    TBF, Mags, you have been doing a lot of the heavylifting for the quest, so this will be in good hands. :)

    To be clear to everyone, this is just me burning out on imagination of the quest, since my muse has been hitting me over the head a lot with so many different ideas that I just can't find myself too interested in this.

    I'll still hang out here, though, since this still does have a sepcial place in my heart.

    I'd like to thank you all for making this a wonderful experience while it lasted.

    I'd also like to thank @Magoose, @Fluffy_serpent, and @Martin Noctis for doing so much to help prepare and write this quest. I couldn't have done it without you all. :D

    Basically it's too early in its history for the Rebellion to have a fleet of its own - the dissolution of the Senate takes place in this movie, and that's what really started pushing people towards the Rebellion, so it hasn't had time to really build up its conventional military. We can scale up in the future movies - if we're going for World Ward 2 equivalent in space we can have the space forces covering the evacuation of Hoth in 'the Empire Strikes Back' be the equivalent of the Battle of Samar, with fighters and small ships hurling themselves against overwhelming enemy forces to buy time for their allies to evacuate, and the final battle over Endor in 'Return of the Jedi' be the equivalent of the massive Pacific battles later in the war, but we need to start small so we can build up to bigger things in the future.

    [X]Medium Scale: This will require reshoots, but since George and ILM got the money to spare, they decided to make this… battle far more grand, far more epic. Far more like a battle in a war, than a desperate last stand for the Rebellion. It would take some time to get it complete, but it would be like watching an Ariel war film from the second world war… only in space, and not real. And in far better quality. (Time it will take to complete: 14 Months)

    This is the last shot in the dark. ESB for the ground battle, RTJ for the big battle.
     
    I kind of want to vote for two different sizes. Small and Large. The small would be for theatrical release but later on we can release the extended edition.

    Is that allowed?
