Are we still apart of Folkmarr's felag? Our relationship was soured due to the whole Horra thing, but I don't actually recall him kicking us out? And, well, mainly I'd like to go raiding with Audrikr since he's actually pretty strong if we ever go raiding again, and I don't see how we'd get someone like that serving us.
A felag is temporary isn't it? Automatically dissolves on return to Norway.

Felags are a contract for a specific job. We are no longer part of that felag because the raid is over. That would happen even if we were the best of friends.

It is? Isn't the hard cap the rank of the attribute itself?

As others note, going beyond 81 is impossible without going up a Realm. That means anything above 7 is actually impossible and even 7 is a bit dicey.

What stopping Someone -the enemy- form just gankin our fylgja while were not there?

Our Fylgja should still have Sidestep, we assigned it that last turn and never de-assigned it. It can also vanish the moment it's behind a tree.

We should look into seidr for sobering people up. It's woman's magic, I'm sure there's a spell for getting your husband ready and a greater one for covering an entire mead-hall that's getting over-rowdy and/or needs to prepare for attack.

I imagine Draw Poison can handle that.

I thought there was temporary and permanent felags? I was under the impression we became one of Folkmarr's raiders when he gave us apart of his orthstirr. Giving orthstirr every time someone goes on a raid with you seems pretty counter-intuitive... I mean sure, he'd gain more orthstirr (if) on a successful raid, but why bother to begin with?

[X] Training Dice: The next time you encounter Hooknails, you will have to fight him. However, you'll gain an extra 12 training dice until that time comes.

Just as a note, because it does seem to have not been acknowledged.

Taking the extra Dice means we will *Have* to fight Hooknails the next time we meet.
We (presumably) can't try to wiggle around it, or use diplomatic methods to call for a truce.

*Acknowledging that 'fight' doesn't mean 'fight to the death'.

I suspect the hidden relationship ties into the Vestfold Amulet plot. I'd need to reread some stuff, but I recall there's a nonzero chance that Mom was an escaped person of status from there. Note that Rogaland neighbors Vestfold.

Also Rogaland has a connection to Atilla, via the Rugians, who may have been his allies.

Hey Blackhand!

Did you ever meet the Geirmund Heljarskinn's that's the Steelfather Hooknails is sworn to? He's part of our Clan Volsung, isn't he? Red hair, eyes of steel.

This.. isn't necessarily to the death, right?

Another interesting thought: Since we're bringing Atilla into this, the Sword of Mars is in play. Wouldn't be surprised if it's a piece of the Weapon, just as Gram is. This would make Attila something of an end boss, which is entirely appropriate.

@Imperial Fister some minor issues:

Orthstirr: (551/551) | Odr: (18)

While it pains me to say it, we should have less Odr than this. We spent 7 total in the fight (I think?), so I think we should be at 11.

Based on previous discussion, this should be under Training, not actions.

Good idea on the Campfire thing

I think we did use it?

I'm satisfied though that my reward dice investment turned out to be decisive at the end however!

'I know as much about him as you do. And not necessarily, he could very well be descended from some other clan of Odin's offspring.'

Correct

Thank you! I'll fix those once I get a moment
Shouldn't we have had Fight of Our Life giving both these rolls +6d6? That could have easily been decisive.
That's a mighty big mistake for me to have made. Ouch.

@Alectai , I'll refund you your dice usage because of it.
