She just doesn't seem to be interested. Although given the Clone Wars, relationships are a distant priority. At least until she is certain she has no serious enemies who would be after her blood like a certain Chancellor.
I don't know how we could get Mara Jade though. It is a massive galaxy and she might be thrown under the radar. Not to mention she hasn't even been born yet and we don't know much about her past. Hell, she could have been butterflied away if one of her parents had been indirectly killed by our actions.
He was considered THE Lightsaber Instructor (second only to Yoda), having mastered all forms, including some rare variants. Thus I can imagine him have no shortage of Padawans and Knights to corrupt.
He already had a secret fascination with the Dark Side, his fall to the Dark Side was from his impatience to learn Vaapad. Windu made it a rule that they both had to be present when training so that they could balance out the possibility of Dark Side corruption... and of course Bulq wanted to get ahead of Windu and trained by himself. The results of this are fairly obvious.
Technically it could have worked against Anakin, as it feeds of the Dark Side emotions of the opponent. From appearances it would seem to Bulq that Anakin was effected by the events he had set into motion at the Jedi Temple and he could use that against him.
Unfortunately for him, having witnessed the Dark Side on Mortis, Anakin seems a more emotionally healthy individual... with Ciaran's guidance of course.

i kinda want to adopt a kid just so we can train it to be both the next troll master and so someone can look after the abyss watchers when we die.
