But she used the power of the force to break down a door? That means our secret is out now right?
Was it ever a secret to begin with? I mean, we were blind in the beginning of the quest, so us being able to function independently, without much in the way of mechanical compensation. The only explanation for this being greatly above average ability in our other four senses, or the force.

"Did you use the Force to open the door?" Obi-Wan managed to get out, equally as confused as Satine.

"Yep! Oh, sorry for interrupting your date, normally I'd be really happy that you two are enjoying some alone time together-"
I like to imagine Ciaran lets them think she used the Force because she doesn't want them to realise she has all of Satine's security codes.

And then the Council decided that Ciaran is, in fact, Darth Sidious. The Sith mastermind behind all this.

Now all we need is are to recreate Basilisk war droids for the Guardians and then it'll be a real party.

Also I feel that there needs to be a post detailing the reactions of everyone to the news.
I just looked up a Basilisk war Droid and I want one for our forces. Still though I looks at it and what the galaxy is using currently using as war droids and I'm drawing a blank at how there could be that much of a step down to what the current droids are.

We really should see about creating our own droids/drones.

I'd like to remind people that Ciaran is mostly Miraluka-a race where everyone is Force sensitive. It's really not a secret at all.

Obi-Wan was just so stunned at the audacity of the situation that his reaction was the only coherent statement he could get out. :p

*Maniacal Laughter*

Palpatine must be cursing up a storm right about now.

Nahhhh, Palps is gonna be pleased as punch about this. He just need to whisper the right words into the ears of the Senate and the Jedi council and both will be consumed by paranoia about what is obviously a resurrected Mandalorian Empire.

And then he can get the Republic to declare war on the Mandalorians.

"I don't understand though how evil can be so much like teenage heiress. The Darkside sure is good with hiding it's presence.."

But then what was the point of learning the buried presence technique? Does this mean the Jedi will be even more warry now that they can CONFIRM that she's strong-ish with the force? I mean it does add to the idea that Ciaran isn't who she really is in the eyes of the Jedi which means increased scrutiny.

Which brings the CNS into the war and Dooku would take the other side. We need more than ever now to keep a strong control of the senate to block any war making decisions on the Mandalorians while opening up the Jedi to visit Mandalore in 'peace talks'.

I wonder how the clone troops are going to react to Jango becoming Mand'alor. I remember some of them wondering why he didn't accept his role.

Maybe Jango will convince several Clones to become Mandalorians themselves and become another spanner in Palpatine's plans. Especiallly the ones that have their implant removed.

Disaster Roll=100
The Jedi Council decides to investigate their suspicions of Ciaran by organizing a meeting with the Luka Sene. You of course are required to attend.

Eh, fair point. Will retcon.

"Ciaran, are you now or have you ever been part of the Sith movement?"

"Nooooo Master McCarthy~

I would never do something so un-beneficial to my financial accounts as become a murderous hobo with a need to meditate on those ugly meditation mats."

"HOW DARE YOU!?"

"Oh my my my Master McCarthy, if your so risen by those comments aren't you a Sith also...Master?"

*An so Ciaran turns the tables yet again. Even Nute Gunray was clapping while watching the trial as a visiter.

Ciaran would go free and McCarthy would be removed from Sith investigation force.*

While I found a fair bit of the Mandalorian wanking stupid and dumb in EU, even with what I mentally remove...it doesn't change the fact that when a Manda'lor steps up to the throne, the galaxy feels it.

Yeah, but there's a very big difference between the average Miralukan can do and what Lady Ciaran can do. Most don't know how to consciously direct the force at all, much less tear open a locked and presumably heavily secured door as easily as breathing.

Ciaran is effectively a Master Jedi Sentinel, except for the part where she isn't actually a Jedi of course.

How much butt can they kick when united by one person? Also what was it like for the universe to see the Vorg man handle the Mandalores in their own turf?

He said he was going to retcon that. I think she may just use some device to send a signal to the door in order to open up the door.

I think it's a combination of cost and people not having the expertise/materials to make Bes'uliike -- IIRC, they were made of beskar like most Mando'ade wargear.

Plus Revan ordered their destruction as part of the Mandalorian's surrender after the battle of Malachor. Not all of them were scrapped, but the schematics to make more were probably lost to that.

All I can say about this interlude-update is two things:

I can't WAIT until the rumor mill of this turn pops up!

And I wonder if Thrawn thought the Mandalorian history that Jango was, if Jango himself, was a piece of art or something.

Well, we can just design our own version.

Just call up Sienar and say: "Hey Raith, don't you think it would be a fun challenge to design a cross between a gunboat, an AT-AT and a droid?"

I'm sure he'd have fun with the challenge.
