Just stay with Mami. We got the meta off our chest, so now we don't need to say further things necessarily. We should let her calm down more, and probably wait until morning before doing anything else. Then we'll do something like this (overdetailed example):
[] Mami? I had to get that off my chest. It was killing me. I, you know I'm not good at, well, being polite and tactful and... So, everything else -- would it be good if I just relied on you to tell me when I should tell you more of what I know? Or, I don't know, I just... I'm horrible at this, okay? I can never tell when I should hurry or when I should wait when it comes to this stuff.

See, this is why I kept saying that spending time with Kyoko, asking Kyoko to train Sayaka, isn't going to evoke a lot of protest from Mami.
