Hm... are you sure we're allowed to add the last part to this mission? I mean, the Isolationist tag in and of itself doesn't seem to fit in with the rest of the primary anti-HoH mission.
Per GMs, we can add whatever tags we want onto a TF. It's worth noting that Horizon is trying to drill through this tag on their end with their local task force, so it would seem reasonable for us to do the same.
Edit: hopefully, this means resolving the tag counts as unopposed, but we'll see.

MISSIONS:
ACTIVE MISSIONS - [Counteract Horizon diplomatic efforts in the Horizon Border Zone region]
-The Harmony of Horizon has continued an aggressive diplomatic push, attempting to discredit the Federation and promote their own agenda. The FDS believes that Starfleet can play a key role in countering Horizon propaganda.
-Mission: Resolve [Horizon Influence: 147/300] tag on Licori, [Horizon Influence: 164/300] tag on Felis, and [Horizon Influence: 282/300] tag on OSA. If a [Horizon Influence] tag emerges on the Bolians, resolve that tag as well.
-Ships assigned to this Mission would do well to possess a high level of presence. In light of the developing tensions in the Coreward Border region, a respectable level of combat is also recommended.
-Free FDS Diplomatic Team attachment - no upfront or maintenance costs for this team for the duration of this mission.
-Other attachments:
Starfleet Tactical Brass: 10pp on Purchase, 0pp per year. Enables coordination events with other powers
Molchenek-Danashad Consulting: 5 pp on purchase, 3 pp per year. Effect: +1 to the first diplomatic roll involving a capitalist society each quarter
Sam Jones: 10 br on purchase, 10 br per year. Effect: Gain both sr & relations on trade summit missions for this task force.
[Conduct diplomacy with the Gorn]
- The Gorn are beginning to look outward once more, and we intend to meet them. The FDS is prepared to conduct ordinary diplomacy, but due to the distances involved, requests support from Starfleet for more extensive efforts, particularly in light of aggressive Ashalla Pact diplomacy and the deployment of a Cardassian Task Force, led by a massive Imelak Breeder.
-Mission: Resolve [Militarist Foreign Policy: 174/300] and [Distant Stars: 50/100] tags on Gorn. If a [Cardassian Influence: 0/100] tag emerges, resolve that tag as well.
-Ships assigned to this Mission will require a sterling presence score to do the bulk of winning over the Gorn. A respectable combat score may also be useful for impressing the Gorn.
-Free FDS Diplomatic Team attachment - no upfront or maintenance costs for this team for the duration of this mission.
OTHER MISSIONS - [Develop better means of communication with the Dreamers]
After USS Courageous was rescued by the Dreamer Collective, these cosmozoa have become of great interest to the FDS. Unfortunately, current methods of communication with the Collective are cumbersome at best.
-Mission: Resolve [Alien modes of Communication and Thought: 0/300] tag on Dreamer Collective.
-Ships assigned to this Mission will require a sterling science score to develop new methods for communicating with the Dreamers. A respectable presence score will also be useful for coordinating work with the Collective. Finally, with the Breen near, and with the Dreamers having intervened against the Breen, a respectable combat score may be useful for protecting the Dreamer Collective.
[Conduct diplomacy with the Ur'razzi]
- The Ur'razzi have a strategic location inside the Straits of Themis; unfortunately, relations started off on a bad foot. The FDS considers courting the Ur'razzi to be of some importance, and requests our help in supporting their efforts.
-Mission: Affiliate Ur'razzi
-Ships assigned to this Mission will require a strong presence score to do the bulk of winning over the Ur'razzi.
-Free FDS Diplomatic Team attachment - no upfront or maintenance costs for this team for the duration of this mission
[Court the Allupii]
- The Righteous Allupii Empire represents a unique opportunity - a strong potential ally against the Ashalla Pact, situated along Cardassia's flank. They will not be easy to court, but a relationship with them could prove valuable.
-Mission: Affiliate Allupii
-Ships assigned to this Mission must be capable of extended independent operations. These consist of: Qloathi Torqui Leb Lagans and Arqueniou Leb Hoiathis, Orion Explorers, Apiata Light Queenship and Queenship teams, Starkin Basilicas, and Excelsior-As. High Presence and Combat scores will be very useful; a solid Science score is also recommended.
-Do note that this is expected to be a particularly difficult mission.
-Free FDS Diplomatic Team attachment - no upfront or maintenance costs for this team for the duration of the mission.
-Required Attachment: Starfleet Engineering Team. (Upfront and maintenance costs must still be paid for this team).
-Please note that the Allupii are very picky about nobility. Of current attachments, Nikael Dalera would be acceptable; Langa Mbeki and especially Shar Ordey would not.
[Generic: Pick a Tag]
In addition to these missions, feel free to propose any number of your own missions. Pick a tag to work on for each.

