Honestly think that more than plan voting, this session would have been best served by Tagged voting.

[X] Plan I Want it ALL
-[x] Muna: Fighting Father Gerrit (Provides Twist: Punching Up)
-[X] (Population) Thralldom
--[X] (Optional) Only take those of use while letting the rest go
-[x] (Buildings) Pillage for everything of value
--[X] (Optional) Then Raze it to the ground (Potential for extra loot but Raises Heat)
-[X] (Loot) The Mayor's House

We are trying to make up for putting in very little effort into our farm, so grabbing some extra food stores to take home will help, especially since Hella is determined to have children as soon as possible.

Turns out the list is our share of the loot, so we are good on food. In which case I say we rais the manor for more useful loot, like the drip:V
As an aside, the recent fight and her general appearance is giving me really strong Yuna Springfield vibes

plus we had the tools to take advantage of his dump stat

I mean yes, but those were either Hugareida (Contested Movement) or something almost all Norsemen would have (lots of damage).

We've got 2 Food a turn and 6 stockpiled...we're fine for three people for a whole year. Fodder is a bit more of an issue, but we can buy that on our way home if we need to. Our farm really isn't in too much trouble here...not enough we need to focus like this anyway.

guys the twist is obviously a bonus if we are fighting a stronger person, but we are well on our way to being the danger, and since Norse cultivation is tied to age it loses value over time.

As is, yes. But we are planning on hiring help and I did mention grabbing some thralls in my plan. Which means we need to feed them. So having a bigger buffer for when we do properly prepare the fields will help.

we also got 14 food from this raid and like 30+ fodder. Once we get those 3 farms up and running i am sure our food and fodder situation will fix itself

Part of the desire is to see what Twists even are, mechanically.

Also, we're a brash, strong young upstart, but there are many old monsters around who are beyond us.

Long run it falls away in relevance, but that's only relevant if we get to the really long run.

But mostly I want to know what Twists do and how they work.

I dunno it might also apply in any fight that's one-sided enough against us. Even Hallr got killed in an unfair fight if you'll recall (9 Steelfathers came to kill him...they succeeded). A bonus to the fights we're in the most trouble in seems pretty good to me. If it ever does become useless, we can fill the Capacity with something else.

If we're taking thralls, sure.

I'm not sure if the listed loot is our share, or the whole thing before we divide it up (and add bonuses based on location chosen). I'd be interested to know.

@Imperial Fister which is it?

Just remembered that horra guy is stronger than us or has one such ally likely im changing to twist

church for combat loot, extra loot to cover the finances lost from not choosing Mayor's house

Your share. This is a trading town and raiding is lucrative

Sweet. Yeah, then with 14 Food here and 36 Fodder, we definitely don't need any more food and fodder. Even if we did pick up two thralls, we'd have the food for them for a year. We're good. What we need is storage, and we'll need to really work to make that a thing in time for stuff not to go bad. More food and fodder wouldn't help.

How much is that ounce of gold worth, in ounces of silver? Are we talking 100 to 1 or what?

i know why raiding is for 20 year olds, no 16 year old should be this rich. We are gonna have to make sure Abjorn doesn't get scammed into buying an elephant or something, I vote doing the shopping until he is older or has developed his Hughr further.

It's not all that much. We can't even afford mail armor yet (since that's 250 ounces of silver if I recall correctly). It's nice, though. Very nice.
