Please inform me of... anything. Anything at all.
Enterprise isn't updated in the Array.

As for Energy, depending on what has been sabotaged, we might be able to get enough Capitol Goods from Reyjavik to delay Nuuk another turn. Or we could finish the Tib Power.
If affordable, I'd really like to start Bergen next turn as well. The superconductors might help reduce some Energy costs on things. I can't picture it just being a really expensive way to generate power savings and eventually unlock better fusion power.

You missed Enterprise?

Ok so seeing the rolls overall I'd say we're doing great our heavy metal is really beginning to show. Besides that Stahl is being the mad lad he is meant to be and at this point I can't get mad at him over it he's grown on me like a demented fungus, and it looks like Bintang also showed up and went raiding I assume.

+35 Income
+35 Resources (One Time)
+8 Housing (Low Quality)
+1 Energy
+4 Logistics
+6 Food
-1 Capital Goods
-2 STUs
+2 Consumer Goods
-1 Labor (+3 This Turn)
+Low Orbit Support Satellites Unlocked
+2 Green Zone Harvesting Stages

Man, we used up that new energy as soon as we built it.

I fixed a couple errors in the mathpost, and have updated numbers:
Results (including numbers from the Savannah SMARV fleet that finished Q1):
+8 Housing
+4 Logistics
+shovels
+16-2-4-6=+4 Energy
+thinkcrystals
+6 Food
-1 Labor
+50 RpT
+7 YZ Mitigation
+2-1-2=-1 Capital Goods
+2 Consumer Goods
+Bay (also, +arguments about what to put in Bay)
+35 Resources (into Reserve)
+clear low orbits
+pewpew
+factories for Apollodrones
+Frigate shipyards
+neurohelmets

Updated numbers, now having been run through a calculator, and with project results added:
20.41 Blue Zone
1.30 Green Zone
24.37 Yellow Zone (96 Points of Abatements, because of Savannah MARVS coming online)
53.92 Red Zone (72 Points of Abatement)

Reynaldo
60 vs 83 GDI win

This one's interesting, we had at least a net +24 modifier compared to Reynaldo here last turn. A lot of that is probably situational to that battle, I think Reynaldo's forces probably got some nerfs across the board for the boss being MIA and just not being specced for this kind of war, plus all the Steel Vanguard boosting stuff we did this turn. But it's still indicative of the GDI's material and strategic edge in the war I think, NOD probably gets a bunch of hidden modifiers earlier on so they can swamp our +30 from having infinite tanks with a +45 from surprise or whatever, but as the war grinds on our +30 from having infinite tanks sticks around while their bonuses wear off or get blown up.

Also, speaking of infinite tanks, no major action with Krukov this turn? Interesting. I figured we'd be having a big flashy tank battle in Russia, for old times' sake. Wonder if we're just mutually agreeing to not fuck with each other while he licks his wounds and we eat Europe, or if there's something bigger going on.

Jesus Stahl is rolling like a god o_O

So, for warlords in this round we are at 8 GDI wins vs 7 NOD wins. Australia went well for GDI, and raiders were a wash, but that really badly skewed NOD win in the raiders will probably means we lost a bunch of logistics.

Overall progress is good but NOD is still getting their kicks in, especially Stahl.

Yeah, I suspect our doing 7 phases of Infra/Tib projects to support Steel Vanguard helped a lot, especially the Fortress Towns to let us lock down territory. We might need another phase of shells soon, to supply them all.

Looks like the Navy is very sad, though, with Bintang's wins.

Yeah Stahl's looking like the final boss of the active combatants (India, Atlantis, and Kane are the final final bosses ofc). Hell we might get an early peace in South America when he wins the theater. Not conquering the entire South American Blue Zone of course but wrecking our shit hard enough in South America that we run out of local reserves or something and are too busy with the rest of the planet to crush him specifically. That would de facto close out the theater with him having successfully beaten GDI at their own game of industrial warfare while getting some solid hits in on the local Blue Zone.

