Chemical Precursor Plants uses our Light Chemical and Industry dice. It's an obvious place to put 45 R into, and can be done simultaneously with a project in Heavy Industry. (TBH I'm still not 100% sure if I shouldn't have tried to fit this in to my plan or not; hopefully we'll be free enough for it next turn.) It'll likely unlock/help other LC Ind projects, though I'd expect those to be Consumer Goods rather than Capital Goods. Maybe something in/for Agriculture too?

The second easiest project. Likely to be done in one turn, or could be started with an extra die put in here alongside finishing a more difficult project. In terms of its effects, "will speed along many projects" certainly sounds promising and perhaps reason enough to do this one soon. Though it might also reduce our Labor costs, which isn't going to be important for a long time.

Expensive, in both dice and Resources. 3 free dice and 90 R isn't easy to do, and it gets worse if we need to rush it. This factory makes rather advanced machined parts, perhaps similar to Christchurch Tool Plant?

Not as expensive as you'd expect, thanks to the Tiberium dice's heavy bonus being added in. The real cost here is that this'll cost 3 or 4 Tiberium dice in addition to our Heavy Industry dice. As a plant that makes super-large parts, including the parts for "Tiberium Refining Crucibles" this may hopefully help/unlock additional industrial projects. (Though I'll note it sounds like it needs Rail links to operate fully, compared to how New Moscow and Kure sound like they need computing chips.)

(Here I did the numbers assuming we started at 0/600.) It's possible that the third stage gives +++ Capital Goods. Even if so, this is roughly twice as expensive as Kure Machine Works. We do know this third stage will be enough to fix our computer chip shortage. But I think we'd rather do other projects that'll finish sooner first.

More than that. Stage 3 is when a lot of capacity starts coming online. Think on the order of 8-12 points overall.

Could be better. Especially in infrastructure or Tiberium

So North Boston Phase 2 finished which is good as that means zone suits are being deployed instead of stored. Redoubts also finished with those two amazing rolls
