Guys why tell a lie when their reaction to the truth will be funnier

"Believe it or not, it's not that hard to find out the basics of making a lightsaber, what with them existing and being used for thousands of years. Then I just tried over and over until I got it right."

It's even the truth.
Kinda is actually. There's a reason making your first lightsaber used to be one of the tests to officially join the Order. And the Moonlight Blade is not a padawan's lightsaber.

Since when could she do a Batman?
Pretty much forever? It's kinda her signature move.
"Do you have any idea how she keeps doing that?" Padme said. Anakin folded his arms in thought for a moment before he sighed in exasperation. "Don't tell Obi-Wan or Ahsoka this, but I'm becoming increasingly convinced that the Force has given her the ability to appear just when it would annoy someone the most."

'Not that hard' by Ciaran's standards is admittedly, a fair bit harder for a regular person. Also, Ciaran can honestly say she made dozens of designs until she got a satisfactory one.

Suddenly being away is something different than walking in at annoying moments.
It's the same skill set, just applied in reverse.

See also: the time she deliverd the news about there being a new Mand'alor to Satine and Obi Wan by suddenly appearing in a locked room inside a secure building surrounded by the best soldiers on the planet and then vanished in an empty corridor when Satine tried to chase her down to strangle answers out of her.

We have that in the lightfoil, though. We can just say "I found a bitching saber crystal cnd I wanted to use it, so I built a brand new lightsaber with advice from this associate of mine who is definitely not the sith assajj ventress.

I mean if you think about it the fact that Ciaran has the Mantle of the Force really isn't that big of an issue. After all, it was retrieved under the close supervision of a respected Jedi Master (100% true!). And it was constructed with the input of a respected master of the Force (admittedly that one takes a bit more stretching of the truth).

Speaking of which, I don't think it'll be too much of a spoiler to say that yes, Ciaran will finally be using the Moonlight Blade in an actual fight in part 2. She's had plenty of reasons to not use it before, but soon she'll have the chance to cut loose with it.

Anywhoo, the usual omake things.

Now that Baron's said it himself I can now be truthful and say that I'm not saying anything snippy for fear of spoilers. Still, Canon and +!0.

Election Campaign Ad #1

This is brilliant. I don't know if this will ever be used, but let's throw it in the "currently non-canon" section for the hell of it. +10.

If I remember correctly, in the stats given for characters for the Foundry Raids, Kygeetu could hit a bonus to attack rolls of 45, beating out even HK-47 by five points, whenever Ciaran was on the field with her, potentially making her the single most powerful combatant available before you get into extra rolls. This is, I think, the first time the two of them have ever been in combat together, and so the first time that Kygeetu would be fighting at that level (if that stat abstraction is interpreted into the story). I'm curious whether and how that may play into this fight coming up.

Edit: I just looked it up, and, yeah, she hits a 45 attack bonus in that mini-game, and, more interestingly, a 60 counterattack bonus.

I envision her getting a scene where Ciaran is fighting either Maul or Savage and then the other one tries to attack her from behind only to have the blow deflected by Kygeetu, buying time for Obi-Wan and Siri to get there and help end the fight.

Just realized that at this point, with the cliff-hanger to the first ep. of the two-parter (maybe a Season finale?), the (next season in the) series could go behind the scenes to show just who Ciaran really is, and then end on the same point.

> tfw you'll never watch this AU Clone Wars and get trolled by Ciaran's backstory in the process

Imagine seeing the scene of that suspicious rich lady showing up to tell Obi-Wan she made a deal that apparently brought Maul back to life, then the camera staying on her as her posture and mannerisms change to full seriousness and she addresses the random bodyguard lady that's been with her as an Abysswalker, something you'd probably not heard of yet. Somebody who seems to actually thinks they have a chance against a pair of Sith, and Ciaran, who can apparently fight a Jedi to a standstill agrees that she'd be helpful.

Given Ciaran's tendency to appear and disappear as she pleases, can she go batman on maul and savage? I need it.
