Basically, 'False-Flag Piracy' was our lowest roll and was our only 'Bare Success'. Initial reaction: ...I'm kind of okay with this.

EDIT:
On second thought: @Karugus has a very good point, that the low roll might affect its 'deniability'. That makes it seem like a pretty high priority...

Apart from that, our next lowest rolls were for the Chu'unthor and PR-1, and boy do I have mixed feelings.

1) upgrading PR-1 could be big (especially given the three super-crits last turn), and we very much need a Stewardship Hero
2) ...we did roll three super-crits last turn (so the 'basic' upgrade should still be spectacular), and we had two other actions this turn to push our recruitment of Talesan Fry as well as Ebenn Q3 Baobab or Mungo Baobab.

3) The Chu'unthor has gotten mediocre rolls every time, but we've invested enough actions in it that a single crit should be enough to make it amazingly useful right away.
4) Sienar should be able to make it usable this turn, and we have enough money to 'pimp our ride' once it becomes a base next turn...

As I said: mixed feelings.

My thoughts:

False Flag: This is way too close for comfort, and on something very vital for our survivial. If there is a time for reroll, this is it. I would like to have a better success please.

PR-1: My second choice for reroll. I am not sure how much of an upgrade this will be, but if this is a one time thing, we need to maximize this opportunity.

[x] Reroll Chu'unthor

Strictly Rule of Cool here, tbh. I won't be mad if PR-1 wins; it's probably the smarter choice. But damn, that beautiful wreck of a ship deserves a break.

Er... you forgot the salvage rolls from Ord Mantell, as well as the two 'archaeology' rolls for Dantooine.

Oh right, I did do that last time. Let's see:
Ord Mantell: 62 (+50 credits)
Dantooine 1: 69 (Artifact Value: Low, more historical than practical)
Dantooine 2: 1 (Again? Really?)

I don't think so. We had a one before on a salvage roll and it didn't do anything. They just didn't find any salvage(which makes sense I believe, considering the discovery of Nekghouls on Taris).

This. Nat 1's don't do anything to Salvage Teams.

...Where is the Ysalamiri roll? Is it listed under a different name?

*Facepalm* Oops. Let me get that.

Edit: Fixed that.

WHOA WHOA everyone hold your horses he's right!!!

There is no Ysalamiri Investigations roll. Now, admittedly that was a guaranteed success (and 53% chance of crit), but we should still see the roll before making a decision about which one to reroll. @Dr. Snark?

...and Solo'd by the man himself. Never mind.

And the Ysalamiri roll was... 'meh'
Ysalamiri: Rolled 18 + (20+20+13) = 71
Question for @Dr. Snark: how does 'doubling up' our research affect how long it's 'locked'? The action was supposed to take 4 turns, 3 of which were 'locked'. We doubled up, so it should only take 2, which means it'll be completed by the end of next turn. Will one of our Learning actions be 'locked' next turn, or will we have use of both?

Really? Cause I kept picturing it working like the final stages of the Lady Maria fight in Bloodborne DLC, or the later stages of the Abyss Watcher's boss fight in DS3.

Per @Karugus:

[X] Reroll False Flag

Reasoning: it was our lowest roll (and only 'Bare Success'), and such a result might be vulnerable to Palpatine using it to smear us. We want to ensure that the CNS feels (and the rest of the galaxy understands) our need to militarize, and more significantly we need to ensure that the pirates cannot possibly be tied back to us. As much as I'd love to improve PR-1 or the Chu'unthor, we should definitely 'play it safe' and ensure that this one doesn't come back to bite us.
