@Omegahugger the real question is, does Roswita even know Skaven are a thing? Like, I get it, Roswita is awesome, and I would like to see more of her just as much as you, if not more, but... there's little chance of her being read into the Conspiracy of Silence, since even as Abelhelm's spymaster we were unaware, and even if she was, getting this to appropriate authorities might actually be just a touch harder for her then for us, since she can't just wander in and hand it directly to several of said authorities personally. Even getting ahold of the Emperor would probably take a decent amount of effort and following proper protocols, which could be tracked. Giving it to Roswita is just plain unfeasible, as fun as it would be.

[X] Magister Patriarch Algard

[X] Emperor Luitpold

I just want to see the Emperor again, especially when he's getting something as good as Queekish dropped on his lap.

Abelhelm presumeably did, provided he ever looked into his ancestor's diary, and I do kinda doubt he would not warn his offspring of the stuff that would try to kill them.
He... really doesn't strike me as the kind of guy who would read it. More rigid than Mthilde, less willing and able to rules-lawyer their way into something, and definitely lacking the major incentive we had, which was figuring out the best ways to fight necromancy witho our magic/have an absolute last-resort weapon in our back pocket. He wasn't a wizard, it would have given him nothing. Hell, we didn't even know it was a diary at all until we read it ourselves, so even that wouldn't be much incentive.

It also wouldn't have cost him anything (if people knew he had it they would assume he'd read it, much like they do with Mathilde and I just did), and given him a bonus when commanding armies against the undead. A not insignificant bonus at that.

I cannot imagine he would've given it to a wizard if he didn't read it. And of course it contains useful information. We wrote papers on the strength of Freds tactical insight, and knowing what spells your enemy can cast is super important too.
