So, those Bits.

How viable would it be to make some that are both a blaster and a lightsaber ? Like, one end is a blaster and the other is a lightsaber emitter.

I mean you could basically just weld the things together. The problem with that is that while you're shooting the lightsaber side is useless, and while you're slashing, the blaster side is useless. Better to have a few of each if you want to go that way.

What if the lightsaber and blaster were at an angle to each other?

I suppose you could set them at a 45 degree angle and spin them rapidly so that the lightsabers act as circular shields? That could be pretty useful, though it would create an incentive for the wielder to keep them more stationary rather than use them to attack from odd angles. On the other hand, you could do something similar with a mixture of the two. The only real advantage I can see is that it allows people who can only manage to control one or two things at once to have both active, but I'm not sure we'd even be giving them out to people without a higher level of ability than that.

Since Anakin is now properly scared of turning to the Dark Side, maybe he'll stick with the Jedi thinking that doing so will give him the best chance of not falling? We gave him the option to leave but the events on Mortis may just reinforce his conviction to stay with the order, especially since Dooku serves as an example of what could happen were he to leave.

Hmm. I normally would agree with you about Dooku, but I'm less certain as to what's going to happen with him after our roll for his event. At this point, who knows what's going on with him.

A strength, but also a weakness.
From memory, so ...
Didn't Anakin have a talk with Ciaran, where she told him 'Jedi are crazy forbidding emotions like love', and he couldn't not agree? Ie., I got the impression he's going to strengthen the relationship with Padme, and that will put him on a collision course with the Jedi.

you have to be born on corelia to join the green jedi right? if not that could be a thing

or make a new order of taris jedi and get him a leadership post on it

The Altisian Jedi are a thing that should get a lot more love.

Points in their favor:
Second Chu'unthor (one's good, two's better, right?).
Jedi Enclave on Bespin, by Tibannopolis, where we've got a base purchase happening (I think, unless @Publicola decided that wasn't a priority)
Encourages marriage and families (Oh hi Padme)
Ahsoka goes to them in canon (post Jedi Temple Bombing)
Djinn Altis is still alive (presumably; he was in canon as of the start of the Clone Wars at least) and in canon offered refuge to Anakin and Padme if bad things came of their secret marriage.

Extra points if we can get the entire crew in space suits and vent them into space just for the lolz
I'm going to assume you missed the part where they were halfway decent people and we might actually want them to join us because they're the "a little less law, a little more good" version of the Jedi.

I said get them into space suits first not kill them :p.

The idea is to get the off the ship somehow, not to kill them.

They sound like people we don't want joining us. Maybe we can manipulate them into doing some of our dirty work but bringing them into the organisation is a bad idea.
