Perhaps, but I doubt he has focused on corporate secrets - he was likely more interested in how Lex and Pamala played into the Woodrue saga - considering Batman's focus on crime (which he doesn't know Lex's involvement with yet). Using his playboy persona as a smokescreen for interrogation, which he is still getting the hang of not being too obnoxious as to shut down the conversation.

Tempting but we already know he isn't going to die, but he could be badly injured, so... I'll risk it.

Ok, let's protect our new asset.

Tempted to help the police, but I think that helping the active combatants while risker will have more impact.

Since the police are already here they will undoubtedly call for back up unless their being jammed or killed very quickly.

I also was thinking about Alberto but I wouldn't want to draw Batman's suspicion and I think other paths could be open for communicating. Plus I'm worried if we get involved with the Falcones sure they could be a foothold in Gotham but they could also draw Batman to us (whom could then perhaps help the League - at least begrudgingly to find justice).

I'm opening to changing my mind though.

As much as Pamela would like to protect Luthor, she wouldn't have the proper skills, while she can be protected by Kate Kane, as Luhor is currently next to a pyromancer. Assassins do not fuck with The Bat and get to leave without every bone in their body broken, except those that can keep them alive. (Hey, Bruce is also a crazy psycho nutjob just like his rough gallery. He's just in control and has a conscious and morality)

except this is early on, and he doesnt have a reputation yet.
