So basically after Gideon's desperate ploy to cripple our logistics in the area, we rebuild it immediately, slap him around in two of three battles, and dunk on his subordinate-turned peer as well? Man he just can't catch a break.

More Lunar dice and working on the seismic array as well as setting up the Aquaponics facility.
Also Microteorite shields because nobody likes getting hit with a basketball sized hole in their fragile facilities.

A big part of this plan is refitting the Pathfinder with shields so it can go into radiation belts and do all the orbital scans for Jupiter and its moons and the completion of the Jupiter Observation Array.

Well, lessons learned. I hope we don't get voted out of office after this because those IF guys will just make things worse.
Not likely. Historically Tiberium Wars start with Nod hitting us with a nasty suckerpunch that leaves us on the back foot for most of the war. That hasn't happened this time, due to Kane hitting the snooze button on his alarm clock and InOps pulling their biggest-brain move since TW1. The fact that the worst thing that can be said about our administration is that we haven't been kicking as much NOD kiester as we hoped for is really praising with faint damnation.

I wouldn't completely count Gideon out as a threat until he is destroyed. He is a true tiberium fanatic who will never surrender or quit the field unlike some of his fellow warlords. Gideon managed to land another gut punch by a bigger margin than in the previous turn. He might have hit something more important than a railroad hub this turn. Of course, these additional defeats are probably not good for his standing in the Brotherhood.

Mondragón is also a tiberium fanatic like his former superior Gideon. The main difference between Gideon and Mondragón is that Mondragón is less fond of death or glory attacks. Mondragón experienced major defeats this turn including a natural one but it is not clear if GDI would be able to press the attack to knock him out considering the size of Northern Mexico and the overall offensive results. Mondragón might be able to survive this turn even his standing in the Brotherhood likely took a big beating.

[X] Plan Build That Scope
Is there a reason why you aren't doing the Isolinear Chip Printer? It seems like some amount of projects are gated behind it.
[X] Plan Maximum Jupiter
I like this! I'm very much in favor of doing a clean sweep to scan Jupiter and moons. Two things, though: If you're building the Ore Electrolysis Test Facility, you might want to develop the related []Ore Electrolysis Smelter Development, so that we have the technology ready to test at said facility. Also, you don't need to invest so many extra dice into the Craterscope Development. All the Craterscope Development projects together should take 23 dice on average; transferring just one or two dice per turn over from general Development means we should get it all done in four turns. Why not switch three or four dice over to normal Devlopment projects? You have some IP flexibility in the number of Sensor Pods you're building for the Lunar Imaging Seismic Array.

I actually like most of the [] Plan Maximum Jupiter better than [] Plan Build That Scope plan, especially, @Lightwhispers, why did you decide to not continue building the isolinear chips facility?
But the Jupiter does not develop Leopard MK 2 facilities, and i think it is essential research to get the necessary political capital and funds for SCED, so for now:

Lol at those battle rolls. Mondragons makes an appearance and immediately eats shit, krukov got his teeth kicked in, we and Gideon got good hits on eachother before devolving into a slap fight, Bintang got greedy and I'm guessing lost an important ship or 3, and it looks like we extracted our pound of flesh from the raiders in revenge for last turn.

Shame about the overall roll, but its not too bad of a loss so I figure this just means we get a chance to actually get raillines done without them immediately being too far away again because we moved the front 100 miles in a week.

I originally wanted to complete Lunar Imaging, Jupiter Observation, Iso, and the refit. But that left me with barely any extra IP for research projects. So I just kept taking more and more IP out of Lunar Imaging and chose projects that barely cost any IP. I guess I might as well scrap the whole thing and save it for next turn. Also save some money by dropping a few outside development dice.

Aquaponics would probably be better than Ore Electrolysis as well.

