It's a reasonable point that, having featured Alexandra a few more times now, that it might be okay to update the front page a bit on that front, so that's been done now. Keeping in mind that, really, the only reason certain changes have been done is because Alexandra is part of the Dynasty, whereas if she weren't, you wouldn't even have certain character information available to you.

CHRIST! This is beyond my worst nightmare scenario I could have conceived with how things were going with the Romanov's! And all of this, while the Torus Ivan Branch is still alive and kicking, while part of the Evil Bohka's. AND, this is without going into the fact that Kislev is now going to be going to war against the Full might of Clan Moulder and a unknown number of Lahmian+extra Vampires that are now going to see it as their primary goal to make life suck for Kislev for its audacity to not bend its neck to the Ruler of fallen Lahmia, Neferata. We are definetly not going to see the end of this number of people from dying, especially if a 1/6 of the currently surviving Romanov's, don't make it out of their coma's inflected by both parties of Skaven and Vampires.

Not really? Fred family was the one that got fuck up more since at quest start he was the only member of his house.
Im betting its the latter, as Tor gave us a while back a very good idea of what his mental state is and his willingness to go betray his family and go help assasinate one of his brothers. Hard man makes hard choices, are practically radiating off of the guy, especially since he still see's his mom and Alexandra as the more ultimate evil when he started to rebel, though who knows how much of a factor that is in comparison to the Skaven and Vampires? Maybe, they promised they would just revert everything back to the old days of Kislev before his mom came around, with the promise everything would be done from the shadows, with no overt things like 500% increase in slavery and slaves buying to work and die in the tens of thousands every year to build stuff like new forts, roads and massive temples/palaces again?

Been busy the past few weeks, but I'm finally caught back up. The past three chapters have gone better than I could have hoped for, despite some close calls during the anchorstone assault. It looks like the end of the Black Ark saga is coming to head one way or another. I just pray that fortune will be on our side.

And the Bokha are whole responsible for 2 of those deaths and partially responsible for 9 more (+1 in-law).
I also want to point out that these explanations specifically call out the Bokha themselves answering to the Skaven, the Vampires, and Chaos itself.
So, no wonder Alexandra is truly ready to permanently end the Bokha be it in name or through bloodshed.
They cannot claim to be a necessary check on centralized power when they've just finished killing each other because it turns out they are actually foreign agents.
Funny enough, I didn't realize Konstantin had already been added to the family tree so for a hot minute there I thought the only available Ivana was Torus Ivan's daughter and I could not wrap my head around why Alexandra would be making an offer that is at best useless and at worst actively detrimental to her cause.
Not that Konstantin is going to have a fun time with his new in-laws anyway. His people are directly responsible for the very recent deaths of two of her uncles.

Likewise on the mistake in regard to Ivana, and from what we can tell on the matter, the dead may as well be 15 dead, 2 coma and 1 captured, as Katarina the Bloody was captured and from what we can tell has just been brought to Hellpit, for a most horrific fate that no one would wish to suffer through if given a chance. Besides that, if things keep escalating as things go now, the war of bitter Ice will just have Moulder start hiring more master assassins of Clan Eshin and the rest of the council of 13 forces to answer their warptoken debts if things get really hard with cracking Kislev's nominal leadership after this barrage of death and destruction. And considering, this isn't factoring in the Evil Bohka's faction, which considering the one's Alexandra captured were the actually good ones and not the morally grey to downright evil ones, I suspect they will also be up to their own tricks to kill more of the Romanov's after this latest bought of fighting is finished. Particularly the two comatose one's since Freddy himself almost didn't make it when he went under in Ungor, and he had much better stuff at hand to keep him alive and healthy despite being unconscious and was still at death's door. And Kislev...doesn't have that on hand for the palace where everyone is being kept guarded and under constant surveillance by the Kreml guard.

Damn that family tree has a lot of red, some silver linings, there is only 1 Romanov left that Alex cares for that is still imprisoned so at least Alex doesn't have to run around anymore trying to save as much as she can, also looks like the Vampires tried to take Praag but were repelled by the defenders of Praag,
Now if the defenders of Praag are supporters of Alex or not I have no idea, Praag certainly looked like it was under enemy bokha hands at the start of the war which was why olga was trying to escape from it but considering the lahmiens have been executing romanov's to make them open the gates it leads me to believe that Praag is leaning towards being Tzarists if not already under the control of Alexandra.
also while that complete idiot Torus Ivan only has one Romanov imprisoned it's also the last remaining daughter alive of a branch, olga's who's while comatose is still a high priestess of the widow and likely a powerful combatant, and after seeing her whole family being executed will want to try to rescue her last daughter. Something Alexandra also likely knows.

