Just curious, but how much time has passed since the macross arrived on earth? I can't find that info anywhere, but that may just be me being dumb.

11 months? Ok, so we've still got like 9~ ish years till the zentraedi arrive, if they follow in the same timespan as they did in SDF macross (about ten years).
Edit: thinking about it, 120 turns (10 years multiplied by 12 turns per year (Assuming they are one month increments) seems excessive, so I probably got something wrong somewhere, or they're going to be arriving a good bit earlier than 10 years time.

Okay, most of the news is good. Zeon is cranking out some truly impressive war machines (can't believe thats a good thing). and TZ has taken a severe blow with the destruction of that carrier. 2 things though. First off, great choice with the Atgeirr @manofjay, Knights of Sidonia is criminally underrated. Second (I cannot I believe I missed this) we should keep a close eye on Grunder considering their actions in their source material.

No, you've got your own brand (two now in fact) brand of magic mecha allowing particle, and no selling beam weapons would kill any challenge the quest could give.

Be serious now, what did you think the odds were you would get a yes? 5%? 1%? Or was it more like 50/50 because 'There is nothing really stopping Zeon from building a Tieren or a Man Rodi.' Nothing except the fact that existing beam weapons kinda invalidate those kinds of sluggish but heavily armored mobile suits, and they're not offering any advantages over a Zaku?

Overt seems to be the better option. Send a message to the rest of those that would try to screw with everything. That or use both actions on Atlas instead and do the covert action on Luna Marshal.

If we do mess with parliament then it is best to back Garma and Degwin and Dozle those three are the most stable leaders possible.

We also need to sp be time with Give and do the comet patrol route.

At the same time those 3 are also the most politically inept and passive in advancing their interest. While Gihren and Kycilia are awfully ambitious, they get things done. Though the Zabi family could be trying to pull a fast one on us, spending can't be checked if the parliament is in deadlock.

Gihren is too uncontrollable and Kycilia has too little power to be useful and is extremely dangerous herself. Yes the other three are less but Garma has the best charisma and is the actual heir, Dozle is the military man that has the ability to inspire loyalty in his men plus he is a very good commander overall. Their father is the figure head and the one to build what they had in the first place. As for being passive that isn't an issue all of them know what we are facing a overpowered fleet that will stop at nothing to kill them all. That alone will ensure that they are actively improving their power for the fight to come.

Now as for the anchor station we made the thing a cargo lift and it is meant to be a major ship building expansion so I am thinking a straight drydock or a hybrid drydock and CnC station.

So there's several actions here that are continue or finish. I prefer just going overt on Luna, smash that down. Especially since I don't want to start an almost-mega-project in the Atlas station, and we've done several rounds of ship-making already, better to give that a rest until we roll over some more tech (MS-scale energy weapons could also apply to point-defense-type weapons on ships, for instance).
Counter-intel ops are basically always a requirement, but I'd rather not pull election/parliament interference. Way too much chance for blowback. I could be convinced around to peaking at Zeon R&D, but not messing with their government.
I don't much care for Mobile Armors, they're the worst of both worlds between ships and Mobile Suits, to me.
I think we already voted on what to do with the Macross, so I don't see a need to Modify, just continue.
Harsh interrogation or worse is useless, multiple scientific studies show that torture, or stuff even close to torture, does not give accurate results. I think questioning him is worthwhile, but anything above "normal" is shooting ourselves in the foot.
I want to cover Char's normal patrol routes to build goodwill, especially since it's a time-limited action. I'm also certain it won't actually be "quiet".
And I want to do the Christmas action, though I'm honest enough to admit I don't have a good track on which characters we could interact with for this.

Right here are the choices for this turn.

For political keep working on the moon boys and the elevator with a focus on a larger drydock to increase production and size. Plus getting more materials and resources to fuel that expansion. That glut of resources are going to be very important when we start expanding into the rest of the system.

Military put in the work on Atlas and take down Luna Marshal big time as a show of force and to regain the confidence of the rest of the Earth Sphere. Combined with our actions recently in fighting and winning it should turn more people to our side.

Intrigue do some counter ops to maintain security and give Garma some more support to counter his brother.

Research is a tick over for AEW which should give us new options for Mobile weapons and should unlock another tech for the defense of Earth Mega Project.

Ship just keep on working on it with the Zeon teams.

Interrogation is just short of killing the guy to get any information out of him.

Personal is doing the patrol to get it out of the way and to get better relation with Zeon and with Task force Comet. Spending time with Tiv because we need to figure out how to fully break the conditioning she has plus spending time on Christmas with Tiv and Gamlin as the three of them are the newest members of the team and would have the best chance to bond. Plus Alex barely get to spend time with her mom since she is busy building the SDF this entire time.
