Brockton's Celestial Forge (Worm/Jumpchain)

Don't y'all think its also possible Aisha, another clone, a bot driven by fleet, or one of the undersiders could have picked his motoroid? *shrugs* there's a lot of ways to retrieve it if they (the MCs clones) are quick enough

Aisha: Busy saving Joe, not enough strength
Another Duplicate: nonexistent, it got blown up by Bakuda.
A Bot Driven By Fleet: Either busy fighting with lung or in the warehouse
One of the undersiders: Not enough strength, were sheltering in place like Joe told them to do, nowhere close, besides maybe Rachel, but not enough strength, and Dragon would have more time to grab it, being closer.
Maybe one of the duplicates that isn't busy healing Joe, but the PRT/Dragon have probably locked down the area.

There is probably a lot of other stuff that Dragon and the PRT will be looking at, Dust Mountain, What ever weapons Joe left behind after the Oni Lee Sting ambush (he had no other weapons, and needed to call for Trauma), and the broken drones that where taken out before the ambush.

Joe's tech is going to be the most fascinating and infuriating thing for researchers and Tinkers to deal with, Dragon may get some useful tech out of it, but no Power sources, materials and power systems (Magi tech), also Joe has quality and capability boosts so so it will never be close to what he can make.

Damn right it is. While also completely counter to your stance.
I mean, there's no sane way to read "not instantly fatal" as the stated best case outcome and think "ah, perfectly okay!"

Nah. You're missing the fact that she has two tinkers in her corner. Mind, I don't fault her for not bringing cancer bombs with her, but Bakuda was a very valuable asset. I'm very surprised she didn't tell Leet to get on some sort of healing device, and I'm doubly surprised that the immediate outcome of the slap wasn't a failsafe activating as she teleported away. Her not dying immediately should have been basically a slap on the wrist with the absurd level of preparation she's shown so far. Instead, she blithely strode up to a Tinker:Yes and expected nothing bad to happen. I imagine most normal tinkers have some sort of last-ditch bit of tech to use when all else is lost, even if it's something like a mundane bomb for when they want to take out the person who murdered them. Instead of actually following this line of logic and surviving basically unscathed, she had to rely on her plot armor to turn herself into a zombie.

Fair enough.
I don't believe for a second that the call bead was the only thing fueling the motoroid. I'd imagine there's at least one power source not reliant on fuel. At the very least something that, after being repaired would count for power after fiat repair.

A direct quote from chapter 39 set up

It needs that?" Aisha asked skeptically.

"Not particularly." I admitted. "But it's better than a heat sink and lets the armor control its surface temperature, meaning it can match it to your surroundings and hide you from thermal cameras. Power source is a refined enhanced ragnite engine, which usually needs significant radiators to function, but this bypasses the problem."

"Nice. Do you use that in your bike armor?"

I shook my head. "That system still uses a magitek core for direct system power. It has its own benefits, but will probably be due for a full overhaul soon."

.
Later in the chapter it does say that he does use new Ragnarit power sources but not if they were included in the armor, also to power sources would be over abundance

I thought Joe had a new gargoyles perk that allowed him to send spells over lines of communication. It would be very easy for him to send the power remotely from his workshop and manipulate it via fleet.
Technosorcery (Gargoyles) 400:
Combining magic and technology is a no brainer for you. You can handily blend the two to create amazing effects like broadcasting spells over telephone lines or melding creatures together through sorcerous surgery. Very little in the field of technomagic is beyond your reach with this skill.
Thank you for your time

I'm glad that That Undefinable Thing was able to affect aura and he learned how to awaken the light of the soul of others, I was hoping he'd be able to get something like this to 'easily' pass out powers

I remember that giving powers to others was a S-Class designation, hopefully (for joe) everyone thinks that Chen triggered. (hopefully for us Chen says that he was given powers by joe, hilarity ensues)

I'm 90% sure that Joe's duplicate sent him an update about giving items and powers to Chen, Joe has definitely not read that update yet and he might not until a later date... like when Chen confronts him about it. Whoo boy.

I wonder if someone asks Apeiron about the localized power/communications/microwave blackout if he will say that they were caused by Minovsky particles. Then the ThinkTank is like 'who was Minovsky?' And hilarity ensues.

