    I have literally never written Skaldic Poetry before and think I only kind of get how it works, but I hope this comes across as reasonably readable.

    "I ask for your deepest forgiveness and I wanted to thank your boy for his aid, for without it I surely wouldn't be seeing the rest of this season." Akali was always awkward giving apologies, doubly so when it was to those older than himself, people he was always taught by his parents to look too and be mindful of.

    He'd already given apologies to the parents of every child that he'd almost gotten killed only for the worst he got to be a smack upside the head and a word of caution to look towards the skies next time.

    Gunnar being the voice of reason despite their similar age was a wake up call more than anything, reminding him of the dangers and expectations of warriors in this new land. Then he made sure Akali knew that he should take heart in his victory more than the possible failure that was avoided.

    But his words fell short when the young berserk thought upon one fact, his victory had not been his own and had it not been for young Bo he would've faced a death not unlike others caught lacking in the face of this land's dangers.

    Though taller than her by a head and a half Akali could not help but feel small in front of Agnes the mother of his savior who looked non the little warrior he once did but was shyly clutching at his mothers dress.

    "I can not put into words how grateful I am for your help little Bo, and I'm so very sorry that I was found lacking enough that your boy had to save my arse Agnes."

    Though older than him by half his age Agnes felt more an older sister to Akali with the way she cared for others and children even after losing her youngest, it was why he wanted no harm to come to any of her or any other child in the village.

    "You have a courageous heart Bo, and I'm sure you will grow into a fine man, once again thank you."

    This without a word more said he turned and left, for there was weakness to be shed and experience to be gained into the field.

    He wouldn't be caught wanting in the face of protecting kin and company ever again.

    • @I.F. Ister I think I did not get any further update on the construction of the safe house thingy? The las thing was Liv agreeing on building the Hall from wood since its supposed to loolk good as well and putting out the word thatstones will be needed to build a wall later on.

    I'll update my own stuff. Just declaring it here.
     
    I'm gonna convert my nine Ordstirr into 3 Pt.

    Then I'm gonna sacrifice it all to get Berserk 2 and Glima 1.

    Hopefully that'll keep me going for next season.
