I would direct overflow to Qi and SCS instead of Spiritual and PLR. Getting some relevant pills from the Hidden Moon Mission was our last chance to get Green Appraisal without undue effort, so it is not happening at this point. Might as well invest our points so that we get a bit more Qi instead of locking up the XP in Spiritual where it won't do us any good until after the tournoument.

Reason for the changes:
Lets not forget the overflow and other weekly gains!
FSS is about to level up, so I think that's the Art we really want the best tutor for it right now.
I think mastering TRF is more important than an other meridian right now.
Zhengui really needs a reward if we want to keep him focused on training and, hopefully, Green Rank by the Tournament. Sixiang can wait a week.


imo the first thing to do is try materials that are generally not affected too badly by time. Like metal.
Stone/Earth is probably immune to it, or else the lake would have eaten through it all, and the lake would be a huge pit instead.:cool:
So... make a chain+hook out of Stone and use it grip and pull the stuff out of the island and lake ?

TRF as a yang art doesn't proc SLP, so it's better not to train it during a SLP week. That and it being a non-closed door plan makes it a 5Qi roll SLP week, which is a bit of a waste considering the huge amount of resources used.

So, I have convinced myself that doing an SLP week this week may not be the best choice. We will need to do the archive search and so the actions between this upcoming week and the next week are fairly interchangeable in my mind.

However, the acquisition of talismans is time sensitive in that we have less time to get the talismans ordered then we have to cultivate for the tournament. It takes weeks to finish the product, and I would not be surprised if it took 4 weeks to work with the materials we have here. I markedly didn't include the mother option, for as much as I would like to I feel that giving her a week of space to clear her head, get accustomed to the new environment, and come to terms with her new status would do her good before we try to and so less awkward stuff with her. Give her time to unwind if you will.

I would like to combine the Zeqing and the Hanyi actions as I feel that this is a good time to do that.

I would like to get the Suyin minor out of the way and see what comes out of it.

Meizhen action to spend time with her, which we haven't been doing recently.

And finally, Zhengui has done a good job, and I think hunting is a good reward for him. Allows him some life experience that he will need to leverage his strength.

Reasoning:
  • Too many obligations for a proper closed-door SLP week
  • No mom minor to give her a week's breathing room and have the next one be "intoduce Zhengui" instead of "I'll think of something"
  • Suyin now because we won't adress her anytime soon otherwise, she's inviting us, and mad science with her will be fun to read
  • No Sixiang because while important if we want a shot at binding, GG is probably the last time we'll see that minor, and Sixiang is probably best after we're done with FVM/FSS

That could work, but Yrs just pointed out that having a chat with Meizhen about it is possible as well and I would rather talk to Meizhen about it. We already mentioned to her that we were on a treasure hunt, and this would be a good time to explain the fruits of our labor and try to figure out what it is.

And I would rather have Suyin stick to the formation work she is doing right now rather than formation work and hypothetical what is this work. So I would attach the Meizhen minor to the search and leave the training as just training.

It would also indicate that we talk to Meizhen outside of training too, and would be a nice reminder to her about that.
 
So remember people that if we do not do a Sixiang action this turn then there is probably zero chance that we can get her into the two minors that we get on the full SLP week 45. So we got a choice to make here, drop her entirely because we have a limited number of actions with her and dropping her for so long is probably a fail state or continue her plot line.

Also as side commentary, I really want to hire Suyin and bring her into our sphere as a baron once we both are out of the sect if she is okay with it. She has waaaaay too much Mad Science for me to pass up in good conscience.

FVM now is a bad idea; if we train it only on SLP weeks with a gss and high-cost pills, then we're likely to get FVM6 in 2 actions. Without that it'll take 3 actions.

No particular reasoning for the mission, though lack of stealth is arguable. I'd really prefer if mission type was a separate vote and not plan-reliant (could we get something like that @yrsillar?) In the meantime, make your arguments for which would be best.
 
Regarding the skeleton dude, I honestly think that the time barrier is there to keep them in, and stopping people from breaking them out. The wood restraints also seem to point to that. My guess is that the time barrier is constantly degenerating the dude they don't regenerate and kill us all.

OK, that plan seems good. I do like training with Xiulan, and while it puts us in a position where we'll need to finish either FSS or FVM without Zeqing I guess that's fine as long as we train most of it with her.

It'd fit the tropes pretty consistently. Other option is that the skelly is a fan of Orcus on His Throne and is just chillin in a "Do not disturb my Eminence!" field.

I'm vaguely leaning towards monkeys to make stealth relatively likely, but that's largely motivated by being uncertain about how the Hidden Moon mechanic works.
More precisely whether it can even trigger on two separate secrets in a single turn, whether that'd count as two activations each of which can be worth up to 30 individually and, if not, how easily we are going to hit the cap of 30.

This plan is identical to Plan Last breath by @Black Noise, but I've swapped the Gan minor for the Sixiang minor.

We are going to have an SLP week next week, which means we are going to have basically no minors to work with. I doubt that we would be able to make room for this minor one way or another, so I think the question shouldn't be "do we do the Sixiang action now or later?", but "do we have one more Sixiang action or one more Gan action?"

I think that we are going to get enough interaction with Gan as it is, and it isn't imperative that we get that done by tournament time. In contrast, talking to Sixiang NOW is important, because:
  1. If we think there is a chance that we want to Bind Sixiang as a spirit, we want to make sure we have a proper social foundation for that by then,
  2. Sixiang might help us improve our music Arts, and
  3. Sixiang can only benefit a body for a couple of months, after which we won't be able to interact with her unless she decides to join us.
