I am so happy I can finally talk as I didn't want to unduly influence things, but things ended up going the way I wanted them to. On one event in particular you did exactly what I wanted you to do and I get to write the interaction I planned the most for and got really excited for. This is not a bad thing it's just some happiness on my end at getting to do something I really wanted to. The moment I saw someone make that vote in particular I knew I had to clam up to try not to influence things but I'm personally happy it won.
Something I do want to emphasize is that personal actions are pretty much voted in purely based off of what you would like to do and cannot really have negative consequences. As such they very rarely result in anything positive, so the ideal way to vote is to just vote for the options you like. Additionally if you want a different option that you don't see listed, you can request it and I may include it.

I am so happy I can finally talk as I didn't want to unduly influence things, but things ended up going the way I wanted them to. On one event in particular you did exactly what I wanted you to do and I get to write the interaction I planned the most for and got really excited for. This is not a bad thing it's just some happiness on my end at getting to do something I really wanted to. The moment I saw someone make that vote in particular I knew I had to clam up to try not to influence things but I'm personally happy it won.
We'll that's extremely ominous and slightly unsettling…

For the first, there's at least one omake that I believe shows that Raven has had pizza before. Though I suppose that there's nothing definitively saying that that omake happened befor this yet so it's not a big deal.
Her having never seen the ocean does strike me as a bit bizarre though. She arrived to Earth in Jump City and she currently lives in Metropolis, that's two coastal city's and I'm pretty sure she should be able to see the ocean from her window. Though I guess this could be a "Go and actually see it from the shore" type thing.

As I said before it's not a bad thing. I don't want to say exactly what it is for fear of ruining the impact, but I'll confirm that it will have zero tangible impact on LexCorp as a whole, and while I think it would be a shame to spoil what I'm excited about, I also think that if I were to tell you it, you could still vote in the mini-event because it just doesn't tangibly affect too much.

Eating pizza for the first time will be shifted to a specific kind of pizza (Raven I don't believe has ever eaten something like "white pizza" or "Hawaiian pizza") and the ocean was always meant to be a "properly see the ocean" type of deal. She has been to the ocean before (IIRC she went to the beach last turn) so I'm tweaking things to specifically be about seeing the ocean from a boat and taking in the ocean as the ocean.
People have voted for those options already but I'll make the changes more clear and by default count votes for the mistaken versions as votes for the new version.

In this age of superhumans, those without power stood in a precarious position, Mercy thought. Skill and training meant little in the face of a superhuman adversary eager to tear you apart. Genius and innovation could bridge the gap to an extent, but even that required immense resources.
When it was discovered that Cassandra possessed an innate connection to such a power, enough to ensure she was not just another victim in this brutal world. Lex took a keen interest in cultivating it, particularly since her ability was both unknown and potentially replicable.
Indeed, Chi was a formidable force. It was highly replicable and granted its practitioners immense superhuman abilities. It apparently wasn't magic, but as far as Mercy was concerned, the distinction was academic. Despite its qualities, the company had a strict policy of non-engagement with it, carefully limiting access to the knowledge required to wield it. The reason? The way it altered the mind. Honestly, Mercy was relieved by that restriction. Cassandra had once been a disciplined and serious young woman. Now? Chi had transformed her into… this. And if it could do that to her, Mercy shuddered to think what it might do to someone else.
With a long-suffering sigh, Mercy called out, knowing full well that Cassandra would hear her no matter what. "Young Mistress!" For that was the only title Cassandra would accept from her. "Your father has a task for you."
A blur of motion, a rush of wind—Cassandra materialized in the room, the very picture of ostentatious elegance. Her silk cheongsam fluttered gently, despite her arrival's unnatural speed. Her long, dark hair was bound in a tight ponytail, her sharp eyes carrying the weight of unspoken storms.
Placing one hand in a fist against her palm, Mercy gave a perfunctory bow. "This humble one pays her respects to the Young Mistress." Her voice dripped with dry resignation. Cassandra wouldn't have objected if she hadn't done this, but Mercy had learned her lesson. Last time, Cassandra had given her the stink eye for months. For all the cosmic power she wielded, the girl was unreasonably petty. "The Great Master has decreed the removal of a great enemy and requests your immediate deployment."
Of course, Lex had done no such thing. Mercy just wanted Cassandra out of the tower for a while. Given Cassandra's talent for finding enemies wherever she went, the lie was unlikely to backfire.
Cassandra nodded solemnly, as though she already understood the mission's gravity. "I swear upon my Dao heart, this great enemy shall be chastised as is right and just. Meet Buddha, slay Buddha. Meet God, slay God!"
Mercy sighed internally. In Cassandra's current vocabulary, "chastisement" involved excessive physical violence and prolonged torment. At best, she could expect Cassandra to be gone for months, occupied with her latest conquest. Inefficient? Absolutely. But at least it meant some peace and quiet.
"Your father has ordered discretion," she added as an afterthought. Lex hadn't, but Mercy didn't want to deal with his questions if Cassandra obliterated another city block. The last time Cassandra was "deployed", Mercy had to take questions from the National Weather Service as to why the entire state of Nevada has been covered in perpetual storm clouds for the past month despite it being the middle of summer
"The mantis stalks the cicada, unaware of the oriole lurking behind!" Cassandra declared cryptically. Well, it will have to do.
A moment later, she executed a perfect backflip out of the window, plummeting twelve stories before landing effortlessly on the pavement below. Spying a sturdy tree to her left, she tapped it lightly with her foot. A clean, perfect crack ran across its trunk, severing it neatly from the ground. With a single motion, she hurled the tree into the air. Then, before it could escape her grasp, she leapt onto it, hands clasped behind her back, riding the airborne tree as both vanished into the distance.
Mercy exhaled heavily. The maneuver made absolutely no sense. It was completely unnecessary, given that Cassandra could fly.
"You know," came a voice from behind. "That's pretty impressive. Makes me wonder what I could do with that kind of power."
Mercy turned to see Rose, who had entered unnoticed.
They locked eyes.
Then, without hesitation, Mercy slapped Rose across the face.

