So a brief status update. I underestimated how long this next section would take me. As such the next update won't come tonight but it will come tomorrow. That being said the third part should come relatively quickly, landing either tomorrow or on Friday. Thank you all for your patience.

For a start they have slightly different skill sets. David Cain is first and foremost an assassin, Deathstroke is, arguably, first and foremost a soldier/mercenary. There's some overlap of course but if you want a convoluted scheme to kill a man David Cain is generally better, if you want to win a direct fight Deathstroke is generally better.
I used to read some Batgirl comics, and that kind of brings an interesting perspective to things. Cain really was bizarre in how well he could set things up for himself to kill people or win fights, not via skill but just by creating the right opportunity. He played off sentiment for other people a lot and used emotional blackmail and so forth, but by and large it got the job done and he could play most people and situations like a fiddle.

For all Lady Shiva is an absurd martial artist, Cassandra's crazy ability to know what people are going to do before they even do probably comes in large part from David Cain. (Well, that's probably exaggerating, Lady Shiva is freaking Lady Shiva, but there's definitely a contribution there). He took a fairly broad and generalized inherited social talent, and then essentially made 'violence' the default mode of socialization.

Turn 33 Action Vote Part 2
So this came out a day late but it's here now. Again if anything seems missing or off to you please let me know. I believe I got everything but I might've missed something. I hope you guys enjoy as there's only one part left and then finally this turn can get moving again. Thank you all for being patient with me.

Turn 33 Action Vote Part 2

Intrigue:
There remain plenty of things to look into and uncover. Your superhero team has placed you on the world stage once again and naturally as an international trendsetter, eyes and enemies will be upon you. Keeping tabs on what's going on, uncovering secrets, and engaging in your own bits of skullduggery would enable you to keep your position at the pedestal all others look to for guidance. It's not easy but keeping an eye and an ear out is the very least you could do to ensure that new problems don't pop up and old problems disappear.

[ ] Investigate inside the company
DC 12 You can never be too paranoid. Investigating inside the company would let you root out spies and figure out if anyone is siphoning money away from where it is supposed to go. With the massive influx of new employees it might be best to see if you need to plug any new leaks within the company itself and ensure everyone is on board.

[ ] Investigate Russia
DC 254 Russia has been recruiting as many talented scientists as they possibly can. It is ominous that they are gearing up for something but if you can find out what it is that the country is trying to make then you can develop a countermeasure of some kind. With Noi having fled to Russia and Ignition having ties to the country it may be worthwhile to look into them.

[ ] Investigate Oolong Island
DC 82 Oolong Island is a mysterious place which hasn't even been confirmed to exist. The Chinese government has actively denied the island's existence. Maybe there is some truth to this rumor despite the evidence to the contrary.

[ ] Bribe Franklin Berkowitz
DC 75 Franklin Berkowitz is a man of principles in stark opposition to Sackett. He will not be easy to bribe but you're sure that enough money can erode most men's principles

[ ] Investigate the DEO
DC 254 The DEO was a shadowy government arm that notoriously deals in extranormal affairs. The organization has recently been disbanded in favor of two new organizations. However, the DEO's old files are still immensely relevant to the goings on of the modern day.

[ ] Investigate the DOMA
DC 83 Diana Prince is now the head of the DOMA which has taken over half of the DEO's operations. You are fairly involved as an ally of Diana Prince but you wouldn't be surprised if the DOMA is still keeping secrets from you. Snooping around could prove valuable

[ ] Investigate ARGUS
DC ??? ARGUS is another organization that is acting as a successor to the DEO only this time you have no idea what this group does. Finding out information on them is critical as they somehow managed to be even more paranoid and secretive than the DEO.

[ ] Investigate Director Bones
DC 44 You have met with the mysterious head of the DEO. While he hasn't revealed much you can now start looking into who exactly he is to try and get a better understanding of the DEO. Director Bones has officially retired as the director of the DEO and now goes by Mister Bones.

[ ] Investigate Diana Prince
DC 58 On the other hand you could also investigate Diana Prince. Diana is the head of the DOMA which has replaced the DEO. You have learned that she is an Amazon and has powers that dwarf anything you have seen so far. Being able to learn more about her could prove very useful to you

[ ] Investigate Amanda Waller
DC 72 Amanda Waller is the person in charge of ARGUS. She has a classified history working with the CIA and has a long and storied career of working with the US government but her actual background is well hidden. Getting a read on her could be vital as not only is she a major player she is Director Bones' successor that you were totally unaware of.

[ ] Further Investigate William Walsh
DC 68? William Walsh is an ex-DEO agent who has gone rogue. He has ties to the mysterious organization H.I.V.E. and was involved in the self-same incident that caused Slade Wilson to leave his family. Perhaps further digging up where he is and what he is up to will reveal more about how things are going

[ ] Attempt to locate Themyscira
DC ??? Alternatively if you don't want to deal with Diana Prince you could try and find the Amazons themselves. You know Themyscira is off the coast of Greece but you are unsure of where specifically and you are aware that there are likely magical safeguards. It would likely be a crapshoot but if it succeeds the result might be well worth it. Circe in particular has shown interest in it so while it might risk more of her attention on you, solving this problem might be well worth it

[ ] Investigate what happened in Fawcett City
DC 102 Something strange happened in Fawcett city involving the DEO and it may be in your best interest to find out what it is. Solving this mystery could lead to some potentially huge rewards. The presence of an individual known as "Captain Marvel" only further makes looking into what happened an interesting proposition

[ ] Investigate what Faulkner hit in his demonstration
DC 21 With all of the hubbub over Quixium very few people have noticed that something was off in the tunnel that Faulkner was digging in. The discrepancy didn't pass you by and you intend to figure out what's going on. After all if something as relatively revolutionary as Quixium is left out in the open then what people can't find is likely even more valuable

[ ] Investigate Haly's Circus
DC 22 C.C. Haly refused a generous offer from you which makes you somewhat suspicious of what might be going on especially considering that the circus is somewhat impoverished right now. Something is not adding up and figuring it out could prove interesting.

[ ] Sabotage Haly's Circus
DC 30 C.C. Haly refused a generous offer from you. Making sure his circus suffers and pays for it can ensure that people know better than to refuse you.

[ ] Bribe the police
DC 26 You could attempt to directly bribe the police to get them directly on your payroll. This method isn't subtle and some of them might blow the whistle on corruption if you engage in this action. But they already more or less belong to you, this will only make it more literal

[ ] Hide evidence of control of the police
DC 99 There is a trail people could follow to figure out you've got control of the police. Muddying the waters and covering your tracks could help ensure that no one can link you to the police. Still you must be careful that your attempts to hide evidence doesn't create more evidence. The trail is already likely buried but you could bury it even further

[ ] Have the police cause inconveniences for a target of your choosing
DC 46 The police in Metropolis are competent and they in essence answer to you. As such if you want to exert a little pressure you are sure you can convince them to make someone's life miserable. After all people can't scheme against you when they are to bust dealing with parking tickets and other various minor offences. With the police being stretched as thin as they currently are the viabiliy of this method of control has dropped off somewhat but it still remains a functional option if a potentially costly one.

[ ] Hire Deathstroke for a job
DC 44 Slade Wilson AKA Deathstroke is one of the deadliest mercenaries on the globe right now and is constantly in high demand. Hiring him for a job will be very expensive but the man boasts an impressive resume and he always gets the job done once he takes it.

[ ] Investigate the history of the League of Shadows
DC 79 A group as powerful as the League of Shadows couldn't have sprung up out of nowhere. By investigating the groups past perhaps you can find more clues as to how they organization works, who Ra's al Ghul really is and who the person who framed you could be.

[ ] Investigate Nanda Parbat
DC 64 Nanda Parbat is a small isolated Tibetian city but if what the assassins said about it is true there is much more about it than meets the eye. You intend on finding out as much as you can if you intend to retaliate against the League of Shadows for the attempt on your life.

[ ] Locate the Sword of Fan
DC 64 The Sword of Fan is a powerful mystical artifact lost somewhere in Micronesia. Supposedly the first emperor of China used it to unify the country under his reign. Such a powerful tool could prove highly effective for LexCorp's goal

[ ] Locate Excalibur
DC ??? Nygma has confirmed that Excalibur exists. Finding it would give you a massive amount of power and prestige. However you are sure that finding such a legendary sword will be quite difficult.

