I really want to do Experimental Tiberium Treatment Labs. The option had been sitting there for a while and is how we finally start laying down the foundation for Tiberium research. We can probably do pretty well here with Qatar loyalists on our side.

I really want our scientists to start working on how to counter Tiberium better and figure out new shit as soon as possible.
 
Yeah. We really can't afford to give money to the free market, we are even now forced to leave shit ton of dice idle. They are actions we should take when we actually have excess of resource. For now efficient central planning is what is needed over the wasteful market:V
