    TBF, Mags, you have been doing a lot of the heavylifting for the quest, so this will be in good hands. :)

    To be clear to everyone, this is just me burning out on imagination of the quest, since my muse has been hitting me over the head a lot with so many different ideas that I just can't find myself too interested in this.

    I'll still hang out here, though, since this still does have a sepcial place in my heart.

    I'd like to thank you all for making this a wonderful experience while it lasted.

    I'd also like to thank @Magoose, @Fluffy_serpent, and @Martin Noctis for doing so much to help prepare and write this quest. I couldn't have done it without you all. :D

    I'll see you all around.

    Sorry, I misunderstood.

    So, first of all, when we have the Other be Leia, I'm assuming this means that she would also be Luke's sister. So, can one of the write ins be that she is the other without being her sister, removin the scenes where Han is jealous and all?

    And for the fight scene between Vader and Luke, can we make it a battle that might rhyme with the Obi Wan and Vader fight from the first film?

    This seems like a no brainer. George wants at 7 and Steve stress at 4. Maximum amount of options without running Steve into the ground.
     
    []Write in: I am altering the deal, pray I don't make another. Boba Fet is a fucking mercenary he is doing this for pay check, if opportunity arrives he should just walk away and threaten the empire that he will make a new contract with the rebels. Because they broke the contract first.
     
    []Write in: I can Film that fight. You are an experienced action director that has worked with both Steve and George before. Offer to take over some of the action scenes and reduce the pressure on Steve. Find out what Steve wants and film the scenes so he doesn't have to.
     
    []Write in: Mandatory Breaks. Steve is a mess and if we don't do this properly it can fuck up his health so after every major cut have a long break to reduce Steve's stress and to calm him down even if it takes filming a lot longer.

    []Write in: Hire a Therapy Dog. If man's best friend can cheer up those who seen the worse in humanity perhaps it can help Steve too, Hire a Therapy Dog to cheer up Steve and reduce his stress.

    []Write in: Split the Movie. If needs be we can have RTOJ split into two movies to if it's getting too large and we need to fit in more events and things.

    I just finished casting for a months long on-and-off pitch that I've been working on. I think y'all will really enjoy it. Hint hint, it's a franchise known primarily for it's villains. 😉

    FYI, you can just DM Magoose instead of using the thread, especially since it's unrelated entirely to this thread. Second, as long as your post is substantive, it shouldn't be a problem to post in the thread, even if it hasn't been updated in a while. Since it was last updated in May, and therefore isn't an absurd gap, it should be fine if it's a substantive post.

    I like all the ideas here...except for the last one though. I do not like the new trend that is going on to split movies in half, and doing so for the final film is just not something that I see us doing here.

    However, if the other two options can reduce Steven's stress, then I see no problem with including them into the plan. I would just need confirmation.

    Boba Fett is working for Jabba at the moment. What we could try to do is have a scene wher ehe fights Han, Leia kills Jabba (as in Canon) then offers him a new contract since he won't be paid now.

    I like this one, and I think it can help in reducing the stress of Steven (not to mention that we are better at filming fights). I'll add this to the plan if thaat's okay with you.
     
    And I've been busy with other threads and other things.

    So why can't we have it like real life and have the Sarlaac eat Boba but have him escape in whatever Boba Fett stuff we do? That way Steve doesn't have to do it.

    I would have liked that. I put the idea for a Post-Credit Scene showing him escaping but apparently Steven does not do Post-Credit Scenes.

    So, any thoughts on the addition to the plan? Having Bruce film the fighting scenes should help in some way to reduce Steven's stress in some way.

    ...One simple possibility is to seemingly give the Disney death treatment, only to release a trailer for a new movie/show that is basically Boba Fett cheating death and surviving whatever fate he supposedly had. Kinda like OTL but but intentional on our part.

    If Steve's fine with us filming the fight scenes and it'll relive some of his stress then I'm fine filming the fight scenes.

    We might want something more general for a write-in. Because as much as it matches IRL, we have definitely changed things and it'll likely be easier for the general condition to be met than trying to make the series of events lead to a specific scene. Especially for a side character which is part of the problem.
