Honestly, it's for the best they didn't. Ignoring all else, the constant drive to be improve, to be more? It's the easiest and quickest way to fall to the insane side of the Dark side.

And an insane Ciaran who just wants to see the galaxy burn? That'd be terrifying.
That makes me think the Sith order under Ciaran could be a little like Slytherin House at its best: a place for ambitious ruthless people to hone their skills and learn restraint and socialization at the same time.

It's interesting to see that there's personality types for whom the Jedi are genuinely the wrong place, morality aside.

They did try to modify themselves via the Lightsaber Form system.

For many, Form III embodies 'what it means to be a Jedi'.

Form IV and Form V was made by guys who couldn't stand the 'wait and see/look for the perfect moment' mentality that Form III offered.

Sith usually rely on word games and information control on Jedi to convert them because they know that Jedi control information as part of the Jedi indoctrination via 'a certain point of view'.

Found something about Force and semi-imunity:

Might be worth analysing because gaining something that prevents Darkness (or Light) from consuming you would be worth it.

dont we already have a way(thanks to a certain phantom that we STILL HAVNT GAVE A BODY TO) to stop dark side corruption already tho.

No.

Also, what's with the aggression? It's not like that's easy (or even possible for more than short term) or every Sith Lord that ever lived would still be running around.

The reason every Sith lord that ever lived isn't still running around is that not all of them knew how to force ghost.

Really, we just need some variant of this Transfer essence and a force sensitive clone without any memories, training or personality.

ALSO
the way we were talking about it is making a perfect clone body for him to snach, instead of just like, stealing someones body. thats what most sith do anyways you, if they know how to do force phantom/ghost/whatthefuckever/semantics.
(i think? its been a while since we talked about it.)

Have another omake count!
Over the last thirty pages, we've added eleven more omakes, giving us a total of 16 omake bonuses toward next turn's actions.
PSA: with the Chu'unthor online and the Oracle Grand Fleet inbound, we should probably plan for two additional actions next turn. That means next turn's cap would be 46. Also note that there are only three items left before the end of the turn: 'A Nobleman and a Sith' interlude (the dinner with Dooku), 'Foundry Raid Night' mini-turn, and the 'Results Pt. 2' base upgrades.

Over the last twenty-five or so pages, we've added seven more omakes, giving us a total of 23 omake bonuses for next turn's actions. Halfway there!

Now I want an Jedi Master Ciaran omake or an alternate reality crossover!
I wonder if Jedi version of Ciaran can unleash the full potential the Jedi order and its impact on the galaxy.
Oh sure its easy for her to go SIth or become a Death Raven but seeing her navigate and change the Jedi Order from within as her is far more interesting using due to rules and tradition.
What she would do as the Grandmaster of the Jedi heh:rofl:

Well, I guess I know what I'll be doing tonight and tomorrow night.

... Maybe. I give it 50/50. If I didn't bother to proclaim I'm nabbing this idea it would probably be 75-90% chance I wouldn't bother.

Oh and something about the CIS

If y'all don't mind, there are some who oppose the traditional warminded CIS military leadership, the council, through which we could affect the "shadow cabal" and derail more of Palps plans.

Eh, maybe maybe not. She's no slouch personally, but pretty much all of her effective power comes from the organization she built and the people she recruited. I doubt freshly-insane Dark Jedi Ciaren would have the time, patience, or resources to build that before some Jedi strike team ganked her.

If Ciaran was a Jedi, she'd have come to Palpatine's notice. If the fall was after Plagueis death, She'd end up as either a pawn or an apprentice. Either way, that's a lot of dangerous resources in the hands of a crazy.

Also, if blunt instrument crazy Maul can manipulate forces to take Mandalore, crazy Ciaran could probably pull something similar.

She wouldn't last forever, but there is no way she'd die quietly.

While taking down a dark Jedi is always a storyline in and of itself, unless their the Dark Lord, they always go down in the end. And Palpatine is the Dark Lord.

Also, doubt Palpy would use her as anything but another time-bombs in the Clone wars to destabilize things. He's already got an experienced Master Jedi in Dooku, and will be gunning for Anny for his power. A young Ciaren just wouldn't be able to compete with that.