When he and Garment see his Iconic Outfit they will have to update his wardrobe once more now that they have a 'Fiat Backed' outfit that is undeniably linked to Joe (maximum aura boost I assume)

Iconic Outfit (Tales of Symphonia) Free:
This outfit is rugged, stylish, and undeniably YOU.

Also does anyone know what kind of things can be done with the Prismatic Laboratory (Fallen London) or what someone can do with amber of various colours? I know nothing about Fallen London.

Prismatic Laboratory (Fallen London) 400:
The principle of acute observation is light! And to that end, you have fashioned a workspace of lenses, liquids, critters and crystals to focus upon recreating a spectrum of lights fantastic. Ah, the impossible palette: those colours only seen in the Neath! You may not always produce something like it, but you will produce their inks and lenses in time.

One more thing. I doubt that the public knows that Apeiron warned the PRT about Bakuda and that they did nothing. Just releasing that information would hurt the PRT majorly and would give a small/medium boost to Apeiron's rep as well.

He has enough good press and they have enough bad press at failing to stop a second conscription. He doesn't need to tip the scales.

Yo guys, what would be the most intimidating things Joe can say if there's a Somer's Rock meeting for whatever reason? I'll start
"Oh, that red thing I used to stomp the ABB into the ground? Her name's Tetra."
...
"She's called Tetra because they were my fourth potential S-Class threat."
...
"No she's not the latest one, she's actually the very earliest ones I've gotten."
...
"I forgot how many, I've lost track, and that's concerning now that I think about it..."

Given the transparency between magic and Shard powers, it's likely that a conventional Tinker could refit Joe's magitech to run on a black box power source.

"Most awkward moments? Well, probably when I was in conference with the Undersiders and became a God of Fire on the spot. Really freaked Tattletale out! Or maybe when I got a volcano in the lab while having guests for tea? It's really hard to tell. Best moment though, was when I caught a glimpse of The Two Trees...or else when I got my magic wand? Sigh. There's just so many things!"

Two trees?

It really depends on how Lord chooses to make Tinkers be like,

One way
Tinker tech is not really magical, the connect to the shard is, this is why Hatchet Face, does not stop tinker techs from work(its just really advanced) but does remove thier ability to make it when in his presenceand .

The other way
Tinker tech is magical and parts of it are managed go the shard, like the power source or software, and trumps are just not giving powers that interferes with it.

It can go either way, and depends on how one interprets how it works.

I think Lord is going for full tech just due to how the Labratory never mentioned the tech having dimensional portals, so I don't think they will be able to figure out the Magi tech parts, maybe a tinker how specialized in powers?

These two trees, which are in fact these two trees:
Potential wonders. I was not at that level, not yet. The power gave me understanding of the principles and the slightest peek into the nature of the unseen. There was a vision in my head, of the purest light coming from a pair of trees upon a hill. It was an image of breathtaking beauty that actually warmed me physically when I recalled it. The memory of having seen that light acted like a key to the nature of the world, Opening the unseen to my hand.

As for other things..
Speaking of the Somer's Rock meeting, do you guys think the Heroes are going to send a representative to the meeting (assuming that they know about it)?

Since the ABB are mostly gone, will there even still be a meeting? Will Bakuda by herself be that big a threat? Or will the meeting more likely be about the threat of Apeiron, and he crashes it?

Well, if in this situation and go with intimidation then gotta go with the classic:

"I heard there's a meeting going here and i choose to invite myself in. I'm sure no-one can object."

With some Innuendos managed to slip in on the " invite myself in" part...

They have many reasons to meet.

Bakuda is still in the wind, and even if the PRT/ Protectorate can track her forces they can't really help them until Bakuda is captured and/ or her deadman switch is disabled.

Also, they may meet to discuss what they can do to help lower the State of Emergency. Just because a majority of the ABB's capes have been taken down doesn't mean that the State of Emergency is going to be repealed, nor that it won't be extended so the PRT/ Protectorate/ National Gaurd can go after all the gangs.

They will also need to meet so that they can come to an agreement about how to best stop new gangs from setting up shop in Brockton Bay.

Not to mention they'll want Apeiron there so that they can ensure he won't bring out the Endbringer-sized Mech if something else happens in the Bay.
