WELL THEN. THIS BEING AN OPTION WAS A THING APPARENTLY.The Faces Of The Die
1: One Less God.
2: Two Gods Notice.
3: Man In The Middle.
4: Split Four Ways.
5: A Fifth Aspect.
6: The Sacred Number.
In that case its for the best that we managed to pull this off and didn't end with Mork of all dieties having a foothold in us, or heaven forbid the scheming Ork God discovering just how mutation prone humans are.As for who noticed this:
-Warp
--The Orc gods got mugged through an act of Cunning Brutality followed by an act of Brutal Cunning. I THINK they might direct more attention to Mathilde than usual, but orcs are famously poor at keeping grudges, though they're persistent about curiosities.
I mean 6 is also the sacred number of the Dice.Going against the grain, here: I don't think a 6 is getting mugged by Slaanesh, I think it's the option where Ranald says "it's your heist, it's your loot" and turns the energy into something more suitable for us. It's Sacred because it's an apotheoisis.
Or at least, I think there's a decent chance.
We had it confirmed. On other note, we did get sort of... confirmation? Heavy hint? on the matter that Ranald The Magician as an aspect of Ranald is definitively a possibility.
Should we gain power over a significantly huge human organization, we could try Divine/Social Engineer it into existence the same way as unlucky ork prophet tried with Only Brutality.
Except unlike Aspect of Only Brutality that conflicted with... a lot of stuff in Greenskin's faith, Ranald The Magician does not conflict with his traditional aspects at all. No danger of backlash from divinity lashing out against worshippers trying to warp it into something it isn't.
Good thing we had divine providence then.
If there's a huge battle outside, my instincts say to be part of it... but.[ ] The enemy reaction is greater than expected. Make your way to join the imminent battle outside.
-[ ] Hastily.
-[ ] Carefully.
[ ] This wealth is the future of Karak Eight Peaks. Stay here with the Hoard.
[ ] Keep to the original plan. Find the invasion force and join them as they fight their way through Karag Nar.
If it weren't for Aethyric Armour preventing your muscles from aching worse than they already did, you reflect as you make your way up an mountain-length staircase, you'd probably leave the riches to their fate.
We're making checks for our standard spellcasting, things that should normally be well within our capabilities. The narration is clear that Mathilde is exhausted, if functional. Going into battle in this condition is how skilled warriors get themselves killed- and how Mathilde would end up miscasting something. It is simply not wise to push herself to 110%.
@BoneyM , how is Mathilde feeling? Specifically about ability to cast spells- she seemed a bit shaky, and Is this post-Waagh check going to be required again?
