Official Announcement from the Department of Randomness,

We would like to thank all of the directors that participated in the Luck and Randomness Program (LaRP) to help increase interdepartmental luck in the GDI. Within the last quarter, the average dice roll was 56.39, a commendable increase from last years lack luster luck.

We would especially like to congratulate the T-Glass Foundry managers, builders, and workers on their future success based on the latest luck calculations. We would also like to celebrate the random windfall event that will also be happening shortly.

Again I would like to thank everyone's efforts. This includes the workers that set up small Halloween and Christmas celebrations in the office this quarter. Remember that happiness and joy is scientifically proven to improves Average Luck Value!

Reginald N. Green, Head of the Department of Randomness

For the elections it looks like free market and market socialists rolled below average as did the minor parties open hand and reclamation.

Most other parties did well. Starbound, socialists, and United yellow rolling respectably.

The big winners tonight look like the militarists rolling 100 above average with a nat 100, initiative first rolling 130 above average, and the homeland party rolling a perfect 50 out of 50!

Wat. Wat da feck?

Well, nothing else to do now wait to see how this plays out, and once again plan to push my agenda of lasers, plasma and railgun munitions. Also strongly supporting the Mastodon, now that I know what it is.

I assume Open Hand are the Nod Reformists? Shame they didn't do so good, but they got their foot in the door at least.

So. Now that we've got this round of consumables done can we please turn to finishing off the Talons stuff and getting the Air Force built up?

We can easily do both the Tactical Plasma and Mastodon with a dice each. And do the Apollo factories while developing the Wingman drones.

They didn't.

Open Hand rolled with a -4 modifier. They failed this time around.