Mmm. I don't really mind Jason though if it is indeed difficult to do as you say then I'm not too sure. I also struggle to imagine Lex being proud of Jason like he is of Cassandra and I don't see him fitting in with Pamela and Kate. Maybe he could've been the Mercy of the next generation but Rose already does that... I mean I guess he could run serial peacemaking? I don't know. I struggle to fit him in the narrative inside my head.
I kind of want to grab a magic user at like the age of 8 and grind them like a motherfucker into being the second coming of Merlin, the magic-humanities!Cassandra to counteract the existing chi-science!Cassandra essentially.That's super tempting to me. I am extremely curious what this sort of character could end up accomplishing.
Otherwise I think that Cassandra is the heir and thus a generalist, and that any and all future kids will need to be heavily specialized in a field or a niche (Politician!Kid, Magic!Kid etc).
From what I see recruiting heroes usually results in 2-3 heroes so even after firing people we don't have enough space to take a full-on hiring action outright. Discounting the option that we might meet someone super good at Lexpo or that creating a spy network gives an opportunity to recruit a super spy or any number of things. I am not too concerned about hiring, but I generally believe that it's safe to assume that we have at least one spot left after the firings and recent expansion so I think there's some wiggle room but not enough for full-on hiring aciton.
Who is even left to dump otherwise? Like what is the ordered list of people on the chopping block?

Mmm. I don't really mind Jason though if it is indeed difficult to do as you say then I'm not too sure. I also struggle to imagine Lex being proud of Jason like he is of Cassandra and I don't see him fitting in with Pamela and Kate. Maybe he could've been the Mercy of the next generation but Rose already does that... I mean I guess he could run serial peacemaking? I don't know. I struggle to fit him in the narrative inside my head.
Jason would be my goal but in general a visit or tower would open up opportunities.
Originally I was thinking about him going chemistry, since he's pretty good with that in a lot of iterations, and I considered him being adopted by Pamela and Katherine as a Gotham orphan adopted by two Gotham born individuals.sort of a chemical/natural toxin deal.
I kind of want to grab a magic user at like the age of 8 and grind them like a motherfucker into being the second coming of Merlin, the magic-humanities!Cassandra to counteract the existing chi-science!Cassandra
I don't think the quest is going to run long enough for that to happen, nor would finding such a specific combination potential, right age, and malleability likely to be easy to track down. Your best bet would be to focus on building up raven, as she is the daughter of Trigon, who is himself brother to merlin's father. Raven has the greatest potential and learning capacity, and a lot of raw power besides. Getting her on a lot of learn different types of magic actions will allow for us to push her beyond her current limits.
