OK, lots of discussions since I went to sleep, but it seems a few key things weren't really brought up.
First, the Puzzle Box. All our previous Puzzles Boxes (Tokens, Shaman Bag) gave pills, and all our previous Moon rewards (Xin, Quest) also gave pills. While the odds of moon boxes giving pills that enhance breakthrough odds are not the highest, they are high enough that
if we do not do a full breakthrough week, it's the most urgent minor beside,
maybe, Zeqing.
Then, Cai social. There seems to be a 'now or never' talk about the social to her for friendship, but if we do decide to pushback breakthrough, this means we can do it next week just fine, too.
So, minor-wise, I'd say that most urgent one is Zeqing, then Moonbox, then Meizhen serious talk. Of those, none would really be 'mandatory' in my mind, but they would be really damn nice to have.

Given your plan
has cultivation drug use for getting back up to peak, then you are also assuming we should be doing it, and as such there is no reason not to have a conditional minors there.
Beside this, you are lacking important drugs for cultivating back to peak, and you are also using stones by default (even though we will only use them if we cultivate back up to peak), so I added those there.
