Rollah!
NHO threw 1 100-faced dice. Reason: GM wants it Total: 70
70 70

I'll take the third roll then.

EDIT: Time for some Newtype style flying.

EDIT2: I also realized something. The after action report for this mission will be interesting. First during Turn 3 of Quiet Patrol we were told off by Phoenix that we aren't in command because they were the flagship (result of the sensor question). And that even Thunder wasn't in overall command. And unless the character sheet is outdated then we are still an Ensign while Thunder is a lieutenant. There was also the interaction in "Chains of Command". I'm starting to get the feeling that "loose canon" will be on our permanent record after this stunt. No matter how well we manage to pull it off.
Hawkmoon threw 1 100-faced dice. Reason: Engine overclock Total: 100
100 100

Lanzenbrecher-Battle Turn 3
The Phoenix's guns roared once more this time their aim was dead on. Three lances of Mega-particle energy cut deep into the right side of the Nova class ship, the Lancelot's engine visibly sputters for just a seconded before igniting once more.
(Phoenix shooting roll: High success)

"Good," you say as you finish bypassing your safeties, "I'll handle the Lancelot." Slamming your throttle to the max, you are pushed back into your set. The acceleration being both sudden and strong enough to bleed through your dampener a bit. A yellow beam passes though where you just were as you blast though the enemies formation. You almost over shoot your target, catching yourself on the deep cut left by the Phoenix.

As the Hi-Zaku with the still loaded beam rifle attempts to line up a shot on you Thunder quickly closes the gap and cuts the TZ MS in half.
(Thunder combat check: Success! )

Team lead is down! >

The other "commander type" Hi-Zakus abandons his beam rife and draws a heat hawk and charges Thunder's Gundam but is blocked when Tiv counters with her shield.
(TZ combat check: minor failure)

GK mean while charges the enemy Hi-Zakus head on absorbing several dozen MG rounds on his shield be for tossing it at the MS in front of him. The TZ Suit catches the shield and tosses to the side, only to be blasted apart by a rocket from GK's bazooka. Two other enemy MS move to flank his left but GK draws his Bullpup in his Gundam's other hand and fills it full of 90mm shells forcing the other to back off.
( GK combat roll: Major Success! )

... vulcans and shotgun because we are literally there? Then switch back to beam rifle if there is still a hi-zaku left? This went better than I thought it could, what the shit GK.

@manofjay If we shoot the Lancelot, we will be firing into the rents torn in the armor by the Phoenix's attack, right?

[X] Unload your Beam Rifle into the engine (Shooting, Roll: 1d100 best of three)

I doubt firing with the head vulcans would help at all.

-[X] Warn Zeon on the incoming threat (1d100 best of three)