[ ] Locate Clarent
DC ??? Less well known but arguably still incredibly valuable is the sword Clarent. Finding Clarent could prove very useful even if it is just to keep it out of others hands.

[ ] Locate the Night Blade
DC ??? Most intriguingly Nygma found mention of a sword called the Night Blade which has no restrictions on who can wield it. Finding such an object would grant you immense power if significantly less acclaim than the other two swords created by Merlin

[ ] Search for hidden artifacts
DC 134 (DC 60 if Nygma assigned) There are clearly many hidden secrets in the world at large buried in the ancient past. Having someone put the clues together and seeking them out could prove a useful venture

[ ] Search for potential psychics
DC ??? Director Prince has made statements that the attack at Lexpo could have been the work of a psychic. As such it might behoove you to now start looking for psychics in the real world. However tracking down genuine psychics will be fairly difficult although you can at least try and narrow down what is and isn't a psychic

[ ] Attempt to enter Azerath
DC 45 Rebecca has discovered an entire magical pocket dimension on the west coast near Jump City. Arriving into the pocket dimension could give you some very interesting insight as to what is going on there and could enable you to better understand magic. Recent evidence has shown that there is a powerful magical barrier protecting the pocket dimension. This means that it is liable to take a great deal of work in order to properly enter it. Ultimately if there is a barrier in place something must be worth keeping away from the world but charging in without any information could prove dangerous

[ ] Investigate Red Tornado
DC 190 A superpowered android that has been around since the sixties is something definitely worth checking out. Unfortunately there has been little trace of the android on public record. If you can locate it or learn more about it you can use this to revolutionize the whole world.

[ ] Locate T.O. Morrow
DC 40 Alternatively you could track down the androids creator and get your information directly from the source. T.O. Morrow is notably paranoid so you'll have to be careful in how you approach him but if you can get him to work for you it will be a very good day for LexCorp indeed. With the newly recovered data that narrows his potential location down to a few places finding him is now much easier

[ ] Investigate the Blackhawk Squadron
DC 456 There were mentions of the government liaison of the JSA, Blackwing, having been the leader of the Blackhawk squadron. As far as you could tell from your research there was no such unit under this name operating for the allies. Something odd is going on and the mystery might be well worth uncovering

[ ] Investigate Ted Grant
DC 177 Ted Grant is a member of the JSA whose current location is not known. Investigating more into his past could reveal valuable data

[ ] Investigate Theodore Knight
DC 62 Theodore Knight retired from the JSA and moved to Opal City. From there he has worked with the DEO but his address is not listed in any sources you could find. It might be worth looking into the Starman

[ ] Investigate Rex Tyler
DC 295 Rex Tyler has completely and utterly vanished from history and you can find no record of his existence past the year 1967. Something must be going on there and if you can get to the bottom of this mystery you might learn of some very valuable secrets.

[ ] Investigate Charles McNider
DC 365 Investigating the first head of the DEO (and allegedly the most paranoid of the bunch) would be a difficult undertaking but if you do it well you can avoid arousing the DEO's suspicion and learn more about both them and the JSA.

[ ] Investigate Adeline Kane and the middle child
DC 96 Adeline Kane has retreated entirely from public life and she took her mute son with her. It is unknown if Joseph Kane has any powers but you want to get to the bottom of this mystery. Investigating what is going on there could give you some critical insight as to what's going on.

[ ] Investigate Grant Wilson
DC ??? Investigating Grant Wilson would help you understand what kind of person he is making it easier to recruit him and it would allow you to gain a little more knowledge of what his powers are

[ ] Locate Silver Monkey
DC 37 Silver Monkey the assassin who tried to kill you at Wayne's party has escaped custody and is currently an unknown variable. Locating him would help solve any potential questions surrounding what the assassin is up to.

[ ] Locate Murmur
DC 16 Murmur has recovered from his injuries at Katherine's hands and has now escaped Blackgate Penitentiary. You could find some use for the individual if you can direct him and you don't want the maniac to cause you problems later on down the line.

[ ] Investigate the Seven Men of Death
DC 101 This group of elite assassins has a rotating membership. The current seven members of the group have been outed by Lois Lane's article. Figuring out more about them could help you deal with them as you'll most likely come into contact with them.

[ ] Investigate David Cain
DC 54 David Cain is one of the high ranking League of Shadows members who was outed by Lois Lane's article. The man shot the agents who came after him but was eventually forced to abandon his daughter. David Cain is a skilled assassin who has apparently been looking for a way to create the perfect warrior. Finding out more about him could be beneficial.

[ ] Investigate David Cain's other children
DC 74 it is likely that David Cain had other children in his attempts to create a super assassin. Finding them could give you more useful pawns. None of them are likely to be able to match up to what Cassandra has become but gaining access to even inferior versions could prove useful in its own right.

[ ] Investigate Lady Shiva
DC 28 Lady Shiva was another member of the League of Shadows outed by Lois Lane's article. Unlike the other members she didn't run once outed with the government hunting her down. Instead Shiva promptly murdered absolutely everyone who came after her with ruthless efficiency before slinking off into some hiding place. People have caught her on video extensively and her martial arts skills are terrifying. Perhaps by researching her you could find some kind of weakness to exploit?

[ ] Investigate the Armless and Legless Master
DC 35 This pair of martial artists were noted by Talia to be quite talented individuals who could potentially teach Cassandra a thing or two. Finding out more about them could give you another asset to use.

[ ] Investigate Natas
DC 48 Natas is a brutal mercenary who specializes in transforming people into deadly warriors. It is unknown what he wants but he can train individuals to rival or exceed the League of Shadows. Learning more about him could help teach you his methodology.

[ ] Investigate the Seven Deadly Brothers
DC 123 Of all of the martial artists Talia mentioned the Seven Deadly Brothers are both the most and the least mythical. The Seven Deadly Brothers are rumored to be supernaturally powerful. Unfortunately they are also in the employ of the Chinese government. Still learning more about them could help ensure that you know what you are dealing with.

[ ] Investigate Richard Dragon
DC 77 Richard Dragon is an incredibly secretive individual. The wandering warrior is considered one of the best martial artists on the planet, able to go toe to toe with Lady Shiva and even win. However his nomadic lifestyle makes him exceptionally hard to find and his independent streak makes him hard to recruit. With a little digging though you are sure you can find a way to convince him to stay in your employ.

[ ] Investigate Baron Delamb
DC 236 Baron Delamb has apparently been engaging in human experimentation. You never actually met the man despite having been thoroughly aware of who he was. Perhaps further investigation is warranted to see what dark secrets you can unearth. It was easy enough to connect him to having harbored Whisper A'Daire so the projects he is keeping secret surely could potentially be even more damning to his character

[ ] Locate Bruno Manneheim
DC ??? Following the attack on Metropolis Bruno Manneheim has vanished. Finding out where he has gone could allow you to prevent a repeat attack from occurring later on down the line

[ ] Locate Macho Gato
DC ??? The other major escapee following the attack, Macho Gato was a complete unknown. Finding out who he is and where he went could help shut down Intergang once and for all

[ ] Locate Kobra
DC 64 Kobra is not too well known to you. Still hunting them down after you find them seems like a good way to avenge the loss of Karl's son.

[ ] Locate Thaddeus Romero Hoskins
DC 26 Thaddeus Romero Hoskins is a brilliant individual but one who reacted very poorly to you commenting on his work. Figuring out what he is up to could prevent some unnecessary surprises from cropping up.

[ ] Locate Tobias Whale's blackmail
DC ??? If Tobias Whale has various deadman switches to disseminate the information he has threatened you with then he must be keeping it off of his person. Finding where he is keeping this and removing any copies of this information from play will help defuse a potential liability that could blow up in your face

[ ] Compile a blackmail file
DC ??? (dependent on hero unit selected for this, Mercy DC 342, Pamela DC 31, Katherine DC 23, Rebecca DC 50, Roxanne DC 152, Carol Ferris DC 48, Karl Helfern DC 26, Mari McCabe DC 96, Lois Lane 379, Lucy Lane DC 60, Talia al Ghul DC 413, Bruce Wayne DC ???, Sapphire Stagg DC 19, General Eiling DC 2. If any hero unit discovers you have a blackmail file on them their trust in you will be severely damaged and they will do their best to destroy the file) People often say things that they really shouldn't over the phone. By compiling the best bits of the various things people say over the phone you can create a blackmail file in case you need to coerce someone to do your bidding. Granted people don't like getting blackmailed so if it is discovered you are doing this people might come to distrust and despise you but you can see the contingency as well worth having earned a little scorn.