NOD has had a 2nd nat 1 in combat rolls (they had 1 last turn, battle 4) and now on battle 2 they had another nat 1, Mehretu this time

The issue is that gideon might have been beat bad enough for forces to flow from NA to SA to reinforce GDI- part of our advantage is we can shift forces world wide much easier than they can

Edit- Dice continue to favor NOD 44.8 v 49.6 avg this time, 51.4 v 60.2 last time though NOD is the only one to roll Nat 1s so far
Biggest differentials 84 and 73 in favor of NOD (minor raiders and Stahl), than 69 in favor of GDI (overall progress)- that last roll might save us, that and Gideon getting beat down further

Mehretu- African Warlord- 1W 2L (Nat 1 as well)
Reynaldo- European Warlord 0W 3L
Gideon- NA Warlord 1W 2L was already losing last turn and had taken losses before things kicked off as well

The dice seem to have a new favorite warlord.
The dice saw how much we were curbstomping Nod's efforts to be relevant and went looking for a way to change that. They found it in one of the major warlords who had everything needed to make GDI lose the conventional advantage despite limited Nod industry and said "How about I give you so much PR even you can't burn it all".

Whilst also looking at Gideon and going "You know how you are as good at the PR game and you are bad at strategy? The next round of this here game is all about strategy. Have fun!"

That said, I really like how Mehretu ate the Nat 1. He absolutely deserves it.

Revenge against Mehretu is sweet too bad we were repulsed at the last point in Africa. He must have led that one.

Western Europe is going to be heavily propagandized by GDI as victory after victory. More safe green zones yet going to strain our healthcare system even more.

Gideon
35 vs 08 GDI win
63 vs 83 NOD win
78 vs 24 GDI win
Apparently Gideon does learn things. He barely listens but one win is all he needs to bolster his forces in North America. Though I'm sure he can bullshit all losses if need be.

Stahl
21 vs 94 NOD win
25 vs 65 NOD win
43 vs 93 Nod win
South America is just an overall embarassment for GDI and the ghost of the Legendary Insurgent haunts the minds of our commanders in the South American theater. Just hold the Green Zones for now soldier we can't expect all wins everywhere especially from Stahl.

Bintang
85 vs 51 GDI win
13 vs 58 NOD win
12 vs 52 NOD win
The Pirate Queen gets to business at GDI's push to the seas. Even with a successful battle on our admirals' caps it still isn't enough for the sheer audacity and brilliance of Bintang while defending HER waters.

Australian Campaign
21 vs 10 GDI win
62 vs 36 GDI win
Bintang's vassals in all but name are being pushed around by GDI while their boss is busy. Not a good time for NOD in this round.

Minor Raiders
30 vs 15 GDI win
03 vs 87 NOD win
Those people we don't bother to track both got crushed and embarassed some commanders if I'm seeing right. Need more info on that one.

Overall Progress
85 vs 16 GDI win
The advance bases literally rushed into completion thanks to the powers of prefab and drone swarm makes more gain in converting yellow to green.

Atlantis? Is this a joke, or do we think there's a hidden Warlord below the ocean?

Makes sense that it would be where the Falaks come from...

Yeah I genuinely think there's at least one and possibly multiple submarine warlords out there with significant ocean floor or at least well hidden amphibious industrial bases. The Falaks are coming from somewhere and I don't quite buy India as the source, at least not when you account for the mystery attack subs that don't quite seem to come from any known land faction showing up occasionally as well. And if you squint, the cyborg-octopus-squid gana that boarded our ships in Bintang's territory kind of look like underwater worker drones.

There's nothing absolutely concrete but I've got enough data points to be suspicious, and we know that there are unknown warlords that haven't been named yet. There's a big ??? about where the NOD protag from C&C3 really went, there's a big ??? about what's going on in India, another big ??? parked at the bottom of the ocean isn't unreasonable.

Are we sure Stal isn't the Legendary Insurgent under a new identity?

I'm getting some serious C&C NOD protag energy from this guy.

Everything else we seem to doing okay to good on most fronts despite only mostly breaking even on the rolls.

For all we know it could be Bintang who operates said base. She is Nods resident naval expert after all and as you pointed out, the squid gana came from her territory or were first encountered there at least.

I remember asking @Ithillid about it before but I'm pretty sure the answer to where the "Legendary Insurgent" went was that he was killed either in the final stages of the battle at Threshold 19 or sometime in the aftermath.

The mystery attack subs are showing up in the Atlantic and chucking missiles at Manchester. I guess it's not entirely impossible that Bintang has a sprawling worldwide presence felt solely underwater while containing her surface empire to Asia, but I think there's a faction other than Bintang who can manufacture and crew a bunch of novel cruise missile submarines beyond the Pacific and Indian oceans.

To be fair, you're probably right unless she's selling them. But sadly we wont know until we topple Bintang and maybe dev a sub or two of our own
