    TBF, Mags, you have been doing a lot of the heavylifting for the quest, so this will be in good hands. :)

    To be clear to everyone, this is just me burning out on imagination of the quest, since my muse has been hitting me over the head a lot with so many different ideas that I just can't find myself too interested in this.

    I'll still hang out here, though, since this still does have a sepcial place in my heart.

    I'd like to thank you all for making this a wonderful experience while it lasted.

    I'd also like to thank @Magoose, @Fluffy_serpent, and @Martin Noctis for doing so much to help prepare and write this quest. I couldn't have done it without you all. :D

    I'll see you all around.

    -[X]Stay in China?: Perhaps Hong Kong would be a good place to build up your name. You had heard that next year, there will be another film starring Bruce that will be in production, and perhaps, this time, you can get a larger starting role?
    -[X] Research stuff, see if anything piques your interest: You may have graduated High School as a kid, but you never stopped trying to learn. DC 15 (Write-in what you want to learn about below)

    --[X] We begin to form a story about a world wherein a person is born with an affinity to 'something'. This 'something' can be anything, ranging from cooking to swordplay, writing to ditchdigging. It is never obvious what that 'something' is until you have actually done the action itself. The story focuses on a young/mid 20s adult who has yet to find what their niche is, and explores them as they try to figure it out, faking already having it in order to continue being a part of their community.

    Why not, try to develop in some new directions for a few years before going back into movies.

    Edit: I decided to change my vote. I really liked @geogio13's idea.

    I want to do these together, hoping to use it less as writing our own work and more as part of studying the Greats, transposing them to the modern world/setting wholesale, and then seeing why and what does and doesn't work. Sort of like how Romeo and Juliet (1996) was done. I don't expect us to make anything great, or even good, I just want to help us get over the slump and begin to identify the key parts of a story and the Hero's Journey. Is that okay?

    I really hope that we stay in Hong Kong for just a bit where we can make small mistakes without it plaguing us forever as I suspect will happen if we do so in Hollywood. Maybe we could learn something interesting like the erhu or guqin.

    I have no idea where to go with this, I just want to make something actually original/isn't a blatant theft of something already made IRL.

    Ni wrote over 300 screenplays, predominantly in the martial arts and wuxia genre, mainly for the Shaw Brothers Studios.

    Ni's most famous film work was uncredited. He created Bruce Lee's character of Cheng Chao-an and the story for The Big Boss (1971) but the eventual writing credit was given to director Lo Wei. Ni was also the writer of the Lee film Fist of Fury (1972), creating the character of Chan Zhen and providing the story, but once again Wei took the credit. Chan Zhen would become an enduring character and be played by numerous actors in remake and reboot films and TV series including Jet Li and Donnie Yen.

    Nice to see this back. And yeah , we really should work in our comedy chops at some point. After this, I was thinking we can try to audition for some roles for TV. There should be some awesome ones in this period.

    Also, I suggest to everyone that you write omakes, since Magoose dice are involved here. You are gonna bloody need them, especially with what happened on TURN 2.
     
    Also when we get back we should buy a nice house near Hollywood with our money.

    Place to live and an investment that will grow in value a lot.