I look forward to the day we can give Hassan Aharani a diplomatic task force; he is the master.
Also, will we ever have an engineering task force? What would that even look like? I ask for obvious reasons, reviewing the list...
EDIT:
Other than Leaniss, who's busy, do we have any other senior officers who are themselves nobility on one planet or another? Can we funnel them to the Allupii? We need to stack that deck, because we need to make as much progress as we can with them, or they'll be so unsympathetic when the Cardassians hit them that support for them will be thin on the ground.
So, this omake is based off the omake reward I got for the Chrystovian Embassy omake, which was a micro-intelligence report on a single Chrystovian Navy class. I asked if I could explicitly write the micro-intelligence report as a report from the defense attache at the Chrystovian embassy and so here it is.
Intelligence Report on the Chrystovian Navy
This is the most recent and detailed information we have available on the Chrystovian Navy's main ship class in service, which is named the Stone-class frigate, as we have recently learned. The Stone-class frigate represents the Chrystovian Navy's main combatant in terms of pure numbers from analysis, but we have no available information in terms of the total number in service for the Navy, or the total percentage of their fleet.
... Beyond the numbers available in service, the Stone-class frigate represents the underlying design philosophy of the Chrystovian Navy which can be once more summarized as "a flying brick with guns pointed at the enemy". While the shields are average, and weaker to that of the Centaur-B-class frigates, the hulls on these things... are much tougher in comparison to a Centaur-B and from our intelligence analysis has a harder hull than that of either the Excelsior-class explorers or the Renaissance-class cruisers, but less than that of an Ambassador-class explorer. Considering the Stone-class is smaller than that of the Centaur-B-class, and probably similar in weight to a Constellation-class cruiser, this would be likely to pose significant issues to the Cardassian Navy...
In terms of a weapons suite on the Stone-class has a more moderate weapons suite, made up of four short-range phasers along with an associated torpedo launcher. From a guess work per the weapons suite, we'd rank a combat capability on the Stone-class to be equitable with a Miranda-A but we aren't positive for sure on this...
All in all, the Stone-class frigate is likely to pose a significant threat to the Cardassian Navy if facing it's counterpart as the Takaaki-class destroyer, but entirely unclear as to how it will match up to the rumors of their new combat frigate that have filtered from other elements of SFI. This analysis because of a lack of info on their rumored new combat frigate will be limited, and the following segment will be solely on a comparison to the Takaaki-class. As a direct comparison, the Stone-class is both slightly under-gunned and less-shielded compared to it, but as following with the design philosophy of the Chrystovian Navy, is a much hardier vessel in terms of the hull construction... If the principal light combatant of the Cardassian Navy is still the Takaaki-class, then the Stone-class will represent a threat to the Cardassian Navy, but if their principal combatant is a rumored new combat frigate... we will have no idea as to how the Stone-class frigate will match up against it. The one and only thing that we can guarantee is that the design philosophy of the Chrystovian Navy is likely to pose problems for the Cardassian Navy in this war. Further details on the specifics of the Stone-class frigate are enclosed.
I think we should send a task force to Sydraxians -[Society and Government In Flux: 0/500] is a tag that needs quite some time to clear but if our focus to counter Cardassians, I think it is worth it.

Eh... The Sydraxians are allies and they're safely behind our fortifications in the GBZ as well as other member states. I doubt the Cardassians can easily reach them to cause trouble.

I put Chekhov on RIGHTEOUS because they are far, far from support. If they took crew casualties, how could they even replace them? On that basis, nullifying the first two points of casualties seems like a good safety net.
As for nobility, we can probably fake some paperwork he's descended from a Russian Czar, right?
EDIT: I was told that Nash & Scott's Consultant Cooperative will be suitable intelligence team for addressing Leanis's complaints on ROYAL.

Can we put a raid attachment on this? Rangers or Aerocommandos, they'd give us a good punch and they were used to great effect in TF Shield (The Thruq ramming and boarding that Andalusian).
Can we have Straak explore the remainder of the Gabriel Zone? I feel that it would probably be a good idea to shore that area up a bit, especially since it's supposed to have a lot of resources in that area.
