...I'd make a pithy comment about this, but with all of the Tsukihime/Nasuverse jokes I was making back when I first introduced Shatterpoint I don't think I really have a leg to stand on.

Semi-relatedly - did you people know that when Cade Skywalker sees weaknesses in people the Legacy comics they show up as red lines?

...I think there's probably three, maybe four people reading this thread who will get why I think that's hilarious.
Mystic Force Ability of Weakness Perception?

Someone should do a scene where Darra tries out her new cybernetics.

If nothing else, I plan on writing the follow-up to "Hand or Twenty" sometime near the end of February (or sooner if I get bored, which given the snow in the northern United States is quite possible).

Cool, it's nice to see things going Darra's way for once. Honestly, as a person from first thread even though we went our seperate ways with the whole hut scandle it's good to know that Darra will be getting help.

Hmm...how do I put this...you're both right, but you're not right enough.

Because Cade uses the Dark Side to force the energy to resurrect his loved ones.

His former Master, Wolf Sazen
Azlyn Rae, former Jedi Padawan/Imperial Knight and former lover
Delilah Blue, his true love

He even does this to Krayt, IIRC.

You forgot the Fel princess, his mother, and his best pal.

But he never resurrects any of those, all of these are still alive when he gets his hands on them, he simply manages to heal them from things that are way beyond regular force healing or medical science...

Sure, but in those 3 other instances (now I remember) he saved their lives before they died. Marasiah got stabbed in the chest by Darth Talon, right?

So, guys, question.

is it a bad idea, or an AMAZING idea, to try running for Chancellor?

Terrible. Even if we're famous, we have so much flexibility to do stuff we couldn't do if we had the eyes of the entire galactic establishment on us. Now, if we had mister Governor of Taris Whose Name I Can't Remember run? That could be interesting. Or...

Does Taris have a Senate seat? How do we go about getting Taris a Senate seat?

Random question but would it be a good idea to try and convince the Matukai or a couple of other force groups to set up enclaves on the Miralukan homeworld Alpheridies?

The entire population is force sensitive to a degree and i think Matukai actually helps with improving an adepts connection to the force as well.

Could be a good way to get a new source of force users for the abyss watchers.

I get what you're saying, but Palpatine is Chancellor, and he's a Sith Lord orchestrating both sides of a galactic war. Dude even finds time to sneak off and murder former apprentices on occasion.

As far as I know, yes, Taris does have a Senate seat. Kin Robb was one of the founding members of the CNS, per the Clone Wars TV series.
We could, of course, put forward our Senator as candidate for Chancellor, perhaps around the time we finish checking off the rest of Dooku's boxes for him to become independent so that we could bring both sides to the bargaining table?

We of course have to find a candidate we would really like to get rid of.

I for one think Lady Ciaran should campaign for the Chancellery, while we should try and maneuver the leader of the Abyss Watchers into position as leader of the CIS, and let them meet and try to negotiate a peace.
