Abelhelm presumeably did, provided he ever looked into his ancestor's diary, and I do kinda doubt he would not warn his offspring of the stuff that would try to kill them.@Omegahugger the real question is, does Roswita even know Skaven are a thing?
We're like a cooler Tuxedo mask ! Tuxedo Mathilde !"Here's Alkharad's skull, Roswita, but don't worry, I'm taking it with me. Here are his ledgers instead, and now I'm gone."
He... really doesn't strike me as the kind of guy who would read it. More rigid than Mthilde, less willing and able to rules-lawyer their way into something, and definitely lacking the major incentive we had, which was figuring out the best ways to fight necromancy witho our magic/have an absolute last-resort weapon in our back pocket. He wasn't a wizard, it would have given him nothing. Hell, we didn't even know it was a diary at all until we read it ourselves, so even that wouldn't be much incentive.Abelhelm presumeably did, provided he ever looked into his ancestor's diary, and I do kinda doubt he would not warn his offspring of the stuff that would try to kill them.
It also wouldn't have cost him anything (if people knew he had it they would assume he'd read it, much like they do with Mathilde and I just did), and given him a bonus when commanding armies against the undead. A not insignificant bonus at that.He... really doesn't strike me as the kind of guy who would read it. I cannot imagine he would've given it to a wizard if he didn't read it. And of course it contains useful information. We wrote papers on the strength of Freds tactical insight, and knowing what spells your enemy can cast is super important too.He... really doesn't strike me as the kind of guy who would read it.
