We're keeping the book, and translating it into Ulgu. It's not some shoddy, dirty thing, as long as we don't lick it just being in its presence won't mess us up, and if Van Hal wanted somebody else to keep it he would have given it to them before now.

What use is staying? His tainted legacy will never be cleansed as even the GODS are against Van, never mind the lack of support from everyone else in the empire. Let Mathilde leave this land of treachery and politicking.
