The major moons of the planet are:
Jupiter: Io, Europa, Ganymede, Callisto
Saturn: Titan, because its 96% of all of the Saturn moon mass
Uranus: Miranda, Ariel, Umbriel, Titania and Oberon
Neptune: Triton

So we only have Neptune, Triton, and the minor moons and rings for Neptune and Uranus to plan scans for among the planets left if my plan is goes trough? Good to know. I wonder what Dwarf Planets count as scanable?

Thinking of SCED plans for next turn. Either an inner system tour with manned landings on Mercury and Ceres and dropping off stuff at Venus and Mars, or an outer system tour to knock out Saturn and Uranus.

Do we need to do planning for probing Uranus's minor moons? Because I don't see it accounted for either in the turn or the winning plans. So I'll probably have to put off the outer tour until 2 turns from now.

We still have yet to plan out the probing of Neptune or it's moons at all.

Lucknow: Love and Loyalty - Mod
Lucknow: Love and Loyalty
Recently, In-Ops performed a hard extraction of Nod researchers in Lucknow. One of those scientists was the wife of the warlord in charge of the city. With her wife held hostage, and her failure to defend the city against GDI agents, Sitara is no longer considered reliable by the Bannerjee siblings and is slated for purging.

She has offered to trade what research data she could get her hands on in exchange for being re-united with her wife, as well as sanctuary and a permanent and generous sinecure. She and her loyalists are currently en-route to the nearest blue zone, but they are being pursued by her former subordinate and sister-in-law Rajani.

Current intelligence indicates that the Bannerjee siblings are currently content to let Rajani eliminate Sitara on her own. That said, their indifference may change if it looks like she is going to fail in her objective.

@Rakuhn where did you roll that 39? And what does that get us other than another ladder step?

I asked ithillid to choose a tech to base the theme of a mod around. He gave me two choices. I created a couple of blurbs for them, then had the Discord vote on which mod they wanted me to make (w/ no knowledge of what was behind them). Lucknow won.

I'll let ithillid reveal the tech when he is ready.

SCED voting is over, it is nice to see so many plans and voters for it.
Adhoc vote count started by sunrise on Sep 12, 2022 at 2:08 AM, finished with 73 posts and 18 votes.

Mathposting my own plan again:

Gagarin Station (Stage 4) 3+6 = 9/10 Gagarin Station Parts 50 IP
Enterprise Orbital Assembler (Phase 3 of 4) 5+4 = 9/80 IP 4 IP

Craterscope Structure (Phase 2)(Updated) 246+25+35+62+68 = 436/400
Ore Electrolysis Test Facility (Phase 3)(Updated) 0+30 = 30/30 IP 30 IP Edit: +10 to Lunar Dice -1 Astrotech Team
Martian particle mining Base (Phase 1)(NEW) 0+20 =20/20 (Phase 2) 0/30 -3 Astrotech Teams 100 IP 26 Days Research Starts in Q1 2062
Craterscope Asteroid Belt Detector 40 C
Craterscope Tiberium Detector 40 C
Craterscope Moon Detector 50 C

G-Drive Improvement Program 296+56+14+30 = 396/400 Does it finish with a +5? 15 C 30 IP 40 Days
Atmospheric Containment Sparkle Optimization 373+23+30 = 426/400
Treasury Communal Housing Evaluation 0+65+41+60 = 166/200 8 IP
Treasury Green Architecture Evaluation 0+29+42+60 = 131/200 8 IP

Mission: Orbital Scan (Miranda)
Mission: Orbital Scan (Ariel)
Mission: Orbital Scan (Umbriel)
Mission: Follow up missions (Uranus)

50+4+30+100+30+8+8 = 230/230 IP
3+26+40 = 69/90 Pathfinder Days

Budget: 256+100-40-40-50-15 = 211, income: 100 Capital per turn
Industrial Capacity: 230 IP
Pathfinder Time: 90 Days
Astronaut Teams: 7 (+1 per year, +1 per Plan)
Astrotech Teams: 11+1 Edit:-1-3 = 8 (+1 per turn, +5 per year)

Hope I got everything right this time, but still check my math. The G-Drive improvement is either done this turn or the next.

Edit: And I forgot about the gains and costs of the Ore Electrolysis Test Facility.