[ ] Install tracking devices in the clothes you are selling
DC 84 Currently McCabe Fashions and LL Fashions can sell a ton of products. Being able to covertly sneak in a few tracking devices to some of your products will allow you to more effectively monitor people. This is something you'd have to hide from both Mari and Lana if you don't want complaints but it could prove quite the opportunity

[ ] Hide the Sword of Beowulf
DC 3 The current hiding place for the Sword of Beowulf is incredibly underwhelming right now. With a little more dedication you are sure you can find a better hiding spot for an artifact like this.

[ ] Terminate an employee
DC ??? (Dependent on the hero unit you attempt to terminate) Unfortunately sometimes people no longer manage to remain worthwhile investments. LexCorp refuses to commit to the sunk-cost fallacy. As such dead weight must be removed from the company. You intend to give your no longer useful employee their final severance package.

[ ] Steal Art
DC 32 You are a man of wealth and taste. However art is subjective and many people would deliberately raise the price on you knowing that you are rich. Stealing art though, enables you to acquire interesting pieces for your collection without paying a cent. If you get caught though things might not be so great.

[ ] Sabotage a rival company
DC 3 for S.T.A.R. Labs DC 112 for Wayne Enterprises, DC 26 for covertly tarnishing Wayne Enterprises name, DC 129 for Kord Communications, DC 64 for Alva Technologies, DC 62 for Queen Industries. Everything is fair play in the corporate world and making sure your rivals can't compete with you through unsavory means is fair play. You're sure everyone else would like to do the same to you. You're just so much better at it than them.

[ ] Purchase controlling stock from a rival company
177 for Wayne Enterprises, 99 for Alva Technologies, 68 for Queen Industries, 52 for S.T.A.R. Labs, 131 for Big Belly Burger. There is no need to sabotage your competition if you simply buy them out. Using your vast wealth you can buy up these companies and turn them to your own ends. It is a fitting end to your opposition for them to only make you stronger.

[ ] Commit tax fraud
DC 20 A relatively easy way to make money is to commit tax fraud. Sure it's illegal and it might get the IRS to investigate you but it is a very low effort way to make a lot of money for yourself

[ ] Create a cult of personality
DC 1 Creating a cult of personality around yourself is something you can do to heavily indoctrinate those working under you to comply with your every wish and whim. However those outside of the cult are likely to view you far more suspiciously afterwards.

[ ] Conduct a False Flag operation
DC 70 Serial Peacemaking is an effective tool to use that has now been bloodied by the conflict in Santa Prisca. Now if you so desire you can have them conduct false flag operations to increase the amount of chaos in a place to more effectively exploit a situation as everyone else is misled by your hidden movements.

[ ] Bribe politicians
DC 5 There is a joke that states that the word politics is derived from the latin prefix poly meaning many and ticks a type of bloodsucking insect. Most politicians can be swayed by generous "campaign donations" to write policy favoring you. However there is no guarantee that the motion would pass and it wouldn't be a long term investment since politicians are often facing reelection and so shift their stances to match what they think will keep them in office. They'd need constant reminders that you not the people are what determines their policy making

[ ] Improve surveillance satellite network
DC 63 Your surveillance satellite network is already fairly extensive. By increasing the amount of satellite's you have in the air and varying their focuses you can gain a more complete picture of more things all at once.

[ ] Infiltrate the government
DC 46 The government is one of LexCorp's biggest business partners but they refuse to share much of their intel with you as it is "need to know". Plant spies in their organizations and bugs in their products. That way you'll know exactly what the US government wants to keep in the dark.

[ ] Infiltrate Santa Prisca
DC ??? With all the chaos going on right now it would be quite easy to slip an agent into the war torn country to make sure that Vincent Edge doesn't make it out alive again. You've learned from your infiltration of Markovia and thus now know how to better tackle this kind of operation.

[ ] Create a worldwide spy network
DC 64 LexCorp is rather in the dark about the internal affairs of countries outside of the US. While you do get the big news you still are unaware of what lies in the dark. This will not stand. Establishing an international spy network will help fill you in on details you otherwise wouldn't have been aware of

[ ] Investigate the vanishing Lex-Phone
DC 36 One of your Lex-Phones in Central City has been sending bizarre signals as apparently it vanishes from one side of the city to the next. Investigating this strange phenomena could yield some pretty interesting results.

[ ] Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap
DC 55 Hiring a skilled mercenary team will allow you to carry out covert operations more easily. However they will charge more money the harder the job is and you don't expect mercenaries to stick around to get the job done. Hiring mercenaries does give you a level of plausible deniability when conducting these covert operations

[ ] Run background checks
DC ??? (DC 10 for Pamela Isley, DC 12 for Lois and Lucy Lane, DC 32 for Ivo, DC 16 for Katherine Kane) Information is important. Not knowing your employee's history almost cost you in your interview with Lois. While it didn't this time you want to avoid making the same mistake twice. A simple background check can verify if a person is on the level.

[ ] Investigate Intergang
DC 48 The reveal of Intergang having ties to actual aliens was certainly a surprise. Investigating into them further should ensure that they have no more hidden surprises for you. You would hate to get into even more of a mess than what they have already caused for you

[ ] Investigate the Ultra-Humanite
DC ??? Just who the Ultra-Humanite is, is an utter unknown but his technology is absolutely miraculous. Figuring out what his past is beyond what Lois Lane dug up could prove enlightening and if you somehow manage to parse just who the Humanite is or find schematics for his devices you could very easily change the world with that technology at your disposal

[ ] Investigate Avruskin
DC ??? You don't know who this Avruskin is but this man is Ignition's superior and operates independent of Intergang. While you know he is a Polkolistan national you don't know much more than that. Finding out just what kind of man is pulling Ignition's strings could be the difference between life and death. Considering what he is scheming and that his machinations have affected the whole world it would pay to be aware of your enemies

[ ] Steal Clement Tyme's body of work
DC 27 Dr. Tyme has disappeared in the chaos of the events in Gotham. All that being said his comments to Talia were interesting and potentially worth following up on. While the man himself likely won't be found for a while his research could point you in the right direction

[ ] Hack into government records
DC ??? The US government clearly has a lot of interesting data they are hiding from the public. Perhaps you ought to figure out just what they are up to

[ ] Hack into a rival companies records
DC ??? Likewise it is never good to underestimate your opponents. Breaking into their records will enable you to gain some valuable information to give you a leg up on the competition

[ ] Further Improve cyber security defenses
DC 100 (DC 52 if Felicity or Nygma are assigned to the action) LexCorp's cyber-security has been vastly improved from what it was before to the point where it is bar none the greatest cyber security on the planet. That being said it could be pushed even farther. Brainiac's existence as an artificial intellegence demonstrates that computers can be pushed even further than what is currently known and that you can undoubtedly find out even more

[ ] Develop an algorithm to track the Batman
DC 94 The Batman is a persistent factor in Gotham. Figuring out who he is and where he comes from via an algorithm that will monitor all of his movements in Gotham might prove useful

[ ] Develop an algorithm to track Batgirl
DC 92 Batgirl is a brand new vigilante in Gotham. However by tracking her and figuring out who she is you might find out more on Batman. After all a chain is only as strong as its weakest link and this might boil over in such a way that you can find out the caped crusader's secrets through his imitator. Batgirl has proven surprisingly difficult to find however and it might not be in your best interest to get hung up over it if it continues to not succeed.

[ ] Develop an algorithm to track Superman
DC ??? Figuring out where Superman comes and goes will prove immensely useful in figuring out how to overcome him. You can't trust a figure with so many unknowns and sadly those unknowns make it so incredibly hard to make this kind of algorithm as you simply don't have enough information to be accurate

[ ] Investigate Superman
DC ??? Just who and what the so-called Superman is might just be some of the most important questions you'll now have to deal with. You don't know enough about what he is going for to truly get an assessment but once you understand him you'll surely be able to overcome him

[ ] Investigate the Green Arrow
DC ??? A mysterious individual is operating as a vigilante in Star City. Searching out who he is and what he is doing might give you a better idea of the shifting landscape of the world at large

[ ] Continue undermining Hal Jordan
DC 34 Hal Jordan AKA the Green Lantern is another so called superhero who has shown up. In you deal with Carol you promised to do your level best to undermine him in order to help her achieve her vengeance. While the timing might not be perfect, engaging in this will earn you Carol's approval and will certainly start to cause problems for the supposed superhero. Hal Jordan may have left the planet but that is no reason not to continue to harass and undermine him.

