If the cast is in majority agreement and we're in tell CBS you will entertain this as possibility only if they sign on a much better contract regarding working conditions and money. Cooperate with the Screen Actor's Guild to help secure the deal for yourself and also hopefully make sure CBS doesn't slack on its other properties.

If they say no, we tell CBS to shove it, if they say yes, tell CBS only if we sign a much better contract regarding working conditions and money. Also, reach out to the other actors with that we have a decent relation like the few people we saved from the fire and create a union by convincing them to say those terms are a requirement by everyone. If they refuse, threaten to go public about them endangering people.
