I thought about it but I don't think that overthrowing will actually lock her loyalty. Should she learn more about Luthor, it will be easy to conclude that he did it not from altruistic motives. Also, his country seems too minor to involve ourself in a diplomatic snafu. USA government may not like us doing such things. Furthermore, unless we crush him completely we'll get another determined enemy and we have enough already. One important thing - As crushing criminals proved, DC on such actions are nt the only thing to consider, opposing roll is very-very-very likely.

Spying on this guy seems like an OK action.

Somehow learn about magic is getting most dropped out of my set. Sure, we can put Rebecca somewhere else, she is very versatile but magic is our future weapon aginst the guy in a blue-red costume and I wouldn't drop it out. We should strongly consider putting Rebecca into Ivo mode till DC for further improvement will become unmanageable

If you mostly like me vote and want to add few things that you want consider dropping

Learn more about cybernetics - Sure it is very useful. But I have it there mostly backup up option for Karl should integration not get in. (after I said it, chances of not getting both went up)
Learn about computers - It is very replaceable

Build Katherine Kane living quarters in LexCorp towers, Build Cassandra Cain her own living quarters in LexCorp towers - Both are synergetic low DC actions to solve minor long-term problems. They are not that important and can be replaced by what you like

Develop and produce a new uniform for LexCorp employees - We can use Mari as a designer for the renovation of LexCorp, yes not a perfect use but this action is replaceable. Don't think that we'll have no job for the new hero otherwise.

You know, I just realized. Sooner or later, people are going to be accusing us of having a Harem due to us hiring a lot of women. Wish Lois Lane doesn't get the wrong idea.

Two easy, low DC actions to greatly improve our forces (we use the DC12 in the armor). The less they die, the less we need to replace them and can instead expand. The more they kill, the less to threaten us.

We need to take actions to mitigate Lois Lane. Her investigative skills, luck, stubborness, absolute refusal to compromise, and distrust of any powers that be other than journalism make her a very great chink in our armor that will be much harder to plug when Superman appears. Vicky and a PR representative can help counter her, and having her sister on our side will give her extra headaches, and hopefully distract her. Maybe it'll lower the DC in getting Lucy as a personal lawyer.

If we're adopting Cassandra, we need to do it right. And you can be sure both Lois and the Government will have questions. We need a good story to present.

Galaxy has just given Lex the perfect excuse. We can say they attacked us because they discovered we intended to compete with them. And is another way to manipulate our image for the better.

The vanished town and the disappearing submarines will let us learn secrets and resources that will keep us ahead of other factions. And the DC of the town is rising. Don't let it be another Jason Woodrue case where it slips between our fingers.

Leaks are big security risks. More so with Lois sniffing around. Let's solve them.

With Rebecca's lab up and running, we need to improve oue magic resources. Is a great weapon against Superman, a great defense against mundanes, and we need to be prepared against other magic users. And space is both good for income and PR.

EDIT. Replaced the investigator with AMAZO. Ivo is turning out to be more trouble than he's worth.

@King crimson, what would the DC of building a launch loop be? What about after we build the space dedicated building? What about a Skyhook? What about both?

I want to get these things done without Superman's help once he's on the scene:



Especially bringing a metal rich asteroid back to earth orbit. How does having a complete monopoly on gold, platinum, and a huge number of other valuable minerals sound?

What about an intrigue to steal the gravity rod or cosmic staff, for similar purposes?

Learn about Kryptonite is only a DC 14 action, and it would be amazing as a power-source.

We really need to think about founding our domestic and international spy networks very soon if we want to get an understand of the metahuman world (among other mysteries) as it's being incubated. We will have to play catch up otherwise.

And I'm hardly the sort to leave a useful resource like that untapped. Simply put, until our competitors start hiring those with talent regardless of their prejudices, you can expect to see a significant number of our employees who others might hold bias towards."

Especially powerful as a statement in response to that sort of accusation if we start hiring ex-cons.

@King crimson Might I suggest a option to start a free work training program we can hire people out of? Complete with room and board, which should help get the more vulnerable populations in while, at least eventually, helping us fill our coffers by getting ourselves competent, disciplined employees. It's not quite a charity--there's a heaping amount of self interest involved.
 
So, once again, the current leading vote has us doing nothing about Woodrue or the leaks in our building. We are fortifying and renovate Lexcorp, which helps with any future attack, but it doesn't solve the problem.