[ ] Further Investigate Kobra's movements
DC 42? Kobra has been active throughout the Middle East which is more than a little odd for a group that apparently has historical roots in India. Looking into what is going on with their movements could help you to gain a more concrete objective of how the cult intends to achieve its goals. Queen Bee's latest information has increased the urgency with which you might want to get on this

[ ] Investigate Kobra in India
DC 133 Knowing the historical background of Kobra has enabled you to try and hunt down the groups source by searching for them in India. Admittedly it could get complicated searching for the cult and its history in a foreign country you have no ties to but you are confident that you can make due with your resources to clean up this mess.

[ ] Investigate the KGBeast
DC 119 Something about the individual who attempted to kill you at Bruce Wayne's party doesn't quite sit right with you. Figuring out just what the history and motivations behind this ex-soviet operative might be worth digging into.

[ ] Investigate Matches Malone
DC ??? Something about Matches Malone just doesn't sit right with you. Digging more into who he is could help you figure things out further

[ ] Investigate Project Atomic Skull
DC 86 Albert Michael's pet project has proven to be immensely dangerous considering that a failed version of it managed to create Parasite by accident. Investigating this project and then potentially taking it for yourself might be the best course of action for you.

[ ] Inform the French government about the Brotherhood of Wvil
DC 102 The French government probably doesn't appreciate having bizarre murderers in its country. Sure it might be a bit tricky to convince the government to act on your information without tipping off the Brain and his Brotherhood that you've indirectly betrayed them but the ensuing results could give you a better gauge on the individuals in question

[ ] Surreptitiously collect lost Intergang tech
DC 302 With the US Government having not picked up all of the technology lost in the attack on Metropolis now might be the best time to surreptitiously collect some for yourself. This would have to be kept secret from both the public and the government and you'd be competing with numerous potential unknowns but the appeal of alien technology might be well worth it

[ ] Hide something in the Derelict Middleton Warehouses
DC ??? You can choose to hide things inside of this location as you are sure nobody is looking for anything in there. However depending on what exactly you choose to hide it may attract more attention from people

[ ] Improve the Dark Side Bar's hidden areas
DC 17 The Dark Side Bar is a small bar in New York that you could easily expand and use as a front for various illegal operations and meeting with criminals. Expanding it is immensely easy as it already has access to a hidden tunnel system and a few backrooms.

[ ] Attempt to Locate Atlantis
DC ??? You have a bit better of an idea where Atlantis might be as well as knowledge of the other undersea kingdoms. Figuring out just where each kingdom is located will give you an advantage in any attempt at dealing with the Atlanteans

[ ] Create surgically enhanced body doubles
DC ??? (DC 65 if Dr. Moon is assigned to this action) The idea of a body double is not exactly a new or innovative one. That being said there is only so far it can go when working with people's natural states. However Dr. Moon's breakthroughs could enable him to surgically alter people to look like famous people. Naturally there are a whole host of application to this idea that you can't wait to make use of

Finding him isn't liable to be too difficult but it ought to be handled at least somewhat carefully as he almost certainly will put up a fight

[ ] Find Toyman
DC ??? Toyman is likely the most slippery supervillain to have recently escaped prison. After all he's the only one to have broken out of prison multiple times and he's proven to be adept enough at hiding just long enough to begin enacting some kind of scheme. Additionally due to his reliance on robotic minions and machines Toyman is the most difficult to pinpoint an exact location for as his appearance isn't abnormal and his methods don't pinpoint an exact location he's operating from. There's no sense in wasting your acquisitions but with a bit of investment this could turn out to be quite the payday

[ ] Set up an incident to make Ultra-Violet seem more impressive
DC 11 It would be child's play to set up an incident of some kind to make Carol look better to the public. [ ] Attempt to locate Vandal Savage
DC ??? An immortal man who has been around since the dawn of time pursuing an unknown agenda is an interesting resource to ponder. [ ] Investigate Tobias Whale
DC 26 Tobias Whale is probably the most successful opposition you have ever faced in Metropolis as while you did manage to force him out of the city, through trickery he was able to outmaneuver you well enough to ensure that he survived. He was by no means a threat but he is canny enough that investigating what he is doing in Dakota City could prove worthwhile all on its own/ You've already got a sense of how he's moving, getting better intel would aid you in preventing any surprises coming from him.

[ ] Attempt to locate Dekan Drache
DC ??? Dekan Drache has almost immediately gone rogue from your company and proven to be an unstable agent under the influence of an outside force. Tracking him down and finding out what he's up to might allow you to more effectviely neutralize him.

[ ] Investigate Hawkgirl

[ ] Covertly acquire more damaged Brainiac technology
DC 104 Brainiac's technology now seeds the earth following his failed invasion attempt. You have no doubt that everyone who is anyone will be attempting to gather these resources for their own use. As such covertly acquiring more of the technology for yourself would reduce the amount your opponents can acquire while at the same time keeping their attention off of you. As tech becomes scarcer and scarcer doing this inherently becomes harder and harder

[ ] Attempt to further dose Lois Lane with mind-altering pheromones
DC 200 (DC 37 if Pamela Isley is assigned to this task) Lois Lane has proven remarkably stubborn and a consistent opponent for you and a supporter of Superman. You've already attempted to manipulate her mind subtly once but further building upon what has already been done could prove beneficial. It would likely be immensely tricky to pull off but if you get it to work out successfully it could be well worth the results.

[ ] Attempt to point Metallo in a specific direction
DC ??? Metallo currently sits in a LexCorp owned warehouse as a deniable asset. He's unable to access anything on his own as of now and remains highly damaged but you've conveniently and deniably left him in a place where he could potentially upgrade himself to take on Superman. If you are willing to take the risk of potentially tying yourself tighter to Metallo, you could take the risk of attempting to steer him in a specific direction to then exploit, provided you are willing to take the risk that things might not work out ideally for you depending on how Metallo responds.

[ ] Search for the Karna Kavacha
DC ??? The Karna Kavacha are a legendary pair of earings said to make whoever wore them completely unkillable. Naturally such claims need to be taken with a fair bit of skepticism but if such a thing is true then it would be immensely useful if you were able to find and locate them. Complete immunity to being killed in battle is a massive force multiplier and as such it's tempting to think about. That being said it would be immensely difficult to find them and you are likely to burn a lot of resources in pursuit of this goal

[ ] Search for Vimana
DC ??? Vimana on the other hand are significantly more mundane. What is effectively an ancient Indian UFO is interesting to investigate and if there is a technological basis for them and not solely a magical one, then reverse engineering them would be well worth the effort as it might end up informing you far more about the rigors of space travel.

[ ] Investigate who has been supplying the Charger with advanced technology
DC 48 Some unknown individual has been providing the supervillains who menace Superman with advanced technology to fight him toe to toe. While you don't mind someone taking on (and potentially taking out) the big blue boyscout, an unaccounted for source of advanced technology is something you would like to find out about swiftly lest it becomes a problem or an opportunity is squandered.

[ ] Search for the Rock of Eternity
DC ??? The Rock of Eternity is a legendary location Black Adam has informed you of. [ ] Investigate Black Banshee
DC 65 Black Banshee is an individual currently unknown to you but the fact of the matter is his power is incredibly similar to Siobhan's. Analyzing and understanding his abilities could help you figure out how Siobhan's powers work and thus how best to make use of them and potentially improve them.

[ ] Investigate Dr. Fate
DC ??? Dr. Fate has proven to be an immensely powerful entity and one that was critical to repelling Brainiac off-world. As such finding out as much as you can about him could end up proving critical to understanding how best to defend the earth in the future if a similar situation ends up arising. His involvement in the Karkull incident has only made it more critical than ever to make sure you truly understand what Dr. Fate is and how he operates.

