Yeah no kidding. Issue is I don't see any reason why any of the three would want Ciaran here. The Father wants Anakin to replace him, and I doubt he'd think Ciaran would encourage him to do that. The Daughter wants to preserve the Status Quo (typical light sider), and there's no way you'd choose Ciaran for that. The Son wants to kill the Father and escape, and given his attitude when we saw him just then...I don't think so. I don't even know if any of the Three even knows Ciaran is even here. Like sure, the Son came looking for whoever crashed, but I don't think he necessarily knew it was Ciaran. I'm concerned and intrigued by the possibility that the Mother managed to wrangle things so that Ciaran could get in. She's imprisoned but she's not totally powerless and she's the one most likely to gain by dropping a wild card like Ciaran into the situation.

Another reason I don't see the Father, or the other two inviting Ciaran. The previous Traya tried to kill the Force itself. That's not the sort of thing that gets your successor put on the christmas card list of living embodiments of that self-same force.
Probably got a head's up from the Force since it seems like she's become its equivalent of the IT Guy and then Shattered her way into the area since "lol, invitation? The Force told me to use shatterpoint at this exact point" and now she has to figure out how to unfuck shit since the Force is like, "Fucked if I know bro, just sort it out...somehow."

Please be advised that it's like 1am and I'm about to go to sleep, so add plenty of salt to the above statement.

Makes at least as much sense as the whole "bring balance to the Force" thing does.

If there's no force there can be no imbalance in the force! Darth Traya was right! ;)

I still cant understand how the jedi thought "balance" means "no dark side" which is the whole second side of the conflict. balance ,when they know of only one sith. means only one jedi.
Because the Jedi convinced themselves the dark side was an unnatural perversion of the force. As I understand it their logic was that while the Jedi allow the force to flow freely through them the Sith use their anger and rage to direct the force to suit their own wills. Therefore the only way the force could be balanced is if all the Sith were destroyed and it was allowed to return to it's natural flow.

The Jedi do not see the Dark Side as an actual side, they view it as a corruption. So to them, restoring balance to the force involved removing the corruption.

I know what we should do.

Let us take the Father, Son and Daughter out for some drinks and clubbing. We know/own some places that would be perfect for that. Oh and let us take the Jedi along to see that we are doing nothing to out there with Padma to chaperone the whole thing.

Perfect plan, nothing can go wrong.:lol:lol

Anakin:... Ciaran.. why is... everything a formless white void.
Ciaran: ..... well it seems getting the embodiments of the force drunk was not a ... wise idea.
Anakin: .. you gave the universe a *hangover*
Ciaran: yep!

That's a recipe for the Son and the Daughter to hopefully wake up in the beds of people they don't know with a lot of regrets.

Hopefully, because it's also possible that they'll wake up in the same bed.

Lady in bed with the Son: ... I was one with the force, the force was with me.

Ciaran: yep!
Ciaran: Well at least we convinced them to keep their sibling rivalry at a lower level.
Ashoka: How did you do that.
Ciaran: Obi-wan threatened to send them to their rooms without dinner.
Obi-wan: I did?
Ciaran: Yep and they were drunk enough to believe you.
Obi-wan: Changing the subject what happened to the Father.
Ciaran: Well....
Padma: Ciaran bought him some hookers.
Ashoka: What? Really?
Padma: Yes, Twins.
Anakin/Obi-wan: I am NOT drunk enough for this.
Ciaran: Hold out booze is stashed under the couch. Help yourselves.

I meant when we meet them. And besides, won't they be suspicious on why we seem to have a subdued force presence? And it's not like we are actively suppressing it constantly
Now I get the image of none of the force embodiments being able to see her leading to much confusion whenever the jedi talk to her in their presence.

Personally I could care less about this "balance of the Force" BS. That was just a poorly thought out plot point from George Lucas that didn't go anywhere. If these people want 'Balance', we should do what Kreia did to those Jedi Master for Light Side players.

Cut each of their connections to the Force and then we will get the balance they are looking for. We will fulfill the stupid prophecy and just like canon, consider this a big lip alligator moment for the series.

What could possibly go wrong?

If we're going to go Full Kreia, we need to find an apprentice we can teach and be proud of, a few allies to turn on us and a wound in the force to try and convince to kill it while we act all evil the moment we are out of there sight.

Aside from Reven another force ghost or given her circumstances an anti-force ghost Ciaran should meet would be Meetra Surik.

Preferably with a different name.

Surik? Sure why not. Meetra? It sounds stupid.

...In a few minutes someone will claim I've insulted them or something, but honestly, "Meetra Surik"? It's a terrible name.

Part of the problem is that they named a character that we originally got to name ourselves. If the character remains undefined, they can always be your character. If the character is defined but not given a name, it can still be one of your characters. But give the character a name and define them? You get disappointment and a feeling of wrongness whenever you interact with them in any form of media.

It's a case of they could have been anyone, but now they are this.

Most of my complaints fall as variations of it doesn't sound right, but my main actually relevant one is that it doesn't fit the Star Wars naming system.

Ah, these are perfectly valid reasons to be annoyed. I'm still personally annoyed by the increasingly not-at-all-what-I-played personality of Shoji Se... Yuu Narakami.

I'm just getting the mental image of a plurality of ancient Force users looking down on Mortis' current situation and saying, "Yeah, nah. That shit is fucked. What can we do to help?" Lo and behold, there's someone who works wonders as a spanner in the works called "Lady Ciaran." So all of these force users gather up their power and allow her through just to see if she does something useful because it's not like the situation can get more messed up, right?
Is it sad that I can actually see this happening?

i can see this happening.
Ninja'd.
