Also, I'm disappointed we still don't get options to build repair yards or launch non-EC recruitment campaigns :(

@OneirosTheWriter, can elaborate more on the bottlenecks? We need to know what action to take that can help alleviate this situation.

For colonies, we think the main bottleneck is colony ships, secondarily engineering ships and cargo/freighters; and for starbases/outposts/shipyards, we know it's the engineering ships, secondarily cargo/freighters that are the bottleneck.

Is "not many people available who can build things for you this year" indicating some other resource?

To elaborate more on this, it would be really nice to know:

a) What auxiliary ships we need to address this

b) How to allocate resources and berths to build such auxiliary ships
 
Could we have a Sousa Deal on either the Sydraxians or the Dawair?

For the Dawair, I'm thinking SUPER INTENSIVE TRADE.

Our personnel issues are a recurring problem - I think making Personnel a VA position might help quite a lot, considering how powerful those bonuses can be.
I'm not clear on whether the ops team improvement is just for the next time they're called upon or a permanent increase, but considering how important those missions tend to be I think it's worth the 20pp.

For me we need to diplo push the Ashidi, otherwise cardassia will take them over.

Afterwards Ked Peddah (at 60), Laio, (86), Honiani (close to 300), and Yrillians important to stabilize that section of space and for graterian and sydraxian relations.

Graterian push is a very bad idea while Sydraxia is in flux as it can help the original government rally by giving them an external focus. Remember the big thing was we continued to avoid provocations and tried to communicate then smashed their fleet but did not take territory from them. Pushing the graterian means moving into their area of influence

Leaky news broadcasts near their space telling the non-specified receiver that we'd love to gain closer relations with the Dawiar and that incidentally, our affiliates are open to claim land in the Gabriel expanse and that their rivals the cats are even preparing to do so right now, but that unfortunately their affiliation to the Cardassians means that if we want to talk to them, we have to go through their overlords for that.
