The main objective of dancing with Jeyne is the dancing part though, not talking politics. We can talk politics whenever, but this is a unique opportunity to break a bit with courtly protocol and stiffness, especially as the evening drags on and the wine caskets get emptier.

We can make *actual friends* here instead of just holding audience.

I don't see why breaking protocol is needed or good for us here. If we break protocol let it be for a reason, not just because it breaks protocol. I mean, we are going to be breaking protocol big time when we get knighted and when we inherit. Fighting in tourneys, etc. I don't feel our father's wedding is a good time for us to be breaking protocol.

I don't see how any one can be enthusiastic about Borros Baratheon the man is literally illiterate. If we interact with a Baratheon it should be his father Lord Boremund Baratheon.

So what? How does literacy determine anything? Plenty of literate people are jerks - see Otto. Borros Baratheon is a cousin, he's an important and powerful noble, and he's far more approachable than Boremund, not to mention Borros is the one we will be dealing with by the time we inherit.

I have created and voted for many plans, but this new one I created is the one I enjoy the most.

Let's face it, I doubt that Ali would turn down an opportunity to be our handmaiden and be close to us. Otto might, however, have Opinions, though.

Borros is a cousin to Rhaenys not us

Borros is Rhaenyra's second cousin twice removed, through both our paternal line and our maternal line.

Borros' father is Boremund. Boremund's mother was Alyssa Velaryon.

Rhaenyra's father is Viserys, his father was Baelon Targaeryon, his father was King Jaehearys, and Jaehaerys' mother was Alyssa Velaryon.

Rhaenyra's mother was Aemma Arryn, and her mother was Daela Targaryen, her mother was Alysanne Targaryen, and her mother was Alyssa Velaryon.

I just wanted to note all the reasons for talking with Borros Baratheon also apply to Jeyne Arryn. Except Jeyne is also currently the ruler instead of just the heir.

So I'm just a little baffled at everyone going "we have to speak to Borros, Jeyne is just a waste!"

Not me! When posting my plan I laid out my reasoning that Jeyne was the most important to talk to, as we ought to secure our base of support. Borros is second most important. After that I think either Elmo or Tyland would be good. I picked Elmo because Tyland was not listed at first. Plus, Tyland is on the small council and so will be available to us on future turns, while Elmo will not be.
