Nope that ship and its Captain are the ones that were in charge during the botched assualt. Only the older ships got destroyed the Battlecruisers in that fight survived intact but damaged.

Well I do have some I am going to work on but kinda hard to do anything while I'm at work. I had to wait till I got home before I could even start on them.

Alright, I decided to take a shot at making a member for the support crew. Let me know if you would want me to change or add anything.
Name: Jenner Gerhardt
Age: 35
Gender: Male
Place of Birth: Cologne, Germany, Earth Federation.
Physical Appearance: He used to have brown hair but he started to prematurely go bald and now he has lost most of his hair (Covers this up by wearing a field cap everywhere) and has a thick mustache. Stands at 5'6 ft tall and has a pale complexion.

As the Crew Chief in charge of the maintaining Alexandra Stuart's Mobile suit Jenner oversees it with almost stereotypical German efficiency. Well, When he is able to prevent Alexandra from attempting to do the maintenance herself. While he appreciates the fact that Alexandra is very knowledgeable engineering he still very annoyed when he finds her doing the support crew's job.
When he is not doing maintenance, filing reports or is teaching new support crew members the skills/tools of the trade then he is usually chatting with other crew members in the barracks.
Misc Notes:
1: He is happily married to a women by the name of Kelly Gerhardt (Her maiden name was Fernandez) who works as a historical researcher back on earth in North America and has a pair of twin sons who's names are Dieter Gerhardt and Alfredo Gerhardt, Both of whom are 8 years old.
2: A rumor persists that he was once part of a small time heavy metal band, He vehemently denies having ever been part of any band and will fight anyone who says otherwise.
3: He has a almost encyclopedia like knowledge regarding all military regulations even rather obscure ones, He has used this knowledge for both the good and ill of others.
4: Does not like being reminded that he is now mostly bald, It's a sure fire way to annoy him.
5: He likes to insert German words when talking with others in casual conversations and will usually curse in German.
6: Jenner Is the current top reigning dart player champion on the ship.

@manofjay here is my support crew submission, along with a link to @Captain.Cat one as well if you missed it.
Name: Javier Castillo
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Place of Birth: Arkadia, Side 1, Earth Federation.
Physical Appearance: Javier has traditional Mexican features if of the lighter variety. He has thick dark brown almost black hair along with very dark brown eyes. Due to minor sight problems he has to wear glasses though they are not large or thick lenses. He stands at 5'7 ft tall, stocky, and has light brown complexion.

As one of the maintainers stationed on board the Sky Keeper, he and his crew have a somewhat mixed relationship with Mobile Suit pilots. While he is always one to follow regulations about proper address and respect towards the officers he is a maintainer at heart. He cares little if he offends someone with his frank attitude. He speaks plainly and doesn't like wasting effort to make the conversation more pleasant. He gets along very well with Pixie due to this and Shin doesn't seem to mind him as long as he does his job well. Captain Roy is an easy flight commander to deal with and privately Javier thinks his pranks on new members are hilarious, so he plays along whenever they happen. The relationship with the newer members is not as good unfortunately while none of them are bad or hostile per se he does find them irritating. The latest member of the team Thunder is the least troublesome of the lot. While she can break just about anyone given her undeniable strength the issue is she seems to have difficulty understanding other most of the time, and it makes dealing with her tedious but understandable given her nature. The new guy GK is only a problem because he has a guilt issue because of his father. That makes him so eager to please that while nice tends to get in the way when maintenance is being performed. And the last of the new team the most irritating of them all. While Alexandra is undoubtedly a skilled pilot and engineer due to her young age, she seems to have a bit of a superiority complex. She also has a habit of performing her own work on the MS she is assigned. This might seem like she is merely trying to help, but it is, in fact, making the jobs of the maintainer harder. Due to the new nature of MS combat and use a lot of the doctrine and maintenance procedures for MS are being made as things go. In order to make this possible every issue and repair, as well as periodic inspections, need to be fully documented so that proper practices can be created. With Alexandra's constant actions and the fact she tells no one about them until much later, this means backtracking and adding her details if she even remembers them which she doesn't because "It was just something easy it doesn't matter." This has led to a less than stellar first few impressions with the maintenance crew under Javier. Luckily she finally seems to have gotten the idea when both she and Javier had a very tense conversation on the importance of the schedule and reporting procedures in use. Since then she has been keeping her work and repairs properly documented to add to the data.
Misc Notes:
1: Javier has no significant other currently and has no real desire to find one. He does have a rather large extended family though that he is very close to.
2: While at work he is very curt and to the point. When he is off duty, he is very laid back and a huge nerd. He loves old board games, tabletop games, and pen and paper RPGs.
3: He is one of the smartest people around which is why he achieved his current rank so fast. His scores and abilities allowed him to be promoted despite the old corrupt nature of the EFF.
4: Being a spacer he joined the EFF because he thought that even with the flaws in the Federation that it could be fixed and saved. He was willing to stay to see that happen because he saw that it would either change or collapse soon.
5: He is currently considering applying for officer training to advance his career and to better fight the storm that is coming.
6: Is fluent in Spanish and tends to curse in it since most others don't understand the words but still understand the meaning from him.
7. He join the EFF when he was 17 with consent from his parents because he had finished school early while still under the age of maturity.
Also I went back and read the posts for this turn so far all we have lost are the Rome a carrier and the Bila a Battlecruiser. The wake would have shorted out the older ships but with our newer and more robust computer system that is not happening. That means we still have 2 Agamemnon-class Carriers, 3 Nova-Class Battlecruisers, 3 Hela-Class Light Cruisers with their railguns, and 9 Atlas-Class Destroyers. The Helas each carry 10 MS, The carriers should have twice that number if not more and the Novas should have a hanger of maybe 5 MS.

So with the fact we do still have the railgun equipped Helas left they should be able to take out the cannon. The cannon cannot move and the railguns fire faster projectiles then can be stopped. They are also smaller ships so they won't be a priority target giving them the chance to take that cannon out. Without the moles that TZ had in our organizations, they have no way of knowing about the latest advancements like the railguns.

The issue with the railguns is that in a relatively "crowded" system like UC Earthsphere means that if they fire a shot, it better damn well hit. This gives it a shorter effective range. The Helas have timed explosive rounds but those also lack the range. They will only fire their railguns at this range if all else fails. Something else to note is that that is indeed the same Phoenix captain but the failure of the raid was not his fault, the strike was ordered by an Admiral who later "resigned".
Both have been noted and anti ship teams wins, roll me that 2d100 with an update some time tomorrow.

The ship was actually slowed by its inertial dampener.
Hmm.. is there a significant amount of 'drag' cause by the dampeners that turing them off is a valid tactic for high speed maneuvers?

That would be a bigger issue if the cannon was at all mobile. It is not once it is assembled it can not move aside from very limited angling to get a shot it is also a phyiscal projectile after all. This is the perfect target for railguns they can target the cannon with very little risk of the shot missing. If TZ wants to stop the rounds they will need to put soemthing in the path fast enough to take the hit and nothing they have is fast and tough enough to stop a round like that.
That is called killing your entire crew by turning them into a paste.

Turn them off and your limited to 2-4G maneuvers only, anymore and the ship will tear itself apart or paste the crew.
Pretty sure they don't have those or else they would have some kind of artificial gravity
