By the way I thought some more of the Ironborn second sons would want to settle in the Steptstones, them being accostumed to live in islands and shitty places plus the narrow sea is great for raiding.

Makes sense.
So looking at the map it seems besides the Dornish (House Toland and the Martells being the closest) we will have Stormlanders as our neighbors (House Eastermont closest), I think one of Lucien children should marry one of the Four Storms if they dont marry the Martells. And as we seems to that we will have many of them, at least the people closest to us like the Eastermont.
Of course this is just for the future.

The Ironborns are basically Vikings, but if you build their whole society over the "Rape, Pillage, and Burn" from their raids and nothing else from their undoubtedly rich culture...
So having the Ironborns happy usually means that everyone else is unhappy for obvious reasons.

I think that for now he is doing okay, but sorrow over the loss of Aemma can be insidious as water eroding stone. One day it will break and it wont be pretty to see it.
PS: EVERYONE WE HAVE LUCIEN BANNER BUT WE FORGOT THE WORDS! Since are creating a new line for House Targ, I guess we will need one.

Personally I think he's done rather well, the war goes swimmingly, the Ruby cloaks are a respected a feared force in the capitol, and trade propers without the threat of Essosi pirates.

Well, I think that he may have lessened a little but not by much and he is in a much better position than in canon...
Unlike in canon he did not choose to try to cut the baby from Aemma's womb, so I am guessing that it has significantly lessened the amount of guilt that he feels over the death of Aemma and he still has Baelon to take care for... But he has still lost recently the love of his life and his rock, so he is logically grieving, depressed, and lost, and that tends to take a toll on your overall performance as administrator...

He was a good but flawed man doing its best in a crappy situation, it is difficult to ask more of a man... But to be fair, I am probably influences to thing good of him due to Paddy´s wonderful portrayal of Viserys
