Brockton's Celestial Forge (Worm/Jumpchain)

It's also worth keeping in mind that FMA alchemy isn't just matter transmutation. It goes through the Gate of Truth - essentially a pathway to the Root and the Akashic Records.

Even if Joe didn't get any more power out of it, it would still be literally enlightening.
Main synergy I'm thinking of with that was Belmot Alchemy, given that it also based on "knowledge of God's creation of this world", but that perk hasn't generally done much. Joe hasn't even summoned any demons!
Also yeah, Magecraft/Alchemy is probably gonna get kicked up quite a bit.
Given that it's 800CP though, I imagine there will be some major synergies/advantages gained from it though, not just Clap Alchemy.

Main one is with truth anything Joe produces by alchemy counts as hand crafted which means they gain the benefits of his perks.

You know, the only way I can see Jack squeezing any sort of victory out of the incoming beatdown is if he manages to convince people that Joe is not human, an alien that is faking generosity, morality and limits. In other words, an Endbringer.

Has a decent shot of working.
Joe's thinker blocking ability will keep Jack from even realizing he's a target. S9 is gonna get curbstomped, no doubt about it.

Scion as a Blindspot? Interesting. As his passenger, acting as the collective opinions of the worm fandom, I wonder if that is literally a spoiler alert, with holding back info on the Golden morning. Knowing, but don't tell them so it comes as a surprise.

Nah, there's WoG on it. Basically, the passenger is holding back the information so long as it feels Joe is busy and/or can't handle with Scion yet. And though Joe is strong, since his goal is basically little to no collateral damage in fighting Scion, he's still not quite at that level yet.

Understood. Guess I missed that. Makes sense, still like my theory though.

Additionally, there seemed to be a shift in the movement of the constellations. A slower rotation that allowed more reach to build up during each orbit.

Has there been an announcement of any mechanical changes? Or is this just for flavor? I don't watch the thread to avoid the arguments, so I also miss WoG announcements.

(Author's Note: With the perk from this chapter, all non-repeatable 100 point perks in the tables have been obtained. As there are no longer any unique powers that can be gained for 100 points, I will be changing the methodology and rolling for powers every 200 points, meaning rolls will occur every 4,000 words. The rate of point gain will remain the same, but the lower number of rolls will mean fewer rolls will occur where there is no chance of any power being obtained.)
That is what that was referring to.

We're not in isolation. I don't care about the context of the universe y
Says man locked in his lab for 100 subjective years.

"I can't imagine what it will be like when we can break out this kind of stuff
Neither can I.

The Transformer body would strengthen my Unnatural Skills, letting my take things just a bit further, but the time for buildup was done
... for this one project. Build up of everything else will continue.

I looked up at the robot's face. My face, at least in the memories I had. "Transformers live a really long time, but they don't live varied lives. If you're doing the same thing over and over for thousands of years you might retain a couple of details to refine your technique, or whenever you have a bit of information, but otherwise the days blend together. Literally. Outside of major events, long term memory is stored more as a function than a data record." I shrugged. "It's why personalities don't change that much, even over millennia
I wonder what Jozef's Transformer name was? Maybe his name was his Callsign from the Striker perk?

I had to check that as I didn't remember that being mentioned and I found the quote you were likely talking about.
They'd also confirmed that items assembled telekinetically counted as 'handmade' for the purposes of my abilities, including Master Craftsman. Not that relevant when you were basically bending paper clips into new shapes, but something that held massive potential considering the upper bounds of what telekinesis was capable of.
Also it's kind of crazy that Joe can now "hand craft" every component of a city ship in seconds.

I'm pretty certain the only question about the upcoming confrontation with the Nine is whether Joe will give them enough time to realize how screwed they are or will take them out instantly. He's significantly past the point where the Nine have any chance at all of surviving, much less winning.

"Not a proper City Former. Can't make one without a spark. It's a Cybertronian colony vessel. Unfolds into an entire city. Except it was built with all of my powers, so you know…"

Does the lack of a Spark mean Apeiron has to "manually" transform the colony vessel into city mode? Push buttons or roll giant gears into place?

Could be a fun team bonding experience to have the Celestial Forge members manually transform the city-ship like how Arcee and Springer initiated the transformation of Autobot City in the G-1 movie.

Aisha: "Can I push the push the big button?"
Joe: "Sure, go ahead."
Aisha: :D "YAAAY!!!"

Unfortunately for him, Aperioncity is not so hesitant. Surely, Leviathan can gaze in awe and splendor of the city's beauty while being chased by numerous space-warping weapons and death beams.

Numerous space-warping weapons and death beams nothing. It's a City SHIP. That means it could chase Leviathan all on it's own, possibly an even more amusing image. And then, once it's done, go up and give the Simurgh a smack just 'cause!

Ah, but Joe is going for a climactic curbstomp, probably even televised to the world. At the very least, other capes are going to be there to witness it.

Now, Joe will be safe even disregarding his think-block because he has a power that doesn't originate from the Two/Three Entities, and thus isn't an actual parahuman according to that fact, which Jack requires to use his Idiot Ball Dispenser on him.

The Undersiders are not protected or immune. Aisha is at least resistant. Any other capes involved in the coming conflict are defenseless.

All Jack needs to do is have enough time to Think (and think) and talk. And considering Joe is going for a legend-destroying curbstomp with several mindfucks to screw with the Soon-To-Be-Slaughtered, probably with a short monologue. Joe's divine sin is Pride, and great pride signals a greater fall...

Jack will get the time he needs to at least plant a few seeds of vile doubt. And Joe is likely to use a few of his new transformations to accidently cement that suspicion. It's all about optics, and nothing says inhuman monster with unknown origin more than Joe's combined transformation.

For the love of God the Servo Skulls can never see his Cybertronian body at its maximum possible size. He'll blink and they'll have slapped a combination cathedral/ICBM launcher on the back and a plasma annihilator and hellstorm cannon respectively on each of the arms.

I can imagine Joe getting into a fight wearing Tetra, and after some time takes her off dramatically and throwing her into the sky as she transforms into a Lagann equivalent coming back down like a comet into Joe as Joe unfolds into his mech form and they just Gattai right there.
Better idea.

She comes down SWINGING a comet like a flail, knocks the endbringer on its ass, THEN gattais with Joe.

She's Spiral. She's allowed.

But what if... he just mutes them? I'm sure there's something in his arsenal or he could make something that goes 'Ah, ah, ah, no you don't get a spotlight.'

He literally has a fiat-backed power from Asura's Wrath to shut Jack's fucking mouth if he gets into a monologue and Jack gets to live through that even if his jaw is completely shattered and now unable to vocalize anything.

I bet Jack will begin to speak, Apeiron gets the prompt and uses it instantly for a most satisfying 'crunch!'