[ ] Investigate Karkull
DC 39 The entity that called itself Karkull was an outside context problem that managed to swiftly overrun your city and turn Metropolis into an almost literal hellscape with next to no warning. Something like that cannot happen again. Karkull has given a good amount of hints as to his nature with what he has said but looking deeper into the matter could prove quite useful

[ ] Search for Lords of Chaos
DC ??? Dr. Fate has been confirmed to be a Lord of Order and you've received very clear mention of the existence and potential of Lords of Chaos, especially in relation to Jinx. Seeking out a Lord of Chaos could prove incredibly risky but the rewards are equally as massive. It's a hail mary play but it might be worth looking into.

[ ] Further investigate the robot duplicates
DC 55 (Please note that this action will take place after a nemesis event) Whoever is behind this scheme with the robotic duplicates has certainly irked you. Learning more about what exactly they are planning and piecing together how things turned out the way they did can only prove useful for you in the long run.

[ ] Covertly cut off power for your opponents.
DC 24 With your complete and utter control of Metropolis' power grid you now have the ability to harry your ideological opponents by deniably denying them access to electricity and thus to a wide variety of functions needed in modern society. It would be bad if this gets out to the public and it won't actually stop anyone from disliking you but it will be satisfying and will enable you to make any battle against you that much harder.

[ ] Covertly gain control of Metropolis' traffic systems
DC 27 While you don't have access to Metropolis' traffic systems directly you do have enough access to other related systems that you can easily and quietly seize control of that element as well. Slowly but surely everything in Metropolis will fall under your control.

[ ] Secretly release Blackrock and observe where he goes
DC 38 Blackrock's ties to Santa Prisca are concerning and you'd like to find out more about just what is going on with them. Obviously you need to be careful to keep this hidden but the results could be well worth it.

[ ] Use your life model decoy drones to conduct a false flag operation
DC ??? (depends on who you want to commit the false flag attack against) Having access to robots that can take the appearance of virtually anyone in the world is immensely useful if you want to start a crisis or two. Naturally you'd need to be careful to not get caught but this is quite the opportunity for you

[ ] Attempt to identify Mr. Atom's mysterious backer

[ ] Attempt to get into contact with the Trickster
DC 54 (DC 27 if Lisa, Sam, Leonard or Mick are assigned to this action) The Trickster is a crook and a conman who has tangled with the Flash. Currently he is on the run but if you recruit him you are confident that you can make those problems disappear. Still, it's something that comes with not insignificant risk as you don't know if you can trust him. Getting into contact with him will help you to understand if you ought to recruit him or merely hire him for one-off jobs or even avoid him altogether. Understanding how to approach him might be the best way to go about doing things and in order to do that you need to get into contact with him

[ ] Investigate the situation in Zambesi
DC 36 The civil war in Zambesi has been going on for quite a while not but following Brainiac's invasion you haven't heard too much from them. Investigating what's going on might be better than a more heavy handed approach like backing a warlord or conquering the country for yourself. Knowledge is power after all and in this case knowledge will be quite helpful in ensuring that you're not flying blind.

[ ] Abduct Drive-By from police custody
DC 23 It would be remarkably east to just grab Drive-By and remove him from police custody. While the young metahuman doesn't seem amenable to cooperation, you could gain some understanding of how his powers, which notably include super speed, work by dissecting him and seeing what makes him tick. The main catch to this sort of idea is to try and make sure that there are no trails leading back to you once you've made Drive-By disappear.

[ ] Repurpose DOMA funding
DC ??? Now that you've secured funding for the DOMA you could easily draft a reason for the DOMA to funnel that money back into LexCorp. Such a move likely wouldn't be popular or exceedingly well liked, but you could at least do something with it. It's a way for you to keep on making money.

[ ] Locate La Encantadora
DC ??? La Encantadora is a Santa Priscan metahuman that has been active in Metropolis for a while. Whilst previously you were content to not act on any information, her increasingly overt actions and involvement with Blackrock makes tracking her down a potential priority for you and ought to be moved on to ensure no further problems arise. Her actions in targeting Superman have made locating her more important than ever

[ ] Steal the Merlino mind control devices from STAR Labs
DC 58? The mind control devices used in Toby Merlino's human trafficking ring are powerful and as of right now, exactly how they work is unknown. Notably you have a large collection of them and you are confident that you can reverse engineer them. Allowing others to study the devices increases the chances of them being used against you or of someone developing a countermeasure. Stealing the samples sent to STAR Labs will ensure that at least for a little while the only people able to make use of this technology will be you and perhaps Merlino himself

[ ] Destroy the Merlino mind control devices in STAR Labs
DC 25? That being said the simpler option is to simply destroy the devices in STAR Labs custody. It wouldn't be too hard to send something their way that destroys the lab they are being held in and it's a lot easier to hide evidence when you're destroying things then when trying to steal things. It still might prove tricky but you're confident you can find some way of arranging things to work out.

[ ] Arm rebels in Khandaq
DC 68 It would be a challenge to pull this off stealthily but you could potentially arm rebels in Khandaq to loosen Black Adams grip over the country. The more work he has to put into maintaining his control, the more likely he is to seek your aid and the more resources Waller is likely to burn helping him maintain order. It would effectively be killing two birds with one stone.

[ ] Attempt to investigate Project Red Sun further
DC ??? Ra's al Ghul has provided you with plenty of evidence as to what the Polkolistanian Project Red Sun is up to but you don't have your own eyes and ears on the inside at this point in time. It might be worth looking into, even with how difficult it would be to pull this off.

[ ] Investigate Earl Dukeston
DC 36 Earl Dukeston is someone who managed to earn your ire by subverting one of your employees and then using that individual to earn more money through the information he gleaned. Looking into Dukeston further might prove informative.

DC 64? Something is off about Supergirl as Ultraviolet's observations indicate that she's not acting independently. [ ] Covertly release Goldface
DC 37 While Goldface is by no means an incredible supervillain, he's powerful enough and well-known enough to have a non-negligible reputation. Releasing him from prison covertly will give you the opportunity to use him, either by steering him towards your competition or by taking him down to earn more infamy.

[ ] Covertly release Crazytop
DC 24 Crazytop is a supervillain that Superman recently took down and captured. You don't expect many incredible things from him, but covertly breaking him out of prison would almost certainly help you cause problems for Superman.

[ ] Interrogate Toby Merlino
DC 3 Toby Merlino ran a human trafficking ring within Metropolis. While the man is currently behind bars, the advanced technology he used to do so is well worth checking on. Interrogating him about the source of his mind control devices could prove to be quite the fruitful endeavor

[ ] Investigate Killer Moth
DC ??? Something has changed with Killer Moth if he was suddenly able to defeat Batman. While the rumors surrounding the incident are fanciful, there might be a kernel of truth to them and so it could be worthwhile to look into exactly what is going on with Killer Moth. DC ??? Nightshade has revealed in a moment of tension that her goal is to get revenge upon a demon for killing her brother. She's fairly confident she can identify the demon if given the resources to do so, and is quite willing to begin making moves to track down said demon on her own, but at the same time would be very grateful to any additional assistance you could provide her with. This is an opportunity to potentially earn further loyalty

[ ] Investigate the Yellow Lanterns
DC ??? (putting Carol on this action greatly reduces the DC) This is the second time that the Yellow Lanterns have shown up on the planet. Unlike before however, this one, an individual named Boodikka, indicated both that she knew who Hal Jordan was, and let slip that something big was going on at an interstellar scale that you are unaware of. Looking into them, and by extension the Green Lanterns might help you get to the bottom of this mystery

[ ] Investigate HIVE's ties to the American government
DC ??? Your ally Queen Bee has informed you that there likely is some kind of connection between HIVE and the US government. [ ] Use Zeta Beam transmat stations to smuggle in restricted materials

[ ] Use Merlino mind control devices
DC ??? (will auto-fail if the target has a non-human brain) The Merlino mind control devices are crude and far from pleasant, but they are powerful and easy enough to operate. The effects also appear to be quite different than the pheromone spray and so it might be worthwhile to attempt to use some of these devices to force people to believe and act in whatever way you want them to.

[ ] Establish an animal spy network
DC 17 (Mina Chaytan must be assigned to this action) Mina is able to communicate with animals. As such she can set up tentative spy networks for you using them. It would admittedly be somewhat crude and there likely would be growing pains but it might be worthwhile to get a network that is well outside of what people normally use.

