Yep, don't see anything i would disagree with here.I'm going to be incommunicado later on today, so I'm probably going to miss the official opening of the vote, but here's my general preference for the turn vote:
Max + Johann: Investigate. The marginal utility of one last free turn of prep is marginal, and they're the ones with the Wind suited for forensics.
Duckling: Something that will help with the expedition. Either the PanPan mushroom action, or helping Hubert get a familiar.
EIC: Extra investigation. Nothing else is as time-sensitive.
Mathilde:
• Join Expedition Early
• Finish Fog Path (Overwork if needed)
Penthouse: More security, either directly or with firing towers.
Coin: The Protector

Unless someone comes up with a galaxy brain level plan, this is what i will probably vote for.
