As for who noticed this:

--The Orc gods got mugged through an act of Cunning Brutality followed by an act of Brutal Cunning. I THINK they might direct more attention to Mathilde than usual, but orcs are famously poor at keeping grudges, though they're persistent about curiosities.
In that case its for the best that we managed to pull this off and didn't end with Mork of all dieties having a foothold in us, or heaven forbid the scheming Ork God discovering just how mutation prone humans are.

Going against the grain, here: I don't think a 6 is getting mugged by Slaanesh, I think it's the option where Ranald says "it's your heist, it's your loot" and turns the energy into something more suitable for us. It's Sacred because it's an apotheoisis.

Or at least, I think there's a decent chance.

I mean 6 is also the sacred number of the Dice.

[X] The enemy reaction is greater than expected. Make your way to join the imminent battle outside.
-[X] Carefully.

Our magic should keep the treasure safe. Let's see if we can bag our third warboss of the week.

Yeah, honestly, Mathilde's pretty tapped out, and she's not really the best in mass combat either just yet. She just bagged a Warboss and the Waaagh! is likely a bit disrupted right now, so she's not needed on dispel duty (Doubly so as Kragg has that most terrible thing--prep time)

We should strive to clear the mountain as best as we can, and then call it a day I think so we can free up the rangers and open up an avenue of retreat if need be.

I don't think Mathilde is particularly combat capable right now, and pitched battle in the open has never been her forte for that matter. I'd say protect the gold (plus explain why it looks like normal metal at the moment assuming those being sent haven't been informed of the possibility) or follow the plan. The information on why the fuckers are riled up isn't exactly tactically relevant after all...

[X] Keep to the original plan. Find the invasion force and join them as they fight their way through Karag Nar.

On other note, we did get sort of... confirmation? Heavy hint? on the matter that Ranald The Magician as an aspect of Ranald is definitively a possibility.

Should we gain power over a significantly huge human organization, we could try Divine/Social Engineer it into existence the same way as unlucky ork prophet tried with Only Brutality.

Except unlike Aspect of Only Brutality that conflicted with... a lot of stuff in Greenskin's faith, Ranald The Magician does not conflict with his traditional aspects at all. No danger of backlash from divinity lashing out against worshippers trying to warp it into something it isn't.

Eh, we just need some more heists.
Let's see....
Tzeentch is an obvious target.
Technically, Hashut is also god of sorcery, is he not?
Elven gods probably have someone with such portfolio.
Are Khemri gods still alive?

Whoooo, that came off well. Randal made out like a Bandit, and we are not mutated.
Any views on if that is likely to result in a permanent bump in his 'power level', or is it more like a temporary battery?

@BoneyM , how is Mathilde feeling? Specifically about ability to cast spells- she seemed a bit shaky, and Is this post-Waagh check going to be required again?

If there's a huge battle outside, my instincts say to be part of it... but.

If it weren't for Aethyric Armour preventing your muscles from aching worse than they already did, you reflect as you make your way up an mountain-length staircase, you'd probably leave the riches to their fate.
It takes you twice as long as usual to shape Ulgu
Sweat is beading on your forehead by the time you're done

We're making checks for our standard spellcasting, things that should normally be well within our capabilities. The narration is clear that Mathilde is exhausted, if functional. Going into battle in this condition is how skilled warriors get themselves killed- and how Mathilde would end up miscasting something. It is simply not wise to push herself to 110%.

She's already made a huge impact on the battle. Wait here, and take it easy rather than risk everything on yet more heroics. If the battle is truly so massive outside then it'll still be raging when Karag Nar is taken, and perhaps Mathilde will have had a chance to get in a short rest before pressing herself into combat once again.

The sooner our forces can take defensive positions on this mountain the better.

Taking Karag Nar shouldn't take long. We've mapped it out, the enemy forces here are weak, and we took out their leadership. The faster we clear the mountain of enemies, the sooner we free up the invading forces to go back and help the main army. We stick to the plan, just as the dawi we work for expect of us.