So this mess all started when Kattarin got kidnapped and then Lahmian infiltrators tricked Yellow Fang cultists into tricking Verenan and Ranaldian extremists into helping a bokha assassinate Mattrin, the heir and High Priest of Ursus, along with his whole family. They also burned down part of Kislev City or something? And split the Grand Army and mercenaries with chaos.
Then Ivan decided to screw over Kislev even more and renounced his (kidnapped) mom, and took his whole family with him... somewhere.
This is also seemingly when all the other Romanov family members got assassinated or injured, since Alexandra had to take control pretty much from the very start, Update 2 of the War of Bitter Ice. She started out with Kislev City on fire, Praag subverted by the Bokha, and Erengard doing who knows what.
So it was actually the Skaven who started this mess, but the vampires tried to stop them??? But failed? Because of other vampires? There are Lahmians and Von Carsteins involved, at least...
And previously Alexandra tried to capture Erengard but got ambushed by the Bokha who got scared in Praag, but then Skaven started attacking everyone, not the Skaven who kidnapped Kattarin, a second army (possibly related, possibly not to the faction(s) attacking all 3 Kislev cities), but then a third Skaven army attacked the second one they (Alexandra and the Bokha) were fighting, and then the Von Carsteins were there, and then the Ice Magic-wielding Beastwomen Shaman was there-
And the latest update saw Alexandra alive, and in a good enough position to subsume some of the Bokhas who had no idea what was going on? She's probably not in Erengard yet, given the timeline and the description of her surroundings, but she must've won or at least not lost horribly that prior clusterfuck.
So in sum: Currently Alexandra has Kislev City, is stuck somewhere about to reclaim Erengard, Bokha still in Praag, rural Ungols neutral or friendly, still looking for Kattarin, kinda has an idea how things started, has half an idea what's going on, and way too many different factions making her life miserable (at least 3 Skaven, 2 Vampire, 1 Beastmen, 1 Greenskin, 1 Trolls, 1 Bokha).

Well, no actually reading back from that update that you brought up, since she mentioned taking Erengard in the past tense, and this is well past the events of that battle royale fight by at least a week or 2, I would say as things currently stand Praag is still out of her reach and its the central keep of Bohka resistance to Her and the Romanov's, as well as likely where Torus Ivan and his brood of family members live, which also likely is filled with some amount of Chaos and Vampire worshippers, which just means that the Bohka's were caught fighting a separate group of vampires then the one's they are currently working with. Which considering their was already a army of von carstein vampires just chilling out in Kislev of all places, despite it being used heavily by the Lahmian bloodline for their espionage duties, means that likely their was a mass breakdown in which bloodline would fight for whom and why, same as with the Yellowfang/Clan Moulder and the Bohka faction as a whole.
Which likely means the situation is still relatively fluid but that, now the vampire/yellongfang/Bohka faction(s) have all now either unified or been splintered into several competing groups all of which will gladly fight Alexandra and the Romanov family of Kislev, but only as a bunch of crabs in a bucket do, before their own selfish intrests come to the fore and start having them fight each other as much as they otherwise would have against Kislev. Still, so long as 2 of those groups are splintered into several multi-factions that are just as likely to turn against each other and fight for control over leadership of what against Alexandra, then things should be okay for her. But, considering how the War of Bitter Ice is going, this intercine infighting between all of these different factions are going to end soon, and then Alexandra is going to have the unenviable position of needing to reconquer all of her lost territory to the further east and shore up her "Secure" territory, before then having to make a new massive army and have to besiege Praag, the necromantic heart of the Bohka's and the main enemy bastion of resistance in all of Kislev. The same city, rebuilt, expanded and made even better then in the past, that held out against the hordes of Asavar Kul for over a year, with normal gunpowder, snow, and men with steel in hands against that horde of chaos worshippers. All of which has now been horrifically augmented by additional arms and resources from a lot of vampires, with who knows what for monsters, undead troops, traps, chaos artifacts and more. A lot of Kislevites are going to die in that siege, with or without Alexandra and her Thundertusk mount, Doomfrost.
So, from how I'm rating her stuff at, likely the south of Kislev, from the capital to the west at Erengard are under her firm control, before it tapers out at bolgasgraad to the north where things become, dicey and then everything past that is either a lie and a trick, or is just firmly out right owned by what remains of the Bohka faction from their on to the north and possibly to the east in Dukhlys Forest as it meets the World Edge Mountains.
