    Thank you for the response. I moved to Irving in 2005 and then to Fort Worth in 2017. I originally grew up in Lubbock.

    I actually moved from Fort Worth (though my family all are around there) about a year before you moved there, then. Only personally lived in Fort Worth, Arlington, and their suburbs back when I lived in Texas.

    We could only find a house in our price range in SW Fort Worth. My wife liked Irving because it has a large Indian community so there are several grocery stores.
