there are 2 rolls related to babies a Raw Hamr Roll for the 'aftermath' of the 'vows' and Hamingja Roll #2 for the total children in our future

It sounds like the QM considers an immediate pregnancy unlikely. We'll see whether that turns out to be correct, but just Abjorn having high Hamr probably doesn't do it.

    LMAO pranked ya'll, i accidentally drank a monster energy at 8pm and was bored enough that i decided to draw in MS paint for 3-5 hours using the AI art posted earlier by Alectai as a base

    behold I have attempted to add this red gambeson i found on google images to be worn under our apron (because if it was over you wouldnt see the apron and i like the apron plus less work for me) since the AI art doesnt have gambeson, also decide the embroidered ame on the gambeson would go on apron cause there was o good place for it. Anyways im no professional or even amateur, this is like my third thing in ms paint and i don't have proper hardware just my mouse so my hand hurts like hell. good night!

    • Reading and enjoying this, just got past the introduction of the seeress. One line of thought I have had is if we survive long enough to become a legend if we could use Standstill to cheat death. The Norns may have decreed the moment of our death but what if we could make that moment last forever?

    Standstill is much more about forcefields/kinetic energy than actual time manipulation, sadly.

    severly doubt we will ever cheat death as a major mechanic is playing as our children after dying plus the more we train the more skill baby is born with plus death passes on our orthsirr to our children so dont worry

    EDIT: still up since i noticed i left 1/4th of the monster energy after drawing and foolishly chugged it, the night is no longer good as i have ruined my sleep schedule

    will be unnecesary as i am lucky and the wedding will turn perfect, but that being said i am immediately adding my dice to "(Hamingja Roll #2) This is for the dreams you have during your first night as a wife, which were considered prophetic and foretold the prosperity and potential number of children you would have." if i can. more children = higher chance we see twins which would be cool.

    Yeah, realistically actual immortality is never going to happen. At best I think if we got really good at Standstill and die in combat we might be able to delay our death briefly (which the Norns probably also predicted) to get revenge and have some sort of touching final moment.

    Really I brought up the idea because our cultivation system can probably be refined (which may or may not be a part of the quest) and using Standstill in that way seems a reasonable fit for a hypothetical legendary character.

    It would be cool to have a character frozen in the moment of their epic death forever, flames and all. The soul has already left, but the body preserved for all time. It would be a national landmark.