[ ] Begin placing monitoring devices in Zoom Pets
DC 26 With the popularity of Zoom Pets, it's safe to say that they are present in a lot of households. Releasing a new line with monitoring devices to better let you listen in and find things would be quiet helpful in expanding your monitoring network. You'd have to hide it, and it would be even more data to comb through, but you're confident you'll be able to make use of the increased surveillance capabilities such a move would bring you.

[ ] Investigate the Church of Blood
DC 71 With the Church of Blood being noted as an apocalypse cult and with their absorption of various elements of H.I.V.E. they have become a player worth keeping an eye on, and potentially worth removing from the board. While you have the names of the leaders of the group, you don't have their location, save that they are in Europe which is too broad to be useful, and so it might be best to do a little more digging in order to deal with them permanently.

[ ] Begin producing life model decoy drones of specific individuals
DC 20 With the technology of the life model decoy drones successfully reverse engineered, it might prove useful to begin creating drones that look like certain individuals, either as defense or as infiltrators. You've already seen similar attempts be put into action by others, it might be best for you to take your own shot at it.

[ ] Begin mass producing generic life model decoy drones
DC 18 While less flexible than something that looks like a known individual, a generic fake person infiltrator could prove useful in its own right. It likely won't be perfect but seeing how these drones hold up in the field might be worth looking into. After all it is another way in which you can control and monitor those beneath you.

[ ] Covertly lace water with Gingo fruit chemical for human testing
DC ??? The chemical from the gingo fruit can grant unique abilities. However you don't quite know enough about it just yet to see how it would work. Covertly observing its effects on people might help you glean a better understanding of what can be achieved with this chemical.

[ ] Locate Xebel
DC ??? (failure is capped on this action) Ra's al Ghul has managed to confirm the existence of a Xebel, a city-state under Atlantis that is unhappy with King Arthur's current rule of the undersea kingdom. Locating where Xebel is might help you get an edge in wrangling Atlantean politics to your own benefit

[ ] Attempt to steal blue kryptonite from the Democratic Republic of Congo
DC 27 There always is a question of why you should pay for something you can take. The Democratic Republic of Congo is not keeping its blue krypotnite under lock and key and if you pull things off right, you can take some without anyone knowing what you've done. Unfortunately it's not a simple heist but it might be worth it if you wish for the most expedient way to get what you want.

[ ] Attempt to install a puppet government in the Democratic Republic of Congo
DC 95 Alternatively you could simply covertly trigger some kind of breakdown in the current government and then rebuild it with agents willing to do as you wish in order to let you take the blue kryptonite. It's by no means a perfect or effortless plan but it would let you continue to make use of the country beyond just getting the Blue Kryptonite

[ ] Investigate Joan Dale
DC 15 Joan Dale is a congresswoman from California and is running as Walter Reilly's vice president. She's not incredibly well known and doing some more digging on who she is and what she stands for would help you to get a better sense of which candidate you want to actually win.

[ ] Investigate Nathan Domini
DC 37 Nathan Domini is the running mate of Thomas Boon. While he's primarily known as a businessman, he has acted to try and hide as much of his past as he could reasonably get away with. Figuring out more to him might let you find something you can exploit to exert more control over the white house if Boon wins.

[ ] Investigate the Trinity Program
DC ??? (at least 200) Russia has begun some sort of ironically named "trinity program" which involves the creation of metahumans. Getting ahead of the curve and realizing what they are doing will not just allow you to counter their product, but also potentially develop your own version of it. It would be difficult to investigate, but the rewards would make you the US military's golden boy if you could pull it off.

[ ] Search for other viable presidential candidates
DC ??? (success is capped) If none of the current candidates are quite your ideal, it might be worthwhile to search and see if you can find anyone else worth pushing through. It requires active searching out on your part and it might prove difficult at this point in the race but you're confident you can find someone who could act as your preferred candidate.

[ ] Investigate Garrison Slate
DC 35 Garrison Slate has long proven to be an annoyance to you and has regularly interfered in your attempts to gain more control of STAR Labs. As such he is a problem and one that likely needs dealing with in some capacity. However before you decide how to move against him, looking into who he is and where he's located will help you in determining how best to solve this problem.

[ ] Assassinate someone
DC ??? (DC for Garrison Slate is ???) Sometimes problems need to be removed permanently. And when those problems are people assassination becomes a valid way to get rid of them. It's not something you want to get caught doing at all, but it is an option worth keeping at hand. It almost certainly requires some degree of investigation into the individual beforehand but clearing the board is a valid move if you want to keep moving forwards.

Learning: Intelligence always wins out in the end. Knowing the right move to make in any given circumstance inevitably causes you to win given enough time. It's only natural then for you to complement your own natural intelligence with as much information as possible. How the world works, what constructs it and how to push things further will only help you in the long run. [ ] Create a different automobile of tomorrow
DC 33 By reinventing the phone LexCorp was able to make a mint and expand in a hitherto unseen way. Perhaps by redefining another machine that everyone uses (the automobile) you will be to replicate the success. Rebecca's first attempt while impractical laid the groundwork for further refinement. Meena has since created another option but that one similarly has significant drawbacks. Perhaps the third time will be the charm?

[ ] Improve Meena's prototype automobile of tomorrow
DC 81 Meena's kryptonite powered car is now perfectly marketable and is a decent car all things considered but it could always stand to be a bit better. As such a little more time in the lab could make it well worth the effort to have it be the best thing on the market

[ ] Attempt to recreate the experiment that enhanced Slade Wilson

Still if you can figure it out then immense power is your for the taking.

[ ] Improve Construction machines
DC 28 With your technological prowess you could easily iterate on your already existing knowledge base of drones and robotics to make better and more via modifications to the existing designs. These automated devices are potentially well worth putting in the effort to try and revolutionize this aspect of engineering and push the boundaries of how construction is done.

[ ] Study the damaged tower-like structures
DC ??? It is unclear exactly what these structures are but given how Brainiac regularly placed them around various locations in which he concentrated his forces, it's quite likely that they are something useful. You'll have to be very careful in studying this technology but it could prove very useful for you.

[ ] Attempt to reverse engineer Brainiac's cloaking system
DC 58 Brainiac's cloaking system is an interesting bit of technology. It's difficult to crack exactly what it does and how it works but the principles appear to be different than the "Invisible Man" suits you already have access to. DC ??? This is the potential holy grail though if you can crack it. Earth is quite frankly disconnected from the universe at large and managing to reverse engineer and repair Brainiac's navigation technology would allow you to circumvent the issue of not knowing where to find things in space. It is immensely useful if you can manage it but it's also something inherently very difficult and even potentially dangerous.

[ ] Attempt to reverse engineer Merlino's mind control devices
DC 72 Whoever designed Merlino's mind control devices was clever. The advanced technology is difficult to pick apart and it relies on some principle of biofeedback that you don't fully understand as of right now. You are confident that with enough time and effort though, you can crack the code and both counter and mass produce the device.

[ ] Test the limitations of Merlino's mind control devices
DC 0 (the higher the roll the better the results) Alternatively the devices are remarkably easy to operate and make use of. As such it might prove more fruitful in the short term to test the limits of these devices and see what can be done with them as is, before you go further along the line in reverse engineering them.

[ ] Reverse engineer Atlantean water blades

[ ] Improve Zeta Beam Systems
DC 543 The Zeta Beam systems that you have are utterly revolutionary as they allow you to effectively teleport things from point a to point b. As of right now the technology is still somewhat unwieldy, requiring large structures to make it work but even still it's absolutely incredible. The world will never be the same now that this technology is out in the world.

[ ] Attempt to further develop hoverpads
DC 13 Hoverpads are ultimately a bit gimmicky but they could prove successful both as a fun toy and as a potential genuine source of more interesting technology later on down the line.

[ ] Create Toy Based Gadgets
DC 12 (requires Oswald Loomis to be assigned to this action) Oswald nominally is the head of the gadgeteers guild that you've created from Krank Co.'s brightest. Considering that the gadgets they came up with were apparently able to keep up with Batman, it might be well worth looking into seeing what they could come up with for you.

[ ] Study Carol Ferris's ring
DC ??? With Brainiac's additional knowledge on the subject being able to identify Carol's ring as a "Maltusian Power Ring" of the "Star Sapphire" variety, you might be able to glean some more information from it. It would be tricky as even the AI couldn't fully figure out how they worked but it is at least something you could attempt.

