Sometimes words have two meanings
Ok, so I have a modification based on several things that I think are important:
1) We can't let the Renshu situation linger. It's simply too dangerous. Bai has been our buddy for this quest so we should take her again and see if some facepunching loosens her up a bit. (You don't beat crafters and masterminds by giving them lots of time to prepare. We might have better gear in 3 weeks, but I would bet that Renshu will use that time very well himself.)
2) I don't particularly think Skeletons will be good in time, I would rather chat up Sixiang. Sixiang might be bindable before the tourney but I don't want to leave her hanging in the wind for two weeks if we SLP next.
3) While we want to take a job, I think it's the least critical thing of our other five possible major actions outlined in Last Breath. Also keeping to one dangerous action this week might be wise.
This plan is identical to Last Breath with the exception of those changes.

I know that people might be a bit wary to do this with our current gear, but we consistently don't toss in votes to provide Zhengui with talismans or upgrade ours ourselves, so god knows when that will actually happen. Better to deal with it now.

I think it's smarter to deal with Renshu after we have the following:
- A non-beginner Domain Weapon
- 1-2 SLP weeks to grow our Qi to proper Early Green levels
- an actually usable Early Green-level Art, like FSS (3 weeks away) or FVM (2 SLP weeks away)
- at the very least, if we're going for Renshu early, do so with Cai support

Hm...torn between letting Renshu sit until after Ling Qi powerlevels for five weeks and has a proper domain weapon, or going and playing whackamole immediately so that the crafter has less time to prepare.

I am open to including Cai if people feel we really need to, but honestly Cai+Bai+Ling feels like overkill and this has kind of been a Ling+Bai thing. I think however that waiting is a serious mistake. It gives Renshu time to implement plans against us, to attack us where we are weak, to screw up our SLP weeks and our Jobs, to craft new gear specifically built to beat us, etc etc. Giving him time helps him a ton, and makes us hostage to possible offensives he could make.
I think it still does to an extent, if all we are upgrading is our domain weapon then I would rather try to knock this out early, before he has 4 more weeks of prep time. If we are upgrading everything then that is a somewhat different story, but that was not the impression I was getting. A full month, which seems to be about how long it takes to get new gear crafted and delivered, gives Yan Reshu a ton of actions to prepare whatever plan he is going to use against Ling Qi.
