Look, if we don't want our outfit to make us look clearly evil, we just need to use our diplomatic skill to make a new fashion trend in the galaxy. Or at least Coruscant.

Alright, a real quick thing: I decided to roll for some of the planets brought to my attention for potential CNS recruitment that weren't part of the original list. The planets that joined are:

Varada
Kabray
Herdessa
Makeb
Ryndellia
Kalarba
Takodana

These can be counted as joining this turn or the next, I'm not particularly picky about them given how relatively minor these systems are.

I'll probably add them for this turn. I needed to fix the Neimoidia <-> Cato Neimoidia issue anyway, so it shouldn't be too much extra work to update the rest of the map at the same time. Should be forthcoming shortly; thanks!

Wait, @Dr. Snark, did you roll for the other systems in the Outer Rim and Colonies, or just for Varada + Mid Rim systems? In case you missed it, here were the other neutral systems from the other two regions (I can add comments on each if you'd like, to give some idea of where to set the DC):

*Shrugs* It's cool. Rolled for those and...the dice really like you when it comes to rolling for CNS planets apparently. Planets joining:

Callos
Marat V
Kelrodo-Ai
Gerrenthum
Pako Ramoon
Sump
Bri'ahl
Maya Kovel
Arkania
Quellor
Bardotta

So...all of the planets that were already neutral anyway have made it official. That's nice. Though at the end of the day I figure there's only one planet on the list that anyone would actually care about :V

So basically we're an entire faction of Carmen Sandiego's?
Ask and you shall receive.

Where in the Galaxy is Ciaran Cata?

Well she sneaks around the worlds from Yavin to Arkania,
She's a sticky-fingered filcher from Mos Eisley down to Theed,
She'll take you for a ride on a star ship to Corellia,
Tell me where in the galaxy is Ciaran Cata?

Steal Darth Traya from Malchor V, make Coruscant cry uncle,
From the Kessel Run to Onderon they'll be singing the blues,
Well they never even saw her steal Chu'unthor from Dathomir,
Tell me where in the galaxy is Ciaran Cata?

She goes from Riileb to Taris, Rodia to Paqualis,
Iego to Cato Neimoidia and back!

Well she'll ransack Mandalore and run a scam in Jaciprius,
Then she'll stick 'em up on Muunilinst and go pick-pocket the Muun,
She put the Miss in misdemeanor when she stole bacta from Vratix,
Tell me where in the galaxy is Ciaran Cata?
Oh tell me where in the world is... Oh tell me where can she be?

Ooh, Rainboh to Tatooine, Lur via Sistooine,
Craci to Brosi, Qiilura, Felucia...!

Well she flies around the sectors and she'll flimflam every planet,
She's a double-dealing diva with a taste for thievery,
Her itinerary's loaded up with briefings from PR-1,
Tell me where in the galaxy is Ciaran Cata?
AN: If you want the tune. This was a lot easier than I thought it'd be. Most of the song is just "Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego?" over and over again, and @Publicola was kind enough to compile huge lists of Star Wars planets for me to search for rhyming ones.

Biggest issue was that I don't know how last names works with Miraluka. If it's just paternal inheritance, then she's Ciaran Cata, since her dad is Silas' son, but according to @Teron his name is Jisela Parsa, so she'd be Ciaran Parsa, except the fact that her dad isn't named Jisela Cata means that it doesn't work on simple paternal inheritance so her last name could be who knows what. Or maybe Jisela changed his last name because he dislikes Silas so much. Either Cata or Parsa works for the syllable count though, so I'll just assume Cata and change it if either of our QMs comment on it.

According to her character sheet (which has a new portrait!), she has no surname. It's just Ciaran.

Abyss Watchers Assets/CNS Space (As of Turn 24 Results)
A/N: I just finished updating the Map and Index, per rolls here and here and here and here. TL,DR: The CNS just went galactic.

Map: Abyss Watcher Assets & CNS Space

In the first months of Year 15 [20 BBY], the Abyss Watchers purchased a new base on Naboo, and seized considerable Black Sun assets on Ord Mantell. Lady Ciaran also negotiated a peaceful settlement on Qiilura, which promptly joined the Council of Neutral Systems, along with many of its Mid Rim neighbors along the Celanon Spur.

Onderon rebels commanded by Admiral Thrawn launched a 'daring raid' against the droid army of Sev'rance Tann, seizing her flagship Invisible Hand and freeing their home from Separatist occupation. Onderon and its neighbors also joined the CNS, with the able assistance of Senator Bonteri. A sharp rise in regional piracy led Thrawn to take a closer look at the Stenness system; he discovered that the Merson Slavers were funded by Separatists, with under-the-table support provided by BolBol the Hutt. Thrawn informed Ciaran, Ciaran informed Borvo, and Borvo informed Jabba the Hutt, who promptly deposed BolBol and entrusted the region to Borvo's thriving Nal Raka Criminal Empire.