[ ] Research how to kill demons
DC ??? Nightshade has indicated at least a little bit that the goal she wishes to pursue involves killing a demon. You're not sure how one would even go about that but you're fairly solidly convinced that with your magical library you can at least begin to make headway in finding a direction to do so.

[ ] Improve lifter exosuits

Admittedly that would be difficult considering a good amount of the information remains solely within Albert Michaels's head but you're confident you can at least get something with a concerted effort.

[ ] Make use of Enoch Brown's animal growth formula
DC 10 Enoch Brown already has a working version of the growth formula. Admittedly as is it tends to result in the gigantic animal becoming much more aggressive but you can see plenty of use for it even now.

[ ] Improve Enoch Brown's animal growth formula
DC 88 (48 if Enoch Brown is assigned to this action) Enoch Brown's animal growth formula is absolutely revolutionary but there remain various improvements that could be made on it. It almost certainly won't be easy but it is possible and it could go further than what you're currently working with.

[ ] Attempt to develop Enoch Brown's proposed human enhancement steroids
DC ??? Enoch Brown has suggested that it would be possible to develop a set of steroids that when consumed regularly by an adolescent, would enable them to develop super strength and durability at the cost of some intelligence and higher mental functioning. Enoch hasn't tested it yet and is completely unsure on if there are side effects but he's fairly confident that the drugs could be produced. While it's not an immediate force multiplier, you can think of plenty of people who would be more than happy to pay out the nose for the ability to develop super strong youths with enough mental capacity to follow orders and not enough to question them. There is something to the idea there.

[ ] Study psionic technology

DC 58 You've managed to crack how exactly the rifles used by Atlanteans work and as such it might be interesting for you to see how far you can go in pushing the design forwards, innovating on the Atlantean design. It'll be a bit tricky but you're confident you can make a workable product to sell

[ ] Learn about Atlanetean biotech
DC 135 With the basics of Atlantean biotech laid before you, it might be worthwhile to attempt to further investigate and analyze their devices to try and find first principles from which you can extrapolate and innovate. It'll be fairly tricky but it is something you should be able to end up doing.

[ ] Experiment with Merlino mind control devices
DC 0 (the higher the roll the better the results) (will automatically trigger subvotes) While Merlino mind control devices are easy to operate, you haven't done much to test the parameters of the device to see what it's really capable of. It might be worthwhile to see just how far you can go with this technology.

[ ] Reverse engineer Merlino mind control devices
DC 19 You have enough devices and enough intelligence that you're confident that you can reverse engineer how the Merlino mind control devices work and end up either improving upon them, or developing a defense to them.

The drones do have noted limitations so making them better at mimicry would allow them to more easily overcome those limitations and become more useful.

[ ] Learn more about the unique chemical in the Gingo Fruit
DC 84 Recently you have managed to figure out that a certain chemical is the key component in granting those who consume enough Gingo fruit elastic bodies. At the same time you have learned that this chemical is often lethal if over consumed. Learning more about what this chemical is and how it works could enable you to tap into the fruits capabilities more effectively.

[ ] Develop powered armor for the Austrian Government
DC 21 You have agreed to help the Austrian government create powered armor so that their military forces can remain relevant in this increasingly strange era of metahumans and aliens. Naturally it shouldn't prove too difficult to fulfill your end of the bargain, but if you go above and beyond, you may be able to court other governments for aid in your ability to create weapons for their use.

[ ] Write-in
All write-ins are subject to QM approval. Upon being approved the option will be sorted into a category and given a DC. It will then be inserted into the options for this vote and the next few votes going forward. On top of that successful write-ins will give 100 exp which can be donated to any stat.

-[ ] Doubling down
You can burn one action to double down on an existing action. Doubling down means I will roll two dice. If the second roll is higher than the first I will take the average of the two and that will become the new roll. The amount of times you can double down is your number of normal actions divided by 10 rounded down to the nearest whole number

Hello @King crimson,
Could we get an action to donate to Native American communities? Also, I think you forgot to lower the DC for learning about Kryptonite and related technologies due to the lab. Could Turgo improve the life model decoy drones? The Trinity Program is listed in both old and new intrigue actions. Lastly, you have "meet with Joan Riley" instead of investigating her, and the same goes for others. I'll review for additional errors later.

Hello everyone,
Here are some thoughts for the new update:

The DC for covertly tarnishing Wayne Enterprises' name is 26. I'm unsure if Nygma and Meld are good for it however. Maybe next turn? I'm fine with a public statement or embarrassing them at a Lexpo.

Below is a list of intrigue actions I'm fine with for Nygma, Meld, and Carl. I'll support any one of them:

[ ] Further Investigate William Walsh DC 68?
[ ] Search for hidden artifacts DC 60
[ ] Investigate Richard Dragon DC 77
[ ] Create a worldwide spy network DC 64
[ ] Run background checks (Vivian and Constance) DC 46
[ ] Further Improve cyber security defenses DC 52
[ ] Investigate Black Ops DC 46
[ ] Investigate Hawkgirl DC 98
[ ] Investigate Supergirl DC 64?
[ ] Assist Nightshade in tracking down the demon she seeks revenge on DC ???
[ ] Investigate the Church of Blood DC 71
[ ] Investigate Nathan Domini DC 34

I'll share more thoughts later.

So, what can we drop to make this happen with at least a decent team? The only thing that occurs to me is to drop the super computer and put Felicity and Frost on it. Power armor is distinctly a step up from exo-suits.

We could assign Jade to it. She does have her the wonderland races to leverage.
[ ] Investigate Supergirl DC 64?
[ ] Assist Nightshade in tracking down the demon she seeks revenge on DC ???
[ ] Investigate the Church of Blood DC 71
I'm in favor of one of these three. Otherwise I wouldn't mind improving our encryption.

I need to sleep so I'm not going to include it now but yeah you can get an action to donate to Native American communities. I'll add the action some time tomorrow. Turgo can assist in improving the life model decoy drones but he'll be far less useful than when reverse engineering. I've also fixed the error with Joan Dale and the other politicians.

As for lowering the DC regarding to learning about kryptonite and related technologies due to a lab, that's not an error on my end as far as I can tell. Neither turn 32 nor turn 31 had a kryptonite lab built. Here are the labs from turn 32
[ ] [Lab] Wards
[ ] [Lab] Demonology
I did drop the DCs for actions related to Demonology and wards

If you're referring to an error I made multiple turns ago that has held over or can show me that kryptonite labs were built, I'll adjust if you show me the evidence, but as far as I can till there is no reason to drop the DCs and doing so would be an error.

The vote you linked to had the players vote this in:

[X] [Lab] Plan Every Little Helps
- [X] [Lab] Kryptonite
--[X] [Equipment] Cell phone integration (37 points)
-- [X] [Equipment] More monitoring (6 points can be taken repeatedly) × 2
- [X] [Lab] Demonology
-- [X] [Equipment] Better data monitoring and collection (9 points)
-- [X] [Equipment] Automated assistance (12 points, can be taken repeatedly)
-- [X] [Equipment] Isolation (3 points)
- [X] [Lab] Wards
-- [X] [Equipment] High powered computers (20 points)
-- [X] [Equipment] More monitoring (4 points can be taken repeatedly)

I also need to add more text for the website not to ping me so I'll ask what is the DC to train Coldcast in not putting his foot in his mouth so much.

This entire quotes limitation is so stupid I swear... (I added this comment and this explanation of the comment to match the minimum words required.)

[ ] Use Zeta Beam transmat stations to smuggle in restricted materials
DC 0 (autosuccess) With the Zeta Beam stations up and running in Bialya, you can now begin freely moving materials that are restricted in trade more or less freely. It's an easy way to improve what you get LexCorp to work on
This seems inevitable, if we need an action with no heroes may as well get this.

We already do this with our cell phones, the question is do we want to monitor what younger people are doing? It may help to find out what is popular, or if any superpowered individuals are using the Zoom Pets.

@King crimson how will these work stat wise? Can we start assigning these units to actions for a flat boost, or are they meant to walk around and provide an alibi or distraction?

[ ] Begin mass producing generic life model decoy drones
DC 18 While less flexible than something that looks like a known individual, a generic fake person infiltrator could prove useful in its own right. It likely won't be perfect but seeing how these drones hold up in the field might be worth looking into. After all it is another way in which you can control and monitor those beneath you.
I'd also like if we could take this, something to send to blend in with the crowd at a rally or with enough improvements send them to get jobs at locations and provide secret info.