Omake: Corpsetaker

YZ12 Formerly Russia. Nod research lab

Corpses. Corpses. Nearly always dead bodies they brought Nataliya. Some shards of tiberium shrapnel growing here and there in the bodies. But not what she needed. Not the bodies nor the tiberium. The bodies dead, and the tiberium non bio-active.

The same as had happened to plantlife had happened to humans. It was still theoretically possible for humans to become mutated by tiberium, as opposed to simply being converted into more of the crystal, but such had become far rarer than it used to be. From her predecessors notes the first generation of cyborgs had access to the mutants of the second tiberium war, what had at been time hailed as a potential evolutionary leap forwards. But the catalyst for biological change had also been one for the mechanical. The mutants and the tiberium their body contained providing both a portable source of power, but also a way to prevent the bodies own immune system from being able to recognise and reject artificial additions.

And so the forgotten, or simple civilians cursed with mutation had provided ready made test subjects. Their advantages two fold.

But with the destruction of cabal and the increased lethality and mutations of tiberium the odds of random mutation what whittled down to statistical white noise. Even the tiberium infusions intended to artificially replicate mutation had been a half measure. slowing tiberium infection almost to the point of stopping it, only for it to the suddenly reactivate after years or decades. No long slow adaptation, but instead a rapid onset of crystalisation, most often rocklung. Painful, and so a method of last resort.

Cybernetics had once been a promised part of Nods technology of peace, an end to illness and plague with simple, easily repaired bodyparts. All that ended with Cabals rampage, and doubly so with the Markeds abysmal final showing.

Some cyborgs existed still. In storage, safely deactivated, or held by Kane directly as a small circle of elite unfailingly loyal bodyguards. But no longer did machine armies march across the earth, nor either was cyborgisation seen as a way to restore a wounded soldier to service, instead being seen as more akin to death, locked in eternal slavery as an unceasing machine monstrosity. No new volunteers were incoming for cyborgisation. The numbers of mutants few and not likely to volunteer if not outright hostile. All of her research at a dead end...

"Progress?"

A voice called snapping her from her bitter reverie.

"No, nothing had changed. I've told you I need living volunteers. Dead corpses are simply eaten by tiberium. Or worse, produce only visceroids. I need living test subjects. Mutants ideally. But even infected volunteers would suffice."

Though she asked she knew no such volunteers would be incoming. Nod soldiers who were exposed to tiberium often choosing to spend their final months fighting and dying for the cause, rather than suffer the slow spread of tiberium. The infusions were actively detrimental to 'true' mutation. And Those few who truly became Homo Tiberius? Whisked away to The Remembrancers beyond her reach.

"Unfortunate." Krukov announced quietly. The scientist known only as Corpsetaker sighing heavily and facing the wall. "I'd hoped for something to challenge our friends in India. And yet you tell me even the inferior creations of the second tiberium war are beyond you, much less any improvements."

"I need live test subjects. Volunteers By the Tower even some bio-active tiberium samples would be-" She fell silent as the forboding warlord raise a hand to stop her.

"Would GDI cybernetics help?"

"Hardly." She snorted in derision. "Not reliant upon self generated power. But lacking armour plating or power. Civilian through and through. Good for household tasks, but dashed to bits on any battlefield worth the name."

"So be it." Krukov sighed heavily. "Then it appears you are of no use to me." He noted coldly, despite the chill in the refridgerated room Corpsetaker felt herself grow colder if that were possible."

"Comrade general I-"

"Pack your shit. Mayhaps Kane will find a use for you polishing Legion and Kanes pet tin cans.... But remember who you work for... and should you discover anything of use...."

"My life is yours Comrade General." Corpsetaker swore, sweating despite herself. Silence reigned for a long moment and then some way behind her the lab door groaned open with the shriek of rushing air and she was left alone to contemplate the mess she found herself in.

An SCED Bureaucratic Mix Up:

Ring-Ring

'Johnson! Where is the report on the G-Drive Improvement Program? It was supposed to be in my inbox this afternoon at 1600. It is now 1630 and I have looked in my inbox and it conspicuously bare! It is empty. Hollow. Vacant. Unoccupied. A Void. Its so deserted that if Calgacus was in here he'd call it peace! In fact he'd say that about the entire office because no one is here!'

'...'

'What do you mean there was an email?'

'...'

'Oh. I see it. Right.'

'...'

'No, no. I'll wrap things up here. Enjoy the party Johnson.'