Lady Ciaran also visited the planet Genian, petitioning their government to formally join the CNS even as she put forward her own bid on Talesan Fry's latest technological masterpiece. Genian and its neighbors (notably including Durkteel and Bimmisari) also joined the CNS.

In the aftermath of the Caamas Ceasefire, more systems jumped at the chance to escape the ravages of war and join the CNS. In the Outer Rim, the Ciutric Hegemony (in the north) and the Centrality (in the east) joined en bloc, as did the worlds controlled by the Tenloss Syndicate in the far south. Likewise, a number of IGBC client worlds also joined, in Muun Space and in the southern Outer Rim, though Gwori, Sartinaynian, and Scipio remain hold-outs.

Taking a cue from the Voss Mystics, most of the Allied Tion subsector joined the CNS, notably including the ecumenopolis Lianna, headquarters of Santhe/Sienar Technologies. Bardotta and its colonies joined in similar fashion, at the urging of the local Dagoyan monks, while Arkania joined at the urging of Arkanian geneticists employed by Karada.

In the Galactic Southwest, Marat V's petitions to join the CNS was finally processed and accepted, triggering a cascade of applications from most of its neighbors including Rayter (Pako Ramoon), Koradin (Sump), Briah'l, much of Greater Javin (Garenthum and Bespin) and even parts of Inner Zuma (Maya Kovel and Endor).

The Gotal homeworld of Antar IV also used the ceasefire to expel its Separatist occupiers, and both Antar IV and the Gotal colony world of Atzerri joined the CNS shortly thereafter.

A number of neutral planets in Separatist Space also sought formal recognition -- Steniplis and its neighbors (near Sluis Van), Ryndellia (near Enarc and Naboo), Kalarba and Kabray (near Druckenwell) all took the opportunity to reaffirm their neutrality.

Finally, after a secret meeting on Frisia, a number of Senators pledge their planet's support for Lady Ciaran. Onaconda Farr persuaded Rodia to join the CNS outright, as did Lexi Dio for Uyter and Shea Sadashassa for Herdessa, though Giddean Danu of Kuat and Bana Breemu of Humbarine were only able to pledge under-the-table support.

Searchable galaxy map, plus Sector Maps (from Star Wars: The Essential Atlas) for the Expansion Regions, Mid Rim, and Outer Rim.

By the Force, I guess if anything this shows people really would just prefer peace.

Also, when the heck did we grab Tund?! As in, the home world of the Sorcerers of Tund, one of the last significant populations of Red Sith left in the galaxy.

Interestingly they split off from the other Sith very early on, just after King Adas died iirc and had very little to do with the various Sith Empires.

This last turn. Tund belongs to the 'Centrality' region, which is characterized as isolationist and neutral in the Clone Wars, so it wasn't too difficult to recruit them. Do you know if the Sorcerers of Tund would have any interesting Force abilities we'd be able to learn...?

So, when are we going to instate the annual force user convention (Jedi and Sith: please stay out)?

Apparently they're very skilled at deception, illusions and, notably, shapeshifting.

And I was wrong about their founding, looks like it was just after the Great Hyperspace War, so they should have some old Sith records and such at the least.

They reject division in the Force, calling it the Unity and have apparently had their philosophy influenced by the Rakata somehow.

They're quite isolationist, believing only 'true Sith' can fully understand their truths, although they do take people in from time to time, such as surviving Massassi.

They're known to the Jedi, although surveillance has dwindled to just trying to convince them to drop the mysticism from their activities.

They're set to be killed in 5BBY by one of their own, along with all life on the planet, a Croke by the name of Rokur Gepta. Using a technique developed using Tundian teachings capable of eradicating not only all life on a planet but the very materials life might use to arise later.
Never formally named, only referred to as 'green fire' or the green death it is hilariously lethal, one cubic millimetre is sufficient to render a planet uninhabitable, the only protection from it high powered electromagnetic fields.

There are no thieves in the galaxy quite like the Abyss Watchers, mainly because no one is as crazy as they are. Currently non-canon, +10.

Where in the Galaxy is Ciaran Cata?

...Okay, I think I have to give a +10 on that one if only for sheer creativity/me finding it hilarious.

It's "Ciaran." Just "Ciaran."

...Okay in all seriousness she'd probably sign off as Ciaran Cata on documents, mainly to help keep anyone from connecting her to her parents. Not out of sympathy, but rather so she doesn't have to ever ever deal with them.

Still waiting for us to botch an events roll and the Jedi accidentally tell our parents what we've been doing with our life.

You do realize that saying this, it just makes me want to get Ciaran and her parents into a room together at some point.