Damn there is so much stuff I want to get through learning!!!
I would like to see more of the space stuff.
Ultimately I want to have a moon base. But I think we should start with a space station first.
Maybe we can get the Zeta beam system on the space station or moon base. The other stuff is simply because it's needed for space.

[ ] Develop a moonbase
DC 346
[ ] Develop a Space Station
DC 27
[ ] Improve Zeta Beam Systems
DC 543

[ ] Improve space shuttles
DC 48
[ ] Continue reverse engineering forcefield generators
DC 56
[ ] Learn more about space
DC 47
[ ] Improve artificial gravity generators
DC 48
[ ] Improve spacefaring planes
DC 4
[ ] Improve out of atmosphere telescopes
DC 16
[ ] Develop spacefaring exosuits
DC 60
[ ] Improve spacesuits
DC 67

[ ] Design an indoor farm
DC 44
[ ] Research Hydroponics
DC 35

[ ] Study Carol Ferris's ring
DC ???

I noticed that investigating supergirl went from 54? to 64? and I'm worried that that opportunity is becoming harder over time so I'd rather go for it? I don't think nightshade's demon needs us to know more about demons to find.

So, what can we drop to make this happen with at least a decent team? The only thing that occurs to me is to drop the super computer and put Felicity and Frost on it. Power armor is distinctly a step up from exo-suits.
Honestly I'm of the opinion that we can afford to wait on that. I definitely want to get it done relatively soon but we literally just accepted the contract and have a bunch of other stuff taking up our attention this turn.

I also don't really think there's much, if any, difference between exosuits and power armour here since the "exosuits" we currently have are based on the S.T.R.I.P.E armour which would be called power armour by most metrics.
I'm in favor of one of these three. Otherwise I wouldn't mind improving our encryption.
I definitely think further investigating the Church of Blood should be a priority. Even beyond them being directly connected to Trigon exposing and destroying them would be a fantastic win for Bastion.
I'm definitely in favor of helping Nightshade on her quest. I think that long-term she's better as an ally than an employee.
I'd like to help Nightshade
I 100% want to help Nightshade out but I think we'd be better served studying demons first so we have a better idea what we're looking for rather than going with a blind DC.
This seems inevitable, if we need an action with no heroes may as well get this.
Eh potentially but I can't really think of any materials we need that desperately that we can't get our hands on legitimately.
I'd also like if we could take this, something to send to blend in with the crowd at a rally or with enough improvements send them to get jobs at locations and provide secret info.
Keep in mind that LMD's are currently… kinda crap? They look human enough but their AI is spotty at best iirc and their ability to simulate senses is questionable.

If we're going to be assigning Fixit to improving them anyway, which we should for Marie's sake, we might as well wait until we have the improved models rather than rush it the soon to be obsolete ones.
I noticed that investigating supergirl went from 54? to 64? and I'm worried that that opportunity is becoming harder over time so I'd rather go for it? I don't think nightshade's demon needs us to know more about demons to find.
I might be wrong but I think that's just because she has an improved relationship with Superman rather than an indication that it will get progressively more difficult.

Sorry for taking a while to respond (community property laws annoy me and it took way longer than is reasonable to figure out).
The vote you linked to had the players vote this in
So it wasn't the vote I linked to but it was a vote in the next threadmark. Sorry if I'm being a pedant but regardless thank you for pointing this out to me

@AizenMD I didn't do anything morally wrong but I still feel like I owe you an apology because you were right on the kryptonite tech DC reductions and I was wrong.

Edit: I should have fixed things by now
I'll ask what is the DC to train Coldcast in not putting his foot in his mouth so much.
DC 98 minimum, higher if you assign a unit like Marie Louise Dahl to it.
@King crimson how will these work stat wise? Can we start assigning these units to actions for a flat boost, or are they meant to walk around and provide an alibi or distraction?
They provide no stats but open up a bunch of actions and inherently make it look like someone else was doing the interaction. To kind of pull from Toyman's playbook, remember when he made a robotic imposter of you and tried to withdraw money using your name? That was a single action but because he did it with a robot duplicate, it looked like you did it. That example didn't have too much consequence but there can definitely be more than that.

I'll say that broadly speaking the life model decoy drones work great as alibis, distractions, bait, and ways to deniably frame people, and that it lets you potentially get away with actions you wouldn't normally be safe to do. That make sense?

Yeah. On the other hand, I'm a little disappointed by certain other results of us creating information-gathering assets. I could be selectively remembering or wrong and I don't want to be passive-aggressive, but I feel like that, uh, "risk management" firm or whatever that we created several turns ago to help with certain business things kind of vanished into the ether, for instance.

Also, of course, actually maintaining a worldwide spy network and directing it usefully is kind of a full-time job requiring a constant investment of actions. Ra's al-Ghul, for instance, has created a worldwide spy network but he's been pouring most of his action economy into it for probably centuries to sustain it, because just 'having' a spy network is not enough.

That's kind of fair, but I think a lot of that has to do with the fact that I'm not really communicating effectively what information is coming from them. A lot of what the risk management firm does is put into the actions you select to inform you of how the action might play out.

For example this section in the folding Keystone Motors action
Doing this will likely generate a lot of hubbub and distrust as well as work for yourself due to requiring you to direct Keystone motors far more heavily and overtly
comes from the risk management company informing you "if you do this, people might react this way" in an action. It's not labelled as coming from that but it is their. Sometimes the risk management firm comes into play with revealing DCs of risky actions, but because I don't label when this happens you wouldn't know when it comes into play.

Another example is the fact that you guys managed to get the Flash's location via cell phone data and can actively track or monitor him further if you want to. It's a relevant piece of information but I don't constantly bring it up or reference how you got it, so it's really easy to miss.

So on the one hand these assets are having an effect, but on the other hand it feels like they vanished into the ether because I don't tell you when it factors into my decision making for giving Lex/the thread, more information. It's 100% fair to feel the way you do because I feel a very fair criticism that can be made is that because information-gathering assets generally are not being labelled as "giving you X information" during a results turn or something, the thread cannot be reasonably expected to pick up on what they are doing.

Super tentative schedule update. In case it's not clear I'm pretty bad at time management/accurately predicting when things will get done. I actually caught some of my own errors in previous posts so I'm not going to have the next section done today. Monday will be busy enough I don't think I'll be able to complete things then, but I hope to drop on Tuesday and have everything ready for the next turn then. Thank you all for your patience.

If we doing Create a worldwide spy network what team we put on it?

I'm not sure but Brittney Meld + Edward Nygma + Lucy Lane is 24 + 18*1.6(28.7~=29)+18*1.2(21.6~=22) ~= 75 so that seems really good.

I also want a spy network since I think that spy network gameplay would be fun + very useful for everything else.

@King crimson I read that Edward Nygma won't agree to do some things but will he agree with helping with a worldwide spy network? Will his trait activate?

Personally I think we should prioritise investigating the Church of Blood over a spy network. We know for a fact they're a Trigon cult planning something nefarious and I think they're a bigger priority than the somewhat nebulous rewards of a spy network. As for teams, Meld, Nygma and Elaine are slightly better and leave Lucy available for other stuff while also making use of one of Lady Vic's few decent co-op scores.

In regards to Nygma I'm inclined to say that he probably couldn't be assigned to it or at the very least it wouldn't trigger his trait. Nygma's whole thing is leaving behind or decoding clues, I don't imagine that building a spy network is particularly conducive to those,

but we also know that they have no idea how to accomplish that goal so they aren't that much of a priority and are much lower priority than Zod who is active and has been active for a while and I think that the benefits of forcing him to launch his invasion before he is ready are bigger than whatever the church of blood can do in a single turn's difference.

regardless I also support a spy network because that is indeed very cool and it will make both zod and the church and everything else much easier. If we can't then I'd prefer investigating supergirl or foiling a presidential candidate or something.

Just because the Church doesn't have an organised plan to summon Trigon rig now doesn't mean that won't change soon, especially as Raven gets older. Plus I would debate the idea that they're a much lower priority than Zod. Trigon is a much larger threat and the fact that we can deny him support relatively easily right now is a reason to take the action not a reason to ignore it.

I also think you're overestimating how much a spy network would do to stop Zod, he's operating out of a single city in the Antarctic. We'd need a ridiculous success on soy network to have any idea what he's up to.
