Any one thing you can lift, generally speaking. But there are no big rocks around. Hence, trees.

How many? And who wants one?
 
Couple suggestions - One, those with revealed non-combat fylgja could park them next to our hersirr so he can relay orders (even if it's only one-way).

Two, we may want to form a medical reserve for those with appropriate skills.

Arnleif glances down at their body, taking in all their changes. A glance over the shoulder and a flex of some new muscles twitches the giant bright yellow wings-- perfectly capable of holding their weight, according to the fleshsmith-- behind their back. Then they looked further down at the small feathery protrusions extending from their wrists... and their ankles.... At least the wings that seemed to replace their ears provided some shade.

(One big functional pair on the back, then a few small non-functional aesthetic pairs here and there)

I don't think we're using the major/passive thing for the event. Also please, before you go, talk with Ragnarr (Deadman), he's coordinating the defense.
 
I would suggest the water should go to an earth-mover, as they could use it for particularly impressive feats. @OneArmedYeti Yeti, Ivor is willing to fly you quite close to the horde to do any work you might want to do, then fly you out. If you want to. Or we could work on making a really defensible position farther out.

Agreed on some of it. We'll probably use some of it on offensive stuff as well. Depends on how much we wind up with.