I have a suggestion for the Erewhon die. In some situations we get times where a X dice are lowballing a project, but X+1 dice is a bit overkill.
For example, imagine this project if it didn't have overflow: -[] Blue Zone Apartment Complexes (Phase 2) 28/160 1 die 10R 18%, 2 dice 20R 89%, 3 dice 30R 99%
If you were to assign 1 normal die and one Erewhon die, the chance of completion is 65%.
Or another example: -[] Tiberium Inhibitor Deployment (Yellow Zones) 0/130 1 die 30R 25%, 2 dice 60R 94%
2 Tib dice is likely to well overcomplete the project, but 1 Tib dice only has a small chance of completing the project. But if you assign 1 Tib die and one Erewhon die, you get a 72% chance of the project completing, which means that what would have been the 2nd Tib die can be assigned to something that needs it more.
Not unreasonable, and in fact that's sort of what I did with "Draft Plan Myriad Moon Mines;" I'm trying to slow-walk all the mines without overkill, accepting slower completion to avoid wasting dice that could instead be spent on Enterprise Phase 5. The Erewhon die is allocated accordingly. Having Erewhon nibbling around at the edges of our Orbital commitments could be pretty helpful in getting everything done on time with less stress.

While the railgun harvesters aren't particularly useful for our current offensives, they are still better for securing our backlines against raiders/sabouteurs and pocketed Nod troops. As the war cools down and fronts close, we'll find them becoming more useful, rather than less.
We have 28 Tiberium dice in 2061 and very little we have to do, especially if the offensive peters out in 2060Q4-2061Q1 as seems fairly likely. Finishing off the railgun harvester factories isn't much of a much.

I don't think we actually need to finish Nuuk to make our cap goods target, it depends on what exact projects the industrial crystal beam laser research spits out but I can see us pretty easily being able to get the last 11 cap goods we need without having to sink 1200 points into Nuuk.

We can get:
+2 from finishing Enterprise
+4 from the isolinear chip fab that's a "do it now or do it in 4 years" thing thanks to the massive price tag, and I'd prefer to not wait 4 years so pretty reliable to count on IMO
+3 from doing Bergen up to Phase 3 which is another pretty reasonable high-dollar stretch goal that we should knock out while we have the cash

That's already 9/11 that we need, if the crystal beam lasers can produce at least 2 cap goods then we've hit our target with like a third as many HI dice and a net positive amount of power (Bergen produces more than enough to offset the 2 consumed by the isolinear fab) compared to Nuuk's -8. Even if they somehow turn out not to, we can fill in the last gaps with spider cotton at a much lower Free Dice cost than sinking our entire pool into Nuuk for multiple turns. I do not believe Nuuk is necessary, and in fact it's sinking a lot of dice into overkill that could be better used on other HI stuff we want to clean up by the end of the FYP.
Hmmm, yeah, it's kind of tight but we could... Um. The one thing is, we still need a lot of Energy just for our military factory commitments, so an additional -8 for another Nuuk phase just isn't THAT bad.

Plus, it's not "our entire dice pool." We have 25 Heavy Industry dice left and we only need about 13-14 of them for Nuuk in all probability.

Nuuk's a good option, really.

IIRC, the AEVAs will get much easier to implement if we first do Boston 5/Isolinear chips.
I'm for squeezing in the isolinear chip plant and suborbital shuttles (at least SOME) in 2061.

Balancing energy demands is probably a bigger reason that railgun harverster factories are being left off. If we can get ahead having Erewhon finish off the one that is partially progressed should work.

I am hopefully we can get stage 1 suborbital and isolinear done next year. Isolinear is easier to predict since infra is very dependent on how long the offensive continues., though between the two we are going to need a nice sized budget increase as isolinear is the most expensive option we have and suborbital is more expensive than the rest of its category. Likely 1 or 2 dice on each per turn. Also overkill on isolinear would feel bad with the 50R per die cost tag.

I changed Plan Maximum Jupiter a bit. The same overall goals are still there. I just switched Ore Electrolysis for Aquaponics, cut a few Lunar Imaging sensors, cut a few craterscope dice, and put two dice on the VIP Leopard.

The price is actually a lot cheaper now. Reduced overall cost by over 50C.

I'd really like to avoid having Erewhon working on projects that have a primary effect of killing more humans, of which the Railgun Harvesters would include.

On the other hand, defensive projects (such as ASAT) are fine, if not my preference.

One of the projects we could put Erewhon on is [ ] Outer System Survey Probes, which is basically the "send SCED Quest extra resources" project. The amount of progress rolled isn't really important for that project since the mechanics all happen on SCED's side, and BOTcommander has confirmed that putting Erewhon on the project would give some temporary Erewhon-themed boost to SCED quest. More importantly, the narrative is that it would put Erewhon on a completely exploration-focused project for the quarter, and not a project that's even tangentially related to warfare at all.
