your overall goals, things everyone else knows.
[X] Over lunch:
-[X] Help do introductions.
-[X] Make sure that Mami is okay.
-[X] Keep Homura from drifting away from the group.
-[X] Tell everyone about the Shiogama girls. You'll probably be using a furnished warehouse you got permission to use to house them, but it's currently missing a few things.
--[X] Would the Pliades be alright tagging along while you do that after lunch, until school ends? Or would they prefer to just sightsee? -[X] Ask if Umika's 『 S T A N D 』 is 『 Heaven's Door 』.
We can drop her if it seems appropriate, but since she's still the official owner of Mitakihara for magical girl purposes, involving her only seems right.
So, I got an idea, but is possible it has ben discussed before.
Once magical girls start coming into mitakihara, can Mami like put her ribbons in strategical points in the city, connecting all of them, so everytime a girl needs cleansing she could just put her soulgem on one of the ribbon, do a telephatic call and sabrina could drain them of their giref form a distance?

Something like that's been discussed before, and it's hypothetically possible, but I'm kind of worried about the possible psychological ramifications. I mean... when we pushed our magic through her magic, it was kind of like doing a luminous with our souls. Which is romantic and all, but imagine her having to endure that every day, sixteen hours a day. We could get her unironically addicted to magic drugs, or, in the worst case scenario, accidentally a Soujus.
Why not both, ask her about cleaning discreetly, but also apply a discreet grief draining so if anything sets her off, Sabrina can switch from a straw, to a vacuum.
Better for Kazumi to be a little wary or nervous around Sabrina for whatever reason instead of turning Witch if Sabrina somehow trips on an emotional landmine.
Since Sabrina can separate and minimize grief to particles, why not apply that as she draws the grief out, at worst, say that one of her grief thingies got a little close, in fact, considering Kazumi is on the grief construct, how easy would it be for the drain to be noticeable to the girl's grief senses?
I'm voicing my concern because I'm worried the good times may crash and burn here, or at least a non-negligible amount of danger being present.

Mmm... I don't want to put the Shiogama girls in a warehouse.
We can ask mom if she can house them. Or Oriko. Or get them a hotel room.
Putting them in a warehouse is just... disrespectful.
And we really need to get on with the 'tell adults about magic' thing, so we can get adult help with the meguca housing issue. >_>
At the very least we'd be able to go "Hey grandma, I have this cash and gold but I'm a minor, can you use it to rent an apartment for my friends who got kicked out of their homes?"
It takes you twenty minutes to find the right place - just a small, nondescript warehouse close to the river. The fence is newer and sturdier than the ones of the surrounding buildings, you notice, and the gate is chained shut, so you take a long hop over the fence instead.
The inside of the warehouse comes as a surprise. Oriko said that she'd prepared a hideout, but...
It's carpeted. A soft, plush carpet is spread across the floor, with a few chairs placed around, and a computer in the corner. At a guess, it likely has an Internet connection, even. There's even a small kitchen against one wall, with a stove and fridge.
But living in a barrack is probably not going to be great for morale in the long term. It'll work for a few days, but we really ought to get cracking on getting the Newguca some proper living quarters, and that means getting a hold of some land.
...You know, if Kyouko really doesn't care what happens with her family's old church...
I actually kind of dislike Father Sakura and his reaction to Koko, so I'm not that bugged if we make him spin in his grave. Actually, we could hook a generator up to him and use it to provide emergency power!

If we didn't have the means to get the girls actual decent living space, it'd be OK.
But we can. Let's treat our guests and possible new teammates as well as we can, instead of as second rate citizens, shall we?
For starters, we can ask Homura or Oriko to temporarily house them, while we look into something more permanent.
[X] Include Mami. Tell Nadia she's cool. We'll receive the Shiogama girls any time.
-[X] Telepathy the Shiogama girls to confirm their arrival and welcome them.
[X] The Pleiades can stay as long as they want.
[X] Surreptitiously offer Kazumi cleansing. Also, she totally owes you a hug.

-[X] Make sure that Mami is okay.
-[X] Keep Homura from drifting away.
-[X] Tell Kazumi and co about Cannone Picchio.
-[X] Tell everyone about the Shiogama girls.
--[X] Apologize to our guests for not telling them before.
--[X] Ask Homura if she could house them temporarily until we figure out something more permanent. If she doesn't want to, we can ask Oriko.
[X] After seeing everyone off, ask Kazumi for a favour: To help you pick a dress to gift Mami.
-[X] Else ask what they want to do.
It was a warehouse. It's been converted into a residential space. With a plush carpet and a kitchen that are probably both nicer than the ones in my apartment, and it's definitely roomier.
Seriously, I would totally move into Oriko's warehouse if it were here in Seattle and wouldn't probably cost around $10K/month.
We could easily buy some if we'd gotten that "legal adult" fake I.D. like I suggested.

I can't imagine Homura reacting positively to that prospect.

...we can't take away Oriko's fridge to give it to someone else. If anything, we'd just buy a new fridge. But we don't have time to take care of that today, I don't think.
Putting them up with Homura for the time being seems like a good option that no one would mind. Oriko's place would also be a good option, but Homura and Sayaka might object.
As far as housing meguca refugees goes...yeah, we're gonna need to bring some parents into the loop, and fast. Hitomi's parents are apparently rich and own plenty of property, so that would be a good place to start. Madoka's parents, as a matter of course. Sayaka's parents, too, to keep them in the loop if nothing else. Madoka's parents seem like the best place to start, followed by Hitomi's parents. It's obviously best if we can present a united front with Hitomi when we do so, so we'd need to bring up the matter with her first.
